Came early with great equipment. No nonsense professionals. Followed directions and eager to help. I would highly recommend.

The movers were extremely professional, courteous and hard working. They made our moving day pleasant and smooth!

It wasn't the most pleasant moving experience. First they were an hour and fifteen minutes past the appointment time, They took some care with packing the items on to the truck, but unloaing at the storage area, they just quickly threw things hapazardly in wanting to rush off to the next job, instead of waiting a few minutes while we got a second storage area so the furniture could be well preserved and taken care of in the storage. (so they stayed between everything about an hour, rather than two). Not a service I would go back to use again.

went well, only , thing different from tae original agreement which I paid thru Angies list , was an additional 40.00 dollars bill presented at end of move with no explanation, but I have no complaints it was worth it.

From the first point of contact on the phone until the final box was moved everything was top of the line service and very professional. Alonzo and Marvin are steller. Great attitudes, friendly. Never complaining and worked non stop. Best movers I have ever been around in my travels. Had a great experience and will most definitely be giving referrals for this moving company for years to come.

My task began with choosing the right moving company, once I joined Angie's list I realized there were a lot to select from. I chose from 2 companies simply because of the flawless recommendations I found, I chose Lord's Moving and immediately began working with Dr. Jack Lord. I provided an inventory (which was grossly understated when it was all said and done - I forgot about my office!) Dr. Jack quoted me a "All" in price with two movers. The price was a fair price for what I needed so I accepted. Moving day came... Dr. Jack followed up the night before to confirm (boy I was happy that I was still on his list!), I confirmed I would be ready. My husband, a die hard New Yorker told me "just watch how they "pad" the price..." I told him "I had confidence that the price was the price"... I am happy to report "I WON!" the Price was the Price... How refreshing!!!! The move was not easy, lot's of glass, mirrors, large TV's and antiques. In addition, we had a "color code" which represented what went on the truck in which order... Next, call me "fickle" about how things are wrapped! Now it is time to name names... Malvin ran the crew and worked with me to assure absolutely everything was too my liking: Alonzo won the "Wet Tee Shirt" contest for his endless effort as the "experienced, professional packer". Dave, Ben and Mishel win the award for loading the truck and strategically placing things for space and safety. Now, the "Snag"... we ran behind schedule and were heading out to my storage unit when I realized we could not get in to my storage... I was in my car and Malvin was driving the truck behind me - I called them with the BAD NEWS; we agreed to pull off to make a plan. Now, this is a perfect place to pad the bill and when "the "Shuck and Jive" normally begins... Instead, I was met with Malvin and Alonso telling me not to worry, stuff happens! Wow, what do I do with my things? The Solution: Malvin told me "you are not giving us any money until we complete the job" and they took my possessions with them overnight without charge, we made the final move into storage the next morning. I run a company and I must say "it's not often I am amazed", Lords Moving amazed me. In a world were many are trying to get ahead what seems a total disregard for others Lords Moving stands high above this. My "Hat" goes off to Dr. Jack and Julie, husband and wife owners as their attitude and commitment was seen in every employee they sent my way! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM FOR YOUR NEXT MOVE!

Outstanding job! workers courteous and expedient, knocked out the job in one day! About 16000 lbs.

The movers were always complaining and miss handled my boxes as they were being unloaded. They messed up some of the popcorn ceiling and dirtied the stair wall. I also had spoken to jack ( owner) because we did go over time by 90 mins and were charged for a full 2 hours. I talked to him because the guys were alimentary that they needed payment in cash or ck. when I told them I can put it on a card cause I had no cash me and my husband agreed to give a check and for it not to be deposited until Tuesday and it was not. They deposited the check early and messed up my finances. I emailed jack and asked to contact my husband and he has not. I would not recommend to use this company. Update .... Response to comment.... As for the credit cards no offense but that is how I paid... The lack of respect, lying when we had a conversation and you not keeping your word is where the issue is... There is no growing with lack of integrity.... I wish you the best of luck in your future....

They were a spectacular moving company. The workers are excellent and the owner was friendly and helpful. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Called first. Arrived. Surveyed what needed to be done. Completed moves.

Purchased the big deal, with moving listed as being available for my zipcode. They contacted me immediately to say they did not provide services in Miami. I asked them if they could initiate the refund but they told me I had to. After a few emails to Angies List, I received the refund.

I looked them up here on Angie's list, I went to their website to call for a Estimate. The had a form available on their website to fill out and either send or call them and read off everything on that form, which is all the contents I will need to be moved including information about stairs, addresses etc. So it took me over an hour to fill out that form I tried to make sure I included all my contents. I decided to submit it. It has now been 4 days I still did not get a call. That gives me a clue on what lies ahead if I were to go with them. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
