He did a great job cleaning both the dryer screen, exhaust screen and vent. He even got on my roof to clean from that direction. He also changed the hinge on my dryer to open from the other direction so that it wouldn't hit the garage door when it would open. I will definitely use him again in the future.

My clothes dryer was hardly drying. I was afraid that I would have to buy a new dryer. A friend suggested that I have the dryer vent cleaned. The Lint Man came out the next day and professionally cleaned my dryer vent. He did a fabulous job and I would recommend him to everyone.

Found Lint Man on Angie's List. Called and left a message yesterday (Sunday). Chris called back and said he'd be out today. He was running late today due to unexpected issues at previous jobs, so he called twice to keep me apprised of his status. When he got here he and Patrick got right to the job and had us cleaned out and my dryer back to drying again in no time. Cleaned up after and left no mess. So pleasant and professional. It is a wonderful thing to be able to write an excellent provider review in South Florida! Dryer vent cleaning is often an "afterthought" - a service that is on a list with many others offered by a company and (often, at the bottom of the list of those services). With Chris, it is all that he does, and he is a true professional in that regard. Prompt, courteous, communicative and competitive -- he and his assistant Patrick got right to work, cleaned the vent to and on the rooftop, replaced the dryer vent connection hose, cleaned the dryer itself, and left everything spotless after they were done. The dryer has never worked better, and I am now on the yearly schedule for this!

Excellent! I wish all home repair/service companies were this good. He cleaned up & repaired a botched new dryer install from two years ago which contributed to the problem. And those were Best Buy's install team. He answered my call the first time. Made the appt for the next day. Called 30 minutes prior to our appt to let me know he'd be there, and performed the job efficiently, and expertly and was very nice too boot :) Chris owns and operates his own company so you know you're in good hands. He knows what he's doing and we felt confident in the work done. We will hire him every year for this job from now on! Highly recommended :)

Well. It took about 45 min. I had another cleaning co out. Said it was clean but kept having issues with drying and my dryer would tell me there was a problem. Had the service repair out too for the dryer. Said tests out fine. Ended up thinking it was a damaged, blockage that could not be fixed that easily without opening the wall to access the vent line. Ended up just being a lint blockage in 2 different areas in a S shaped bend near the outlet which Lint man found and cleaned. Air now blowing out good. he also tested and cleaned the dryer himself.

I used their Angie's List $99 vent cleaning deal and could not be happier with how everything went. Christopher was right on time, exceptionally professional as well as being a pleasant person. He took the time needed to do the job and really inspect everything regarding the vent, truly listening when I asked questions or explained when the new roof was put on, etc. Christopher told me my old plug plate cracked apart (it had to be 20 years old), showed me how to turn off the breaker, and what kind to get at Home Depot to replace it. He also quoted me for a new 4 inch re-vent, explaining my current 3 inch one I have isn't to code anymore. When he noted this, though, he didn't do it in a scare tactic way that I often get from other vendors. Lastly, and most impressively, he took the time to tape up the water hose from my fridge that runs along the wall where my vent is; I had previously just had it coiled and hanging on a nail. I feel like I received pretty exceptional service and care from this company, plan to use them for my yearly maintenance, and would certainly recommend them to friends.

Chris the owner operator answered the phone immediately no going back and forth through voicemail. He set an apointment for the next day. Chris showed up on time. He also called when 30 min away and texted me as requested when he went through the security gate. Came in did the job moving tightly squeezed washer and dryer and made sure they were put back properly. Charged me the agreed upon price of $89 for a one story dryer vent clean out through the roof and the dryer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He was even honest and told me he charge $89 not $99 for a one story house.

I called and he was able to work me in between two other appointments; he was at my home about 30 minutes later. He identified what caused the break, fixed it, tested it and made recommendations on how to avoid the same type of problem in the future. I'll definitely call him if work needs to be done. Great guy, great work.

I needed to have my dryer vent cleaned, so I contacted Chris at Lint Man LLC based on the good reviews here. I contacted Chris using the Angie's List messaging feature, and he responded later that day and provided his cell phone number so I could call or text him. It was easy to get an appointment and Chris came when he said he would, calling me about 20 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way. The dryer was on the second floor, and I had already disconnected it from the vent because I was replacing the dryer. Chris attached his vacuum to the vent on the wall, and noted that the airflow was restricted, indicating a blockage. He went on the roof and removed lint that was blocking the roof vent. Chris offered to clean out the dryer, but since I was replacing it I told him to skip that. Chris offered advice for hooking up the dryer in the most efficient way. I found Chris to be very responsive, professional, and efficient, and I will not hesitate to recommend him or to use him again.
