Description of Work: Replace hot water heater

Description of Work: Daniel went to my house and found out that my water heater is leaking and no longer heating, I have a warranty so he advised me to call the company that installed it and get them to replace it, he was so kind to stop and see what needed to be done for no charge.

Description of Work: Had a back up throughout the house but once Main Drain Plumbing showed up and cleared a tree root in main waste line......great job.

Description of Work: This is the second time we have used them and they do very good work. The owner, Daniel, came to our house and cleaned out our drain, replaced the sleeve and handle on our shower and fixed a dripping toilet. He was pleasant and efficient. We will continue to use them and would recommend them to our friends.

Description of Work: There were two firms we tried. One didn't show up and the other one sent out a salesman who tried to sell us a new faucet for $500. We called someone else and they fixed it in two minutes for a much lower charge. I'm not sure which one Main Drain was, the one that didn't show up or the one that tried to sell us a faucet we didn't need.

Description of Work: Did a great job and came out on time. He was very courteous and And took care of the job in quick fashion. After our experience using main drain we decided to use him to redo our bathroom. He gave a great price seem to know a lot about what we need to do I recommend him highly.

Description of Work: Replace 3 old, leaky faucets.

Description of Work: He snaked the kitchen drain and cleared the blockage. This took about 11 hours of uninterrupted work so it was not a simple procedure. This was a very unusual and difficult problem requiring hours of work. Had he walked away I would not have criticized him. I am very proud of the fact that he stayed with the job until it was finished.

Description of Work: Three new bathrooms and new kitchen. They cut through slab to tap into existing waste lines, added new copper water lines, installed two new water heaters and installed all toilets, sinks and faucets and shower heads.

Description of Work: Our gas hot water heater started to slightly leak water from the bottom of the tank and we were concerned about getting it fixed before the storm, Isaac's arrival. We were very concerned about using just any company to work on our large gas appliance. We asked a few people we knew that had plumbing issues in the past, as well as searched on Angie's List. A couple people highly recommended Main Drain Plumbing, that they used in the past and they had nothing but good to say about Dan the owner of the company. I also found Main Drain Plumbing on Angie's List and that helped us to make the final decision. I called Dan at Main Drain Plumbing at 9:30 p.m. that night. To my surprise, being late at night, Dan answered and rearranged his schedule for the following day to come take a look at it. He was prompt upon arrival, courteous and very knowledgable. He told us that our gas hot water heater seen its last days and needed to be replaced and took the time to explain what all was involved to change it out. When he came back to install our new gas hot water heater, he again was on time, explained what he was doing and was very professional. He also made sure that the temperature setting was set just right to our liking and that the water would'nt scold us. Our new gas hot water heater works great and no more leaking! I'm glad that we called Dan at Main Drain Plumbing. He worked efficiently but, took his time and answered all my questions. He was polite, neat and cleaned up after himself before he left. I would definitely recommend Main Drain Plumbing to any and everybody. We found a new plumbing company to use for life. Thanks again, Dan.

Description of Work: Started with my toilet bubbling during a shower. That was the first sign there was a problem and soon after I had a backed up toilet. All my attempts with the plunger failed. Working from outside the house, MainDrain broke the obstruction free and made my bathroom operational again. He also did an inspection of my septic system that found I had a broken septic lid that was covered in grass which had instigated this whole mess. Finding that alone saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Ultimately his services left me with a functional bathroom, a replaced septic lid and a very happy home.
