The service turned out very well. The service was very satisfactory. He went beyond what I had expected. He adjusted the sprinklers and the timing and he also repositioned one of the lines so as to get better coverage.

Everything went well. They came to our house promptly and was able to do the service without incidence. They also inform us about keeping water in the tank to keep the motor from burning out. Also we can use fertilizer in the holding tank.

The service went fine. They came, they checked everything out and replaced some things. Maybe my sister paid something because they changed some of the sprinkler heads. I'm not sure how much she paid but it was quite reasonable.

Went really well, Joseph was very professional and very detailed oriented. Gave great suggestions.

They did what they said they'd do. They reset the timer and took care of the system; they were at the house for 1/2 hr.

Excellent, arrived at appointed time and completed necessary work swiftly. I purchased a repeat contract.

They did do the work on Jan 8th for me.The work was acceptable; they trimmed and blew out and cleaned up what they trimmed. They charge me now for every month. In December they charged me twice, when they had not done any work yet. I contacted them about that and they refunded me for it. I am unhappy with the manager, Dave in the landscaping department. Another time they came out early ( a week early ) and I had to send away his crew because it was too much traffic on a small street in my community. I then called him, 3 times and the office secretary took the a message, but nobody ever got back to me. I called this morning and David answered and I asked him when the guys were going to come out for me. He then mentioned that maybe we should part ways as long as he refunds me the money for the work they have not done yet. He said he would handle that.

This company is amazingly professional and reliable. I couldn't be happier.

However he was very friendly and professional and prompt.

WORK NEVER DONE. ANGIE'S LIST WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY COMPLAINT AND I AM IN THE PROCESS OF EITHER SCHEDULING WITH ANOTHER RECOMMENDED PROVIDER OR GETTING MY MONEY BACK.

Service cancelled prior to contract end due to household financial budget constraints.

The experience was horrible. I had a lot of issues getting them scheduled. They finally came and did the work but it was not what we expected. I believe they subcontracted the work and they were not here for the full 8 hours.

The service turned out very well. The employee was exceptionally efficient and very positive. I felt very good about the feedback he gave me on the system as well as the feedback he gave me on the service performed.

Scheduling was delayed because they were overwhelmed by the response of the big deal. Once we got in touch with them they were responsive and prompt. The service was awesome. They replaced all the sprinkler heads. I signed up for a maintenance package where they come out every other month to check the sprinkler system.

I was impressed with the tech. On the strength of his communication, etc., I decided to have this company repair my sprinkler system. I got nothing for the cost of the "Comprehensive tune up." I did, however, have them do the 450 dollars worth of work that they quoted. I am pleased with the company -- and I recommend the company -- but avoid these "Special deals." I paid 39.00 for a free quote. -- DO NOT GET THE SPECIAL DEAL. I called the company, and explained that I didn't get anything for my 40 dollars. I was happy to pay the quoted price, but wanted my money back for this special deal. Part of what they told me was "We don't get any money from Angie's list." I disagree. They got me as a customer because of Angie's list, and I paid $450.00 for the service. That is worth something! When I asked to have management reimburse me for the 39.00 that ended up being a quote and nothing else, they called the tech and asked him why he hadn't done his job. He felt that there was nothing that could be done. They don't explain that that is a possibility when they advertise this deal. Skip the deal. It is no deal at all. But the company provides a good service and does good work. Get the Free quote. The "Special deal" is a bad come-on.

They were great and fast. We honest about the repair cost. The guys were great!

The guy was wonderful. He programmed the system for the correct time and for the correct amount of time. He corrected the sprinkler system that was all wearing in my neighbor's lawn. He explained the box to me and how to change it. He checked the sensor for rains. He was polite. He was great with the service. It was a good price. He did exactly what I wanted and did it in a clear, calm and laid back way. The pricing was excellent. The service is fine and everything is working fine. He was very responsive to my need. He was perfect.

It was a good deal, it went well. They were supposed to call me to set it up and they didn't, but I give them the benefit of the doubt for that. They were prompt and on-time and the guy did a super job.

All things considered I thought the price was fair. They offered me a service plan to check my system quarterly, but I said no thanks. That was just before the holidays. I wanted to make sure everything was in working order before the dry season started. I didn't notice that certain things weren't getting watered because we've had so much rain. I requested that someone come out and check my sprinklers to make sure they were timed correctly. The gal said someone would be right over because they were already in the area. Well, that didn't happen and a couple weeks later the sprinklers turned on again at an incorrect time. So, I called again and they said they'd look into why no one came out. Another week or two passed, the holidays came and went and I called back to ask why no one had still come out. I spoke with the supervisor and she actually got very testy with me! She tried blaming the weather for my sprinkler's odd behavior. So she gets my receipt out and says nowhere on there does it say anything about checking my timers. I couldn't believe it! She was splitting frog hairs. So she offered to send technicians out and charge me less than what they normally do. I told her no way and that I didn't appreciate it. I let her know if I had to spend $50 or $60 I wouldn't be spending it with her company and she hung up on me! I would never use them again and I am disappointed in having used them this one time.

All the work went as planned with some added repairs that were over looked on the original estimate. Joseph Mantos and Arnardo Paxtor did the work on my system which has worked in at least 2 years. I am very pleased with there work and will use them in the future. Once we over came a personnel problem, all went well. The only problem I had was, if they schedule a service and don't show up, kindly call for a new date, I had to call twice, I almost cancelled the service but Joseph and Arnardo made me feel comfortable with their approach to the job at hand. I'm glad I stuck with them.
