Sent email to Dr. Jack Stone with detailed request and he replied with a quote. Dr. Jack called me to schedule and I confirmed that we had requested packing of our stuff. After some discussion this was confirmed by Dr. Jack. The day of the move I got a call from the mover (don't recall his name, let's call him Frank), I again confirmed that they'd be packing. He said he wasn't aware of this and that there would be additional packing fees, I mentioned my conversation with Dr. Jack. After a little while he confirmed that he would honor the original quote. Throughout the move, Frank (who claimed to be a '50/50/' partner of Dr. Jack) seems annoyed. He did the packing and the move but seemed agitated every time I showed him an item that needed to be packed. Eventually I just grabbed the remaining items and put them in my car myself. I respect Dr. Jack for keeping the original price but was really let down by Mr. Frank's attitude. Whether or not the price was underestimated, this is not the way to treat a customer. I would work with Dr. Jack again but request someone other than Frank do the move.

Move was very smooth. They honored an estimate that should have been more. Very professional movers.

I used Lord's Moving again, after they did such a great job the first time! … They moved several large Antique pieces of furniture including An Antique Baby Grand Piano, back into my home after our new hardwood floors were installed. Obviously, moving these pieces were tedious considering the type of 'high gloss" finish on the new floors. They did a fabulous job, without a single mishap to the finish on the floors or the Antiques. The movers from Lord's were very understanding regarding my concerns and exhibited a great attitude. Very Friendly and understanding,… JOB WELL DONE!!

Owner Dr Jack Stone was OK to work with. But one of the movers was hung over & took frequent breaks. The movers could be more professional. The furniture was very heavy. Maybe they should have wrapped the furniture in plastic.

Incredibly good experience. With two day's advance notice, Lord's picked up a large dining room set, chairs and hutch from a residence in Orlando, and delivered to my home in Coral Springs --- all in one day. I mentioned that they would need to complete the delivery before 4pm due to security gate restrictions in my community. No problem. The delivery team arrived early in Orlando, called and advised that they would arrive by 3:30 PM. As expected, they called and had the furniture in our home by 3:45 pm. The two gents were absolutely professional and accommodating in every respect. I would 100% recommend Lord's Moving Company.

I submitted an online inquiry through the company's website for an estimate to move from a 2 BR condo in Greenacres to a storage unit in Palm City. I received a very short email within a few hours stating that it would cost $1,800.00. I have never had to make this type of move before and this is the first response I received which was a little disheartening. I was afraid I was not going to be able to afford hiring a moving company. When I received a response by phone a few days later by a different moving company (who I went with and had a great experience with), the estimate I received was $460.00. That is quite a large difference from the estimate I received by Lord's Moving Company. I'm really not sure how they came up with such a large estimate and did not even bother to contact me to obtain enough information to provide a reasonable estimate. The only conclusion I could come up with is they clearly did not want my business.

We had a slight miscommuncation on the scheduled time but this was quickly rectified by the owner. He was courteous and easy to work with.

The Lord's crew showed up on time,… were very professional,… and had a friendly attitude. Moreover, they handled several very high end Antique pieces with ease. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

Everyone was great. The crew was on time, were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond.

The guys that worked the move were very nice and hardworking so all I can say about that is just keep doing a good job and stay sharp at all times, fatigue can really play into a move and carelessness can result in damage and dinged up walls, doors, furniture etc. The largest flaw with my move was with the fact that they did not have enough supplies to perform my move in the manner I expected. This resulted in some damaged surfaces on furniture items. They ran out of blankets so items that should have been wrapped were scraped by dolly's or from exposure to other ruff items/surfaces. It is the responsibility of the moving companies staff to manage their resources and to ensure they have adequate supplies prior to performing a move to prevent damage to a customers goods. These guys had their supplies removed from the truck by another working crew but performing a check prior to coming my way would have saved me the damage. I have had bad moving experiences in the past and this was just another one where my stuff ended up getting damaged even after I expressed this fear to the owner. I really wish this one had gone a little better. Again the guys were great and the damage wasn't really known to me until after the move and I started moving things into place and noticing the stuff.
