Cristian Ramirez was wonderful. Very courteous and polite. Called 30 minutes before he was going to arrive to let us know he was on the way. Very thorough in his inspection and also took a look at what we thought was a potential problem. Instead, he was able to let us know we just needed a new fan instead of our entire electrical system being messed up. Great value. Nice to know everything was looked at and we are safe.

My pool pump blew up less than a week after. Never have had any problems with it prior. Costed me a ton of money.

I purchased a special on Angie's List was having trouble with ceiling fan in the living room. The technician arrived on time and immediately took apart the fan and found the problem. The technician also performed an inspection of the apartment's electrical system. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the technician. FPL Energy Services is now the company I will call for any electrical work.

Two technicians arrived 1 1/2 hours early which worked out fine as we were home. The project went very well. the outlet was put up high so that it will be hidden behind a mounted TV. The wires were run through a flat conduit and the existing cable wire was run up to the location as well.

The whole experience far exceeded my expectation. Good attention to understanding the problem and expectations when scheduling the visit from the person on the phone. It got better from there. The technician(Cristian Ramirez) was very professional in appearance, communication and results. After explaining my problems, he inspected my equipment and explained what he was going to do and set my expectations for the outcome. He was able to fix one of the lights but not the second light. He explained my options of either replacing the light or using a programmable switch. I had never thought of using FPL for this kind of service but I will in the future.

Could not ask for more! Even during their busy time, they squeezed us in since the issue was in our child's room. The technician, Christian, was polite, professional, and fixed the issues within minutes.

Mike and his apprentice were on time, very personable yet professional. They introduced themselves at my door and provided me with an FPL business card. In the interest of optimal time management I had all the new fan pieces out on a table, they quite efficiently removed my existing fan and installed the new one. The one hiccup, which was my fault, was that I didn't have a 9volt battery for the remote control. They ran up to the store to get a battery and then ensured I understood how to use the remote to control the light and fan speeds. They could not have been nicer and I would highly recommend their services to my friends.

I purchased the Angie's list '39.00 coupon'. Roseann immediately contacted me to schedule an appointment and the electrician assigned to my task was Wes. Both were absolutely fantastic. Roseann kept me informed every step of the way regarding scheduling, answering questions, etc. Wes was extremely knowledgeable and personable. On the first visit, he painstakingly diagnosed the wiring chaos left by a previous owner in my new condo, and laid out a recommended plan of action. He then came back and completed all tasks exactly as I wanted - he even put in a temporary kitchen light fixture until I could have the permanent one installed. Everyone was professional, the work was stellar, and the customer service was great. I will definitely use them again - and I'll be asking for Wes.

Roseanne from FPL Services call me to set up the appt. I personally had to cancel once to reschedule. I rescheduled for 4/14/16 with Roseanne, who was very kind and understanding. She quickly sent me a confirmation along with the photograph of the technician that would be performing the work. On 4/13/16, Roseanne called me to remind me that the technician would be at the resident at 8 a.m., as scheduled. I arrived at 8 a.m. and then recieved a notification by email on my smartphone at 8:02, that the technician is on his way. Two technicians showed at 8:12 a.m. and I told them where to park. They came in and looked at the work that needed to be done, determined the parts needed to be acquired, and they kindly excused themselves to get the part. They arrived back around 8:45 a.m. and were done by 9:10 a.m. NOTE: I got this deal through Angie's List at $39 for the service call and a $50 credit for work done (parts are not included) I paid $39 for the deal, plus $30 for parts. Since they did not go over the one hour, no credit was applied. They did the work professionally and were very quick to do so. Kudos to Roseanne and team!

A very nice young man showed up exactly on time. He called ahead to say he was on his way. He seemed very knowlegable and went directly to work on the problem. He had to go to Home Depot and pick up parts and was back in a very timely fashion. I will not know how the work turns out until we get a drenching rain, but I feel confident my problem was solved. It is a pleasure to feel confidence in the person hired to do your service. I would definitely use this provider again and I highly recommend their services.

I purchased the Angies List 1 hour coupon for $39 to fix a problem I was having with a timer switch. They called the next day to make an appointment for later that week. They arrived early (called first) and went to work on the problem. The two techs were very nice and friendly. They figured it was both the timer switch and a the trip had gone off. I purchased a new timer box for the light switch. They installed the new timer and set it for me. I would recommend FPL energy services to anyone needing a reliable electrical work.

I have to rate them an A on all the categories. They were on time. They communicated when they were coming. They were here at the time committed. They fixed the problems to our satisfaction. What really stands out is their commitment to be here on time and their communication. They were calling the day before the schedule visit. On the day of the visit, they also called. Their communication was above what we normally see.

Doug called to say he was on his way. Arrived on time. He inspected all my concerns and was able to assure me that my home was safe from electrical fire. He fixed outdoor light that was staying on 24 hours. My experience could not have been better!

We were given an honest assessment of our requested work, nothing more nothing less. The electrician John Mcmahon is a licensed electrician, and of course FPL is insured. He was running late from another job, but proactively called us to let us know the time frame. The price was actually better than other bids by a little and he didn't try to upsell us for additional work. The job is complete and working fine.
