I called to get a price quote from the company and after shopping around found they were the best price with the best reviews on Angie's list. I called to confirm one week prior to the move . The staff showed up right on time and were very efficient and professional. They transported my furniture and boxes to Miami and moved everything into the condo in an efficient manner. They were very professional and I would recommend them.

4 men arrived on time and immediately started working. They packed & moved everything. They were efficient & very courteous. All went well & without incident or interruption. They were terrific!!

Arrived with polite crew who all packed our boxes and furniture quickly and with care. One piece was basically glass. They shrink wrapped, then moving blankets and loaded without problem. In Philadelphia, they unloaded while it was snowing. Very good job!

Lord's Moving came in with a great price quote on Thursday and was able to meet my timetable: the move was completed the following Monday. Admittedly I had a small lot of about 15 items, but it included a very large armoire and a heavy marble tabletop among other things. The crew of 4 was prompt, courteous, efficient and very careful with my possessions as they moved me from a one floor walk-up condo to a house. They painstakingly wrapped the furniture in movers' blankets and dismantled a fragile floor lamp for transport. On arrival they put the items where I wanted them and reassembled the floor lamp. Great job! I will be using Lord's Moving Co. next time.

Nothing was too much trouble for Andre and his men at the other end of the move...which involved carting stuff up three flights of stairs! the good preparation of securing cabinet doors etc. ensured that this exercise went smoothly. Once all items were inside the new unit, they were patient with placing and sometimes re-placing items in different locations as we requested. The whole crew knew what to do, and they moved efficiently and with care. They were polite and helpful. Andre, who was in charge, did a wonderful job and we would not hesitate to recommend this service or use it ouselves again. Given that we have moved over 12 times so far, and sometimes across the Atlantic and across the USA, Lord's Moving Co, stands out as one of the best experiences of a "moving day" we have had.

Rare to have any kind of good moving experience in Florida but these guys were fantastic. I had to postpone three times due to the sellers bank issues and Jack never missed a beat. He accommodated me at every turn with a pleasant response and a can do attitude. I am pretty darn customer service oriented in my business and i just cant say that I would have been so gracious! The guys that came were yes sir and no sir all the way. Friendly and careful. Does not get much better than that.

Very positive experience. The moving truck was the correct size for the move that we needed and the attitude of the employees at either end of the move was very positive. We got what we paid for and had no problems.

They did a great job. Arrived on time. Wrapped furniture to protect it from damage. Were very courteous and faster than I expected. Overall a very pleasant experience with no problems.

They are dishonorable and they don't pay taxes on all the money they collect for the move. All of my stuff was brand new and they damaged every single thing. I sent them many emails,tons of pictures, and contacted them many times. They had me send them the items that were damaged and they never gave me any money back or never even gave me the damaged items back. They kept telling me that they are going to deliver it back to me. The drivers and the movers made list of all the damaged items as well. They came and picked up all my broken furniture and told me they were going to have it fixed and repaired and have it all back to me within a month. It was almost a year before I got my furniture. It Also looked like someone was using my furniture because the bedroom dresser there were items in the drawers that were not mine.

It went better than expected. I couldnt believe they would do everything they said for the price quoted. arriving on time. Wrapping everything and delivering it to my new location very quickly.r

Andre and his assistant, Drey, were very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They blanket wrapped or paper wrapped items to avoid damage and were very careful with everything. They picked up a very heavy sleeper sofa at a 2nd location. Wrapped the sofa and were extremely careful not to damage anything in the home where the sofa was. I was very satisfied with Lords' Moving and highly recommend them.

Crew arrived on time and were diligent, speedy, and well organized with good team work.

The moving team (Andre, William and Anthony) arrived on time, were totally experienced, professional ,efficient and skilled in carrying out their duties. There were no wasted moments and no wasted steps. They knew what they were doing and managed to pack and fill a furniture storage unit with space left over. Good work. No hesitation by me in providing a decent tip to each.
