Excellent, they performed a great job, placed traps in the attic and they checked for four weeks- not one problem. During the attic’s prep, unfortunately, the technician stepped on the ceiling and created a crack in the ceiling inside the house... Nozzen Nolen took care of the whole repair until we were satisfied. Every one in the company showed concern about the issue and they resolved it immediately and professionally. We have used them for years for our pest control services for years. They do a great job, always come if we have an emergency and are very professional. I use them for my business, our home and children's homes. I highly recommend them.

Went Very Well. Treatment for Subterranean Termites. The gentleman that came out explained everything in detail about what he was doing. He treated our attic and around the entire house perimeter. He was in and out in no time. We were so pleased with the professionalism.

I had an appointment schedule on May 4, 2019 between 9am and 11am. At 11:44am, I received a call from the person who was scheduled to do the inspection indicating that he needed to cancel my appointment because he was sick. I would have appreciated a call between the 9am and 11am window - NOT 44mins after the 2 hour window. #unprofessional #joke

Sylvia has been my pest control technician for years. Any problem she fixes. She feels more like part of the family than a hired hand. In the past we had fleas, they sent out a 2-man team for a 2-day treatment and got them in one attempt. We bought a house and it was infested with roaches. They sent in Claude and he came back 5 times to make sure they were cleared out. Been here 10 years now and not a roach since. BEST PEST CONTROL PERIOD.

I have an annually service with them. They come out quarterly. I think they are expensive. The workers are very professional. I have been using them for about an year now. I haven't seen a bug since I started using them.

Dave my salesman was very knowledgeable and informative on the whole process. This company was not the cheapest or most expensive but they made me feel the most comfortable.

It turned out great. That was fine. It was a great overall experience.

They did an estimate right away and showed up a couple days after to do the work. All work was done quickly and efficiently.

I could not see any difference in the lawn after the spraying. There was no followup other than a collection call for a service that I had paid for in advance.

Was not home for the service. The wife was home but did not inspect the application.I have moles that are damaging my lawn. I was told that if I removed the Grub Worms (the moles food source) the moles would move to another location. I still have moles, so I do not know if the insect and grub treatment was effective.

Excellent at getting rid of my ants but the communication, billing and scheduling issues make them not worth the stress.

Called 3 times in one day, each time I was told they would call me back in 5 minutes, never received a call back. Hired someone else.

I've used them for a couple of years. They're a very reliable company when you have a problem. They do send someone out. I'm still having some pest issues and we're working on resolving them. They're trying to send a supervisor out. They're a well-established and reliable company. I would recommend them but I probably would not highly recommend them. They're capable and they do try their best to satisfy you. I probably just had a unique problem and we're just trying to get it under control. They do use products that are not harmful to pets. They use green products.

It went good. I purchased it and after a couple of days, they came. I purchased it for my rental property. The price was good. The quality was good.

The technicians who came to our house were hardworking and professional. My only beef with the company involved the sales rep who promised to refer us to a trim carpenter for repairs of termite damage. After several unanswered calls to him I was getting angry. I don't like being lied to!! However, a manager quickly remedied the situation and Nozzle Nolen has another satisfied customer.

The quality is fine. They were recommended by people in our neighborhood.

I have been dealing with them for thirty years. I have had them in my previous residence and I have them in my new residence. I have always been pleased with them. They have always taken care of any problems. I have nothing to complain about. I am bug free. I have always been satisfied with all these years of service I have had with them. They come out monthly- the second week of every month. The price is very fair. For promptness, he always calls me the day before which I always appreciate because, if I need them for the inside, I can always let him know at that time. He is very professional. He always wears his uniform and is very polite.

They're a little pricey. If I ever have an issue, they would come back and come back. He always goes above and beyond.

They are great. The customer service is great. Their price is very competitive.
