Description of Work: I called this provider on 2 separate occasions to get an estimate on getting a new metal roof installed. In both instances I spoke to a real voice (not a recorded message) and asked for a return call to get an estimate. My calls were not returned.

Description of Work: Called for an appointment to get an estimate on the morning of 5/21/12. A woman called back the next morning 5/22/12 to tell me she had to call me back after she looks at a calendar to make me an appointment. I have never received a call back....8 days later. They don't need the work apparently.

 + -1 moreI liked his knowledge and professionalism. His pricing was reasonable. He did some repair work and I didn't have the whole roof replaced. He was very punctual and cleaned up after himself. He was very nice, clean and it was a pleasure.

 + -1 moreThey were very professional and cordial. They were not arrogant at all and gave me 30 to consider their estimate. They came out the next day for the estimate and the next week for the repair. They repaired the leak, replaced a sheet of rotten plywood, installed new flashing to tie the aluminum roof to the existing roof. Their repair work is guaranteed to for 2 years. They cleaned up and hauled the materials and debris. The total price included material and labor. They were excellent.
Description of Work: Came out and did the repair job in one day.
