AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: I booked this company 3 weeks in advance to do a move for me in Florida. I traveled from Indiana to help my sister. They never showed up or called. I called them and they said they had been trying to call me all morning. They were calling the wrong number!!!! They did not apologize or try to fit me in the schedule. I had to hire another company and wait another day. It cost me twice as much because of the short notice. The man on the phone was very nasty to deal with.

Im Dr Jack Stone... President Lords Moving....I.....Have no knowledge of this person or the move .... seems strange if we were trying to contact her and did.... why would she pay twice as much....we contact customers before we go to pick up merchandise ....I personally book all the moves....if I were unkind to anyone. they were probably using foal language which I don't use or listen too any questions about any review or complaints should be directed to me 561-734-6302
