They are here routinely because I have a termite control and pest control contract with them. They are very good. They will pretty much do whatever I want them to do. The contract is $1,500 a year, and then it is $97 per visit. They are very discrete. They just come and go and I practically never know they are around. I decided to use them because they are a local company, so I know where to complain to. They honor their contracts.

Got their name from Angie's list. They were also recommended by a store in Deerfield that sells products for do-it-yourself pest control. I had a recurrence of bug problem, and Nozzle Nolen sent out one of their best - Jay. I also talked to someone at the home office, Mike. Between the two of them , my bug problem was resolved.

Alberto is professional, friendly, and arrived on time. He listened as I described areas that needed attention, plus he identified several more areas that I was unaware of.

We received a call that we were due for our second application and scheduled a date. C.J. introduced himself and told us he would be the tech handling our our account arrived at the scheduled time. He was thorough and very courteous. It's nice that we will have the same te3ch each time.

My experience has gone very well. The staff is very professional and highly knowledgeable in their field. The pricing is reasonable and I would recommend this company to others.

We use the Nozzle Nolen from Tequesta and our route person is Sandro Nannini. Sandro is personable and prompt when treating our home. We have called Sandro when we get a small issue with a roach or ant that makes it into the house and he comes by within a day or two of the call. Since beginning the treatment plan we have seen very few critters and if we do Nozzle Nolen takes care of the issue promptly.

Usually all goes well, but twice we had only fair results. I called the company, and they resprayed at no extra charge. The technicians are very knowledgable and professional. My regular technicians are great, but one that came for an extra visit (before the time frame for the scheduled appointment, catching me off guard) was a bit terse. He is the exception, everyone else has been personable and responsive to concerns.

We have been using Nozzle Nolen for over 10 years and have been very pleased with their service. Our technician is very thorough. She treats the whole house and always warns us when she sees potential problem areas like too many leaves piled against the house.

Great. Was surprised at how professional the service associate was in his attire, attitude, delivery and description of programs, outline of treatment plans and supporting materials enclosed in folder. The technician was also very professional and knowledgeable. He cares about taking care of the customer and house. Both went over and above what I was expecting, which is much different than what I have experienced with other pest control companies.

They do an amazing job. We have never had a complaint and have no problems with insects, etc in our house. We also appreciate that their products are pet and environmentally friendly.

Nozzle Nolen were great. He never charge us anything. We will absolutely go with them.

Mark is very professional, he seemed to be very thorough in his service. His company sends emails still about different recalls on the equiptment in the house. There were a couple of minor issues with the house that were not on the report but you can't see everything. I would reccommend especially after using other home inspection companies.

They come and do whatever they had to kill pests. I'm just trying to think of why it should be bimonthly but I have no idea, it's just how they wanted to do it.

Excellent and perfect. If I could give them 5 stars, I would! They were on time and did exactly what they were supposed to do. They were clean and polite as well. They gave me a special price and combined a few different trades into a lump sum of $995 instead of $1400 if I did each service separately.

White fly had attacked not only my ficus but, other plants in my garden. Frank explained and showed me all the plants that were being attacked. He then setup a program to rid my yard of problems. I was very happy and so far so good.

They are dependable and resonable in pricing for our pest control needs. They are puntual, polite, and professional. They are ecologically concerned.

They arrived when they said they would and explained how the termites (Subterranean) operated and how the pesticide worked against these termites. I called them back when after the application of the pesticde more termites appeared and they re-applied the pesticide. After the second application and the removal of the rotten wood I did not see any more termites.

From beginning to end, they were prompt, efficient and thorough

I needed treatment for Dollarweed in my grass as well as a fungus on the canal bank. Nozzle Nolen set me up with alternate monthly treatments for the problems and they fertilize the grass as well. I have a large yard and the treatments are beginning to help. I also have them spray and dust for insects around the perimeter of my house. I am impressed with the technicians who actually come and treat the problems. They let me know when they are here and go about getting the job done. I have high hopes that my yard will look better as the treatments continue.

Went well. It rained hard the same day. I called and asked for a re-treatment and they came back in a few days to redo the outside. So far so good. Do not get the outside done if rain is coming!

They did a good job. We had a contract with them for a year and everything went smoothly.

We're happy with them. The attitude and feeling with them makes their service stand out. They are very professional.

My only complaint was that the can of spray foam used was left lying in the yard.

I changed from a company that I had used for a long time due to a lot of weeds in my lawn. Since using this new service the weeds have died. Lauren the representative came out promptly after my call and she was knowledgeable and has been responsive as well. I have used them for two months.
