Family owned & operated. Our specialty areas include all natural treatment (A.N.T) and Integrated Pest Management (I.P.M). We have 5 offices in South Florida and service all of Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties. We have around 120 employees. We recently became Green Pro Certified as an Eco-Effective Pest Control company. We are also proud of being the only Florida based Pest Control Company that has a Green Shield Certified program through the I.P.M. Institute of North America. Member, I am terribly sorry that no one contacted you to give you information about our services. I did some research on what happened to your request and to the best of my knowledge it seems that you simply fell between the cracks. We have since made some changes to the way we handle contact requests from Angie's List to insure that this does not happen to anyone else. While I'm sure you have already found another company to take care of your pest control needs I would still like to extend a special offer to you to make things right. Mention my name and the situation to any of our customer service representatives and I'll make sure that we waive the initial service charge on any new annual contract that you sign with us. Description of Work: Nozzle Nolen (Dave) responded the same day that I called and visited my home to see what was needed. I wanted to set up a regular pest contract. The cost for 1 year is $60 every 2 months with a charge of $120 (- $15 angies' discount) for the first visit which includes inside use of pet friendly products. The technician, Claude, did a very thorough job. In future, if I need the inside treated again, they will do so at no extra charge. In other words, $60 every 2 months is for outside pest treatment, (inside also done if needed). If I should see any pests inside before the next bi-monthly treatment, I just call and they will send someone out. All in all a good service. I suspect they may not be the cheapest service...but if you hate bugs as I do, the cost is worth it for the peace of mind.
