For the service from Nozzle Nolen, they do fine. They do fine. They do well and pest control is a big thing in Florida and you obviously have kind of a big cost to that. If you ever have an additional problem they will come back and treat it and do whatever they need to do and they have done well. What stands out the most to me is that their employees, the actual people that come to the house are very friendly and very helpful. The price by Florida standards is reasonable.

I'm happy with them, really happy with them. They gave me a discount for using Angie's List. They gave me $15 off on the initial, which makes a difference. They did the outside and the inside on the initial visit. We did sign a contract with them. We had an issue with ants. We had, what we thought were fire ant outside and then we had ants inside and I tried my own stuff and it won't work. It turns out that the ants that we had would not have responded to the kind of stuff that I put down. That was an issue. They educated us. They checked for termites. They took a look at the areas. They are actually going to come out again probably on Monday to take down wasp nests.

They are too expensive. I will not use them again. My contract is up with them in January.

for first 3 years things were fine. then we started getting millipedes and ants in the kitchen and bathroom. they responded quickly. however, after 4 months efforts, they never were able to find a solution or a powerful enough insecticide to resolve problem. paid bill for balance? last month but was surprised because i paid each contract year up front. cancelled account after payment. someone called our home phone after being asked to call my cell phone (we were out) so no one at the service ever cared to discover why, after 4 years, we cancelled the contract. that was surprizing. maybe they were glad that their problem would finally be gone. still have the ants though. calling another listed exterminator today.

Nozzle Nolen provided me with materials, bags for protecting food, etc. and complete information concerning the process. We did all the bagging. The sub contractor saw to other details necessary for the tenting. The sub contractor was very efficient.

The indoor work is handled by a very conscientious and skilled professional who needs no guidance but who also provides feedback and recommendations (that do not focus on building their billings). The ornamental work has required considerable follow up on our part. That technician doesn't observe or report on what he finds. Therefore, we have had to have him come back on several occasions. If he were as proactive as the indoor technician, we would have given all A ratings.

We're very happy with them. It was one of Angie's List's top people. They were excellent. I would call them again even though they didn't do the work. He spent quite a bit of time listening and looking around a little bit. He didn't think that there was any problem at all. He was very professional and very punctual.

The inspector, Lauren, who came out first did a thorough inspection of the property. She addressed the immediate issue of the ghost ants which were in multiple rooms of the house. She then scheduled a comprehensive treatment for the following Friday. The initial treatment mitigated the ant problem. The follow-up treatment addressed the ants and other issues such as the beginnings of wasps nests in several locations. The sevice agent was also very professional and did his job with efficiency. I have put Nozzle Nolen on a regular service plan and anticipate continued friendly, competent, and professional service.

Three Nozzle Nolen representatives visited my home (Frank to assess the requirement and provide the quote; Noe to perform the initial treatment the very next day after Frank's visit; and Eddy to provide the follow-on treatment one week after the initial treatment). All three gentlemen were very knowledgeable, helpful, punctual, and pleasant. Frank assessed the situation, and advised of the appropriate manner of addressing it; he was straightforward, honest, and professional; recommending only what was needed. Noe and Eddy were very thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. All areas where pests might enter my home were sealed, the inside and outside, as well as the attic, were thoroughly treated. There was a noticeable, almost complete, resolution of the problem after just the initial treatment. After the follow-on treatment, the problem was completely resolved. Shortly after the follow-on treatment, Mike, the Nozzle Nolen manager, phoned me to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. I advised him that I was very satisfied, and appreciated all that the Nozzle Nolen representatives had done. I would definitely recommend Nozzle Nolen.
