Job went very well. Had new metal roof installed on our home. Crew was professional and cleaned up everyday. They even put plywood on our new driveway so the dumpster didn't gouge the cement

The first time they told me it was from the vent in the bathroom. Seal needed to be replaced. Although it was no where near the stain on ceiling $250.00. He never went into the attic to check. The second time, they said it was a rusty nail that had worked its way out. This time they went in the attic, with much insistence from me. $275..00. One month later, the stain is back on the ceiling. Back again, after many many phone calls. This time they told me they would have to remove all singles in that area to the plywood to see what the problem was. The BEST PART of this foolish is, I was told, they did it the cheap way hoping it would work. Well, it didn't. I was told they could remove everything down to the plywood, but could not quote me a price. I could not recommend them, for all the money going.

I would use them again. There was a bunch of them, about 7 people. It took 2 days, well actually by the time it actually took 3 days. They stripped it and my husband inspected it so it took 3 days.

I think he did a good job I referred him to my daughter. He fixed the roof it doesn't leak.

The whole experience was great. Due to weather my repair was delayed. But Lynn stayed In contact with me to let me know when the repair would be performed and it was completed to my satisfaction. I will be using them again In the near future to repair the roof on my screen porch.

It went fine at the time of initial installation. When they did the installation we asked them to check a truss which we expected was damaged due to a tree falling on the house. When they checked the truss they pulled up a part of the underlayment and replaced it. At this time we have noticed a leak has developed at that location and the truss is cracked. I have been repeatedly calling them since we found the damage and leak, and am able to speak with a receptionist, but I never receive contact back from the roofers.

If you want to hire a roofing company that stands behind their work, DON'T hire Gary Marzo, Inc. We had a leak in the roof over our garage. We got a couple of estimates and Marzo's was very reasonable and they seemed to know their stuff regarding what needed to be done. We hired them and they did the work in a reasonable amount of time. After the next heavy rain, it was apparent that there was still a leak in the same area. After 4 months of trying to get them back to look at the problem, they still haven't done so, and all I ever got from the office was excuses why they hadn't been able to do it. And our house is only about 1 mile from their office. We are definitely disappointed. We'll now have to hire someone else, increasing the total cost of the repairs significantly. Don't be fooled by good pricing from Gary Marzo, Inc.

Called Marzo for help with a roof leak that previous provider had tried and failed 6 times to fix. Did a thorough evaluation and gave estimate which I accepted, work was completed in a day, leak repaired.

I called Gary Marzo Inc. on Monday September 8th, to get an estimate to repair a leaking roof. They set up an appointment to have someone come on Thursday to give me an estimate. It was the earliest time they had. I rearranged my schedule so I could be home when they arrived. No one showed up! I called again on Friday morning, told them someone was supposed to give me an estimate on Thursday and no one showed up. The woman on the phone looked it up, and apologized. She told me they were running behind schedule and would call me back. No one ever called. I called other roofers made appointments and they showed up. This morning 9/18, I signed a contract to have my roof fixed on Monday with another company. About 3 hours later someone from Gary Marzo shows up. No Phone Call. I was going to give them an F, since they finally showed up I gave them a D. I told them I already have a contract with someone else and they apologized for the delay. I called this company because of the excellent reviews on Angie's List. The one I am using is also on Angie's list and also has an A rating. I will review that company when the work is completed.

Excellent roof repair which was done timely and superbly done. I had 4 quotes for the roof repair and although Gary's quote was not lowest, he provided the longest guaranteed and the work does done in a very professional manner.

He was timely, courteous, had an excellent price, and we were very very happy with the work. I recommend him highly!

To Gary Marzo and Crew, First of all we like to thank you and your wonderful crew for a great job. My roof is the talk of my neighborhood and everyone loves the color of my new roof. Your crew were very polite and very hard workers. When your crew showed up and started removing the old roof I was totally amazed on how fast they worked and made sure that nothing fell into my pool as well as cleaning up after the days work. My favorite part was watching how your crew just got alone with each other and when they sat down to eat, it was like seeing a whole family sitting down for dinner. My husband and I, always like to make employees feel comfortable so we kept telling them to sit in the backyard to eat and relax for their breaks and the bath room was available for them. The service was unbelievable . It was a painless experience, I have nothing negative to say about this company. It was a job well done.

An appraiser came, checked out the roof, explained the problem and the price. Workers came, replaced the vent and were gone. I received the bill in the mail and that was it.

from the first call to the last call ,from getting the estimate to setting up the date it went smoothly... the roofing supplies had been brought in the day before and all placed up on the roof...friday am the roof crew arrived and proceeded to attack the roof. due to the noise i left returning from time .when i returned in the afternoon the crew was gone -the commerical trash container in the driveway was all that remained.. ...the crew returned monday am and finished the job....when they were finished they had cleaned up so well it was like they had never been there...prompt,courteous, clean and reasonable....

They were very honest and very prompt and courteous. The roof work is excellent.

Initially, the job was to begin on Friday the 16th and would finish by Wednesday the 21st. We were happy to hear from Lynn asking if it was alright for the crew to start on Thursday (one day earlier!).Gary's crew arrived Thursday, removed the old roof and put underlayment on the roof. They did a great job not only with the and quot;teardownand quot; but also cleaning up afterwards. Monday, the roof was inspected and material arrived. Tuesday, a different crew came and installed our new, shiny metal roof. Again, this crew took the time to do a great cleanup. Both crews were professional and hardworking. The foreman on the crews were very knowledgeable and polite. Gary came the next day for the final walk-through. If we have a need for a roofer in the future we will definitely start with Gary Marzo.

He did a wonderful job. He said he will address any issues, but we haven't had any. His price was very competitive. I was very pleased with him. He also cleaned up well and took care of my property.

This is the 2nd roof we have had replaced by Gary Marzo Inc. The first was approximately 9 - 10 years ago. We had such a great experience then that we requested them again. It hailed quite a bit at the end of April. We didn't realize we had any damage from the storm but noticed many homes in our neighborhood getting roof replacements. We called Gary Marzo who came out right away. He determined the roof required replacement and wrote an estimate on the spot. We then notified our insurance company which sent out their estimator. The estimates were almost identical, the only difference was a cracked skylight. The insurance company estimated a partial replacement and Gary estimated a full replacement. Gary worked with the skylight manufacturer and the insurance company which resulted in a full replacement. All was handled quickly. The roof replacement went well, with minor delays due to rain. Gary Marzo has earned a reputation as an honest and reliable company with integrity above reproach. The neighbors on both sides of our home also require roof replacement and were so impressed by Gary's demeanor and knowledge that they too have opted to have Gary Marzo Inc. replace their roofs.
