He contacted us the same day, scheduled service the next work day - Monday- and arrived promptly. He cleaned the dryer vent and showed us a screen that was at the top of the vent and was completely blocked. The difference in drying time is amazing. What used to take several hours and 2 cycles to dry now takes less than an hour. My only regret is not having this done a couple years ago. I have vowed to have the vent cleaned every 2 or 3 years from now and on. I can highly recommend them for being prompt, quickly cleaning the vent, and being very professional.

Great job and well worth the cost when considering the cost of electricity for longer drying time. We replaced our washer and dryer after 13 years and found new dryer was not drying as expected. The Lint Man arrived on time, very professional and cleaned out the vent all the way to the the roof. Dryer works fantastic now.

Chris is hands down a great person to hire he works hard explains everything and his prices are the best. The previous owners of my home did Slapped together garbage job so Chris could not clean the vent when he came due to improper venting but he did set my dryer up so it could be used. He will be coming back to install a code and quality level vent system later in the month. I will use him everytime.

Chris was great. I called and he came out a few days later. Assessed the dryer vent and recommended a new outside part to prevent animals from getting into the coil. He spent over an hour thoroughly cleaning the vent. He was very friendly and I would recommend him to others.

I looked for a Dryer Vent cleaner on Angie's List and saw how highly recommended Chris- Lint Man was by others that had hired him. From the phone call to the service date all went well. The other reviewers were right on. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. I am intuitive and knew that he was an honest person. I never got the impression that I have had from other services that already start warning you about finding other problems. Honest good service= repeat business and recommendations and I will recommend him to all my neighbors and friends.

Chris was wonderful to deal with, even making a weekend appointment so we could have a new washer & dryer installed. He called to confirm and was right on time. There was no sales pressure, but he did point out some unsafe problems with the existing duct work. Rather than patch the forty year old system, we had him install a complete new vent. He did a fantastic job, even taking pictures of the work in the attic to show us what was done. He also installed the new appliances, as they were delivered early, by Sears. I have already recommended Lint Man to friends and family.

Service was complete and thorough, he replaced the dryer hose with a better suited flexible venting hose. Explained what was needed and what he recommended and was professional and courteous. Everything was great. He did a great repair on the vent.

I was getting a moisture buildup beneath my dryer. I contacted my service provider who came out to check the dryer, but he said I need the vent cleaned. If cleaned and I still have an issue with the moisture he would come back to check things out within the dryer. He also said to make sure that the person who cleans the vent goes up on the roof. I contacted Chris to inquire on his cleaning process. He responded quickly and answered all questions I asked. He said he would be able to come out that afternoon. He called on his way, was punctual and explained what he was going to do. He got to work immediately cleaning the dryer, the vent and the roof vent. He changed my older dryer hose and even went into the attic to check the vent pipe there. He was polite and did a thorough job. I would not hesitate to use him again.
