Description of Work: Inspection and preventative maintenance. Spent time to do a thorough evaluation of 2 AC units. Very polite and clean

Description of Work: He replaced our heat pump A/C unit on a very timely basis. All the work was done according to specs and we were very happy with his work. He coordinated the work with a plumber and the condo maintenance department and was very flexible. His pricing was very fair and competitive. The unit was water cooled and not every air conditioning company can handle this type of project.

Description of Work: Replaced 5 ton a/c unit and air handler with UV light. Crew showed up early and had the job done and cleaned up in less than 6 hrs. Everything appears to be done in professional manner.

Description of Work: A/C was noisy. Three different technicians came on three separate occasions at $90/visit and stared at the A/C. An Angie's List recommended electrician came spent three hours taping up every possible thing and finally discovered two major bolts were loose causing the panel to rattle.

Description of Work: They installed a 3-ton, 16 SEER Carrier A/C unit in my home. Everything about this company was geared toward service from start to finish. I own a home in North Palm Beach that I inherited from my parents. My son lives there and handled all the initial contact for estimates that were then forwarded to me. I contacted John C. Cassidy because they had installed the unit to be replace back in 1998 (they still had the records of that installation). After receiving the estimate, I wanted to discuss the details with respresentative, Dale. Since it was the weekend, I emailed a request to get a phone call at his convenience not expecting to hear anything until Monday at the earliest. To my surprise, I not only received a email reply but a call to me that same morning. Dale spoke with me several times discussing the installation and answering all my questions and concerns during the next few days. They were able to schedule the installation for the date that I requested and arrived at the stated time. They were no surprises and the installation, which included relocating a part of the unit from the attic to an interior closet due to size constraints) was performed as stated in the contract. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Description of Work: Estimate for AC work at our new house

Description of Work: I used John C Cassidy Air Cond Co last year for an air compressor that was under warranty.

Description of Work: We had an air conditioning tune up and repairs performed along with three Reme uv lights installed in three air con units.

Description of Work: My A.C. stopped working on a Sunday night in August (how horrible). At 8 am the next morning, I called John C Cassidy Air Conditioning - as a brand new customer - and the serviceman arrived at 1:30 pm that day! He found the problem immediately (the water run-off drain was clogged and so the unit automatically shut-down rather than let excess water run all over). He fixed it, and checked over my entire unit (inside and outside my home). No other problems found. The service call was a flat $79 (quite fair), and the repair plus checking over my whole unit was $61.

Description of Work: Our AC went out on a Saturday night and they came and fixed it Sunday morning. Our regular AC guy doesn't work weekends. The girl that answered the phone was great about answering the weekend emergency line and returning my messages and the guy that came out was nice and professional. Not sure what broke (my husband does but I don't) but whatever it was it works now. No complaints on the employees or services.
