Marlon and his father were incredible! Did an amazing job! They were super clean and beyond pleasant to see every morning! Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

The previous owner of our house had these guys install impact doors and windows about two years ago. We asked them to come over and check out a few locks that didn't seem quite right. Dan, a highly skilled tech, arrived and spent two hours lubricating, adjusting, tightening, tweaking, etc. He also explained what we should do to lubricate them every 6 months with dry lube. Service fee of $75.

Eileen McGrory is the best. We went out of town before a part could come in for our door, and she kept up with everything to get it installed for us. She is really great at what she does. As for our Hurricane Windows, Simply the best I have seen. They had me at "Small bomb resistant" (When I looked up the windows). As for the doors, they worked great when they first put them in, and even better/smoother when they came back with the last part and adjusted them. I know where to go the next time we need hurricane windows!!!

Could not be happier with our windows and the customer service we received from beginning to end. Dan had us sold in one visit and Marlon and his assistant were amazing with the installation and meticulous with the clean up. The windows look beautiful. Would recommend MaxGuard to anyone.

Very effective

Overall it went very well. There were some hiccups because of structural issues with the wall where a large window section went. (This was an L-shaped area with 4 individual window sections - 1 about 3 ft wide by 6 high, and 3 about 5 wide by 6 high. This was the single most expensive and most labor intensive area for both the windows and the shutters.) Those weren't evident until the old windows were removed and the new ones ready to go in. This led to some delays with both window projects, but the crew from MaxGuard improvised, patched and got things taken care of, while coordinating with the shutter guys to ensure both projects were completed only slightly behind schedule and at no additional cost.

Great. From the initial sales visit through pulling the required permit to dealing with unexpected problems found with the structure when the old windows were removed, MaxGuard personnel were courtesy, efficient and professional. They even brought the permit application to my office in downtown WPB to get my signature.
