A very positive experience! I have had their services for the past 16 months and give them an A+ ! I enthusiastically recommend this company who have been in the area for a very long time.

I would give them a try, just get everything the salesman says in writing.

They solved the problem and I am on a regular contract with them them now.

I contacted Nozzle Nolen about 8 months ago. The salesperson Brandon was very alternative and responded to emails or phone calls quickly. Our house is surrounded by 8 foot tall Ficus hedges and I had been buying pesticide from Home Depot to control and kill white flies. We have abut 300 feet of Ficus and it was very expensive buying 6 to 8 small containers at $69 each every 4 months. I approached Brandon in early September and asked for a quote. I was told they would come every 3 months for $225 to apply pesticide that would do the same and much better than the Home Depot/Bayer product. After the first application in late September 2012 I had to call them back because hundreds of leaves where dropping off the plants due to the white flies. They came back but I still partially lost about 8 linear feet of Ficus leave coverage on one side of the hedge. After a couple of months noticed that I still had constant leaf drop due to white flies and asked that they comeback for another treatment of $225. They came back December 24th, 2012. By earlier January I would estimate that more 40% of the total leaf coverage of our Ficus has been destroyed from white flies. Today the 25th and only a month after their last spraying I had to re-apply $400 worth of product from myself. Literally there are thousands of white flies in each Ficus. If their product worked, there shouldn't be so much loss of leaves. I'm going to try another company and recommend others not to use Nozzle Nolen for white fly treatment. I wasted money and more importantly pray my Ficus recovers.

I have been using them for a year. As a matter of fact, I just stopped. The thing I liked is that they ended up doing the work. However, the bottom line is that they do it every other month and the last couple of times, I have had to had them come twice because of ants and roaches. Even with them coming twice, it never got rid of them. I finally thought I'd try to go out on my own and do it myself. The price was very good. The quality was good but the product doesn't work. Or maybe, down here in Florida, there are so many of them that it doesn't effectively work. The workmanship was definitely a B but because it didn't work, the quality is a C. I would only use them again if I can't get rid of them on my own. I may even try someone else because their product didn't work for me.

We used to use them regularly to spray around the house but we had some expenses so we stopped regular services. They are great. We love them. Their price is good.

I like that they have environmentally friendly products and they are wonderful.

They do a fine job, they’re punctual, they call in advance if coming, they show a genuine interest, and they take the time to explain and show what they’re doing.

I have a contract with them and they show up once a month. They call the day before they come out, but I am never home when they are there. I guess the quality of their service is good and I have had good results. They originally showed up for an ant problem and I haven’t had the problem reoccur, so I have been impressed with that.

They are the only certified ‘green’ pest control company in my area. That’s important to me because I have a lot of pets and I care about their safety. I had a problem with ants at my house one time. They came and treated my house once and I never had an issue again!

Nozzle Nolen really do a good job, keep the bugs out.

After two or three times they stopped having to treat the inside of the house and now they just come and treat the exterior and we don't have any problems.

I never see them but I'm satisfied with their service.

I have a contract with them. I found them on Angie's List. They seem dependable. They came on time. They gave me recommendations that were not expensive. They are good so far. They come out every other month to spray.

I would recommend them to others to use them. I will renew my contract with them when it comes up. I would use them in the future.
