GREAT! Chris was on time and explained the entire process to me when he came to my home. He showed me how to make sure the dryer has good air flow so I would know if I have a blockage issue. I decided to have the service done as a preventative maintenance issue for my home. I believe that this service is one that everyone should have done to their dryer to prevent any fires!

I started looking this morning on Angies List for someone to come and clean our dryer vent all the way to the roof. I compared 5 companies and the Lint Man had wonderful reviews and a 5% off coupon. I called to get an estimate which he said would be $99. He said he would be in the area this afternoon if I wanted to get it done today. I was delighted with that kind of service. He phoned me when he was on his way and arrived with a gigantic and powerful vacuum and all kinds of brushes and extensions and accessories. He was most professional. The first problem unbeknownst to us was that the dryer hose was not totally attached correctly. Okay, no biggie. Our hose was old and bent and in terrible shape which was no surprise to us. He had a flexible replacement hose in his truck so he was able to replace it and connect it properly. This was only an extra $10 and saved us a trip to Home Depot and the hassle of trying to get it on by ourselves. He seemed very through and got out all kinds of lint that looked like it was up there since the beginning of time. He brought down a good size wad that was stuck up at the roof end. He cleaned up when he was done. We were very happy and would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and neighbors. Chris was a nice polite young man and we will have him back next year keep this vent clean and lint free.

It went very well. He went up onn the roof to check out the vent to make sure it was OK. It was not. So he removed a ccreen that wwas and even alerted me to some broken pieces of roofing tiles. He recommended a change the vent to one that is more efficient i.e. up to code and also would allow for better and safer operatiion of the unit. He also replaced a worn connector hose and the dryer is working perfectly welll now. Would definitely recommend him.

Christopher did a great job checking out the vent and cleaning it He is knowledgeable and courteous and gave me a lot of good advice about how to prevent problems in the future. He was the consummate professional. He came on time, didn't ask for any additional charges, and got my dryer back to good working order. I would definitely hire him again!

Excellent service, he even noticed that the vent was disconnected in our attic and fixed it ( just took a couple of minutes) but didn't charge me. The time it now takes to dry towels and clothing is much shorter....I think this cleaning will easily pay for itself in saved energy costs.

The tech said it might cost more because we have a two story house, but it didn't. Our dryer was on first floor and vented straight out the exterior wall. He did exactly what we wanted (thoroughly cleaning out lint) for a great price.

Everything went well. He came and cleaned out my vent. Also cleaned very nicely around in back of the dryer. Shortened the hose, because he said it was way too long. When he went outside he showed me that the flap on the outside of the house was broken, and advised that critters could possible enter through it. So he put a new one on. This was extra, but not that much more. He was not pushy about it. He was quick and efficient. Very pleasant young man.

Great, suggested removing screen at vent cover to allow free flow of exhaust.

The Lint Man did an excellent job. He found a bird's nest clogged in my dryer hose which would have caused a fire. He was extremely professional and I highly recommend his services

He explained to me and showed me the process of what he was doing. He also showed me the problem I was having with my dryer. He was very flexible. I had to take my son to the doctor during the time I had initially scheduled and he was able to come back later that day and perform the service.

Chris is a polite and very professional person. He had to climb on my roof to do our vent. since our home is a 2 story town home, he charged an additional $20.00. After repairing and cleaning the vent on our roof, he attempted to clean the vent. He informed me there was some sort of problem and he required attic access. He came downstairs and showed me photos of a broken vent pipe that evidently had not been reconnected after our roof was replaced. He did the necessary repairs and charged an additional $30 for the work and materials.

It was great! He called promptly to set up appointment. He called before he came. He was on time. He did his work well. He was very pleasant. There were no hidden extra charges. I would definitely use Chris again next year. In addition, I will recommend him to other people I know.

Chris called ahead and arrived right on time. He was very professional. Went up on the roof and retrieved roofing material that the roofers had tossed into the vent. He made sure the vent was clear and free of damage. I didn't even expect the dryer cleaning, but was very happy with the extra attention to detail. He replaced the dryer, balanced the legs and even replaced the dryer closet door before he left! Very satisfied with the results and will use this company again.

Chris was awesome!! Our dryer vent had not been properly cleaned out in 10 years and our dryer took multiple cycles to dry our loads. The communication prior to the appointment was excellent. Chris showed up a few minutes earlier than our scheduled time (quite a rarity for South Florida!). He assessed the vent and its problems with my husband and did a thorough inspection prior to beginning the actual cleaning. He was incredibly persistent with our horrible vent. Once he completed the job, our first load of towels was dried in one cycle- whereas before his cleaning, he literally took up to 3 cycles to get a load of towels dried. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future to keep our dryer vent free and clear!

Very professional & courteous. He cleaned out our dryer vent from the roof to the dryer hook up. He moved everything and cleaned up after. I would definitely use him again and recommend him. Great job!!

Chris was punctual, pleasant and did an excellent job of cleaning the dryer vent. Will definitely use him again!

He was knowledgeable and very efficient. He explained everything and made necessary suggestions, like not to replace the grate on the roof vent since there already was a flap to keep critters out. I highly recommend this service not just for the electricity you will save, but for the fire hazard that was prevented.
