After having a really bad experience with a previous company, it is refreshing to deal with a company that does what they are in business for! The service representative was a little early for my appointment which was fine, he explained what was involved in the process, was friendly and completed the job in record time. The price was fair too!

Total professionals! Chris and Patrick are now annual visitors to my home after removing about two POUNDS of lint from the vent system during their first visit last year. I am all but certain that, in addition to the obvious fire safety issues, my electric utility bill has gone down in an amount equal to or greater than the cost of the service! Excellent service provider, efficient and professional.

Chris, the owner, was responsive and answered the phone when I called. We set an appointment and he was prompt in arriving with his assistant. He explained to me that the duct venting was done improperly years ago (two different sizes rigged together). He replaced all the duct pipe venting (through my attic) and took pictures that I could use for my insurance company. He was happy to give me an Angie’s list discount and he went above and beyond in his work and detail. I have referred him in the past and will continue to do so.

Chris was prompt, professional and efficient. He vacuumed in and behind the dryer and pulled a clog from the pipe from the roof. I’ve used the dryer twice since and the “check vent” warning light hasn’t turned on.

Everything went as you'd expect. I called around, they were right inline with the market rate and with their Angie's List discount a little less expensive. Chris was on time, in communication, and professional. The work was just done but he seemed very knowledgable - if anything goes wrong, I'll let you know but the work is guaranteed for 4 months. As a note, my vent is on my roof.

This service more than exceeded expectations. Chris gave me a time of arrival, called to let me know he was on the way, and arrived at the appointed time. He was neat, efficient, and explained everything he was doing in a pleasant manner. Since our dryer vent is on the roof, it was not an easy task, and he did a splendid and thorough job. I will be calling me next year to do an annual performance of this important maintenance item.

Christopher did an excellent job. He was courteous and professional. My "check dryer vent" light had been going on intermittently. When he pulled my stacked washer and dryer from the wall he found the original duct pipe was crushed about 50% in 3 places. This is the first time the washer/dryer was pulled away from the wall since it was originally installed 2 years ago. Its a very tight installation with walls on both sides of the appliances with about 1" clearance on sides and top. Chris knew what he was doing and was able to pull the appliances out safely with no damage or problem. He replaced the duct with a new lighter and more flexible aluminum foil duct that he said would not crush like to original heavy aluminum duct. Everything was cleaned up and reinstalled perfectly.

Chris (owner) was very professional! Called 30 minutes ahead of scheduled time saying he was on his way. Arrived right on time! I pulled out the cabinet which was in front of the vent hose, but he would have done this for me... excellent service! He went up on our roof (that’s where our vent discharged to) and found the vent screen blocked with a BALL of lint preventing the screen to open when the dryer is operating. He replaced the hose ring going up into our wall. No extra charge! He and Patrick did a great job! Chris even put the cabinet back in place after he was finished! Very pleased!
