Description of Work: I waited over two hour at the storage unit i needed to move with them calling and saying they were on their way.....The movers were... great but management was not organized and someone else had problems that became a priority over me.. appologies really could not make up for this

Description of Work: Despite putting in a long and hard work day, the three man crew arrived with a cheerful attitude and immediately went to work carefully wrapping the furniture and loading the truck. The offloading of the furniture and other incidentals were equally well cared for at the delivery point. Each of the three crew members were polite and courteous and the job was managed in an efficient manner. Our impression is that Lord's Moving is a highly professional company who places their customer's needs as a priority. We highly recommend Lord's Moving to anyone who values old world pride and work ethics.

Description of Work: They tried to come a day before they were scheduled. Then they were more than an hour late on the day they were scheduled. They only headed our way after I searched my caller id so I could contact the delivery man directly. I left a message for the owner and he never called me back. They reeked of smoke (not just tobacco). They did move my piano safely and were nice enough guys. However, we waited all afternoon and it was a lot of work to track them down. We will look for someone more professional next time!
