Great. The Tech Jean spent a good hour on it. My unit is 13 years old but he gave it the thumbs up and didn't try to hard sell me a new one. We discussed it and he answered all my questions Giving me an Idea of the cost.

The tech told me the wires coming into the house from the outside box were not the correct gauge, and they needed to be replaced. Replaced at a tune of $1,200. I didn't elect to do that. Since then I had FPL out because of total power failure, due to the line coming from the pole to the house. After this line was replaced, most of the issues have been taken care of. I've also had an electrician out for something else and told him what the tech had told me. He dosnt think that to be the case. I need to have the exterior box replaced, and he thinks that will take care of the problem in its entirety.

Unbelievable. The person who came out was fast, friendly, and efficient.

Identified a couple items that can improve the panel. Walked me around the house and described other services they provide.

It was excellent, the guy was wonderful. They spent a lot of time and talked to me about a lot of different elements I was interested in. I was happy with their knowledge. I noticed that my energy bill dramatically went up during certain months. He explained to me how to relate that to the energy use of the cooling in my house by looking at the amount of heat I was dissipating. In the period of days I could kind of forecast the cost of my utility bill. I just learned a lot that I did not know. He educated me on a lot of stuff. The guy was great. My wife and I was so impressed with how knowledgeable he was. He was punctual when he showed up.

The circuit breaker panel tune-up and comprehensive electrical inspection is well worth the cost. Knowing that your electrical panel and systems are working properly provides peace of mind and can alert you to any problems that may represent an electrical hazard that require immediate correction..

It went very well. I was very pleased with the results. They're the main power supplier in Florida and across the country. I have great confidence in the company as my supplier of power and their performances through hurricanes and everything else. I just recommended them to a friend. My interaction with them was excellent. The work was excellent. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Excellent and efficient. Electrician (Frank Gutierrez) determined a problem with one of our GFI outlets and replaced it. He did a thorough examination of of our box and checked all of the minor issues we had with our wiring. He was professional and personable. Thanks!

They came on time and were polite but never sent me the report and didnt notice or alerted me that i had a double wire in my electric box. My insurance inspector noticed it right away. Dont waste your time or money not worth it

An electrician named Steve came out to my home. He was very professional and walked me through his findings and over all opinions. He was very patient and professional in answering my questions and encouraging of me to ask him about any concerns I might have in my home. He seemed to want to offer a good value for the service. Very good experience. I would be willing to contact this company again based on my experience.

I called them more than 2 months ago for them to come and give a quote for installing a generator. They came about a week later and the electrician said he would go back to the office, do some research on how to do it, and give me a quote. Few weeks passed, a lady from FPL called saying they didn't have a quote yet. About 2 weeks later she called again, saying they still didn't have a quote yet. Said the electrician was very busy. She called again the third time and just apologizing for no quote yet. Now after 2 months later and I don't hear anything from them, I conclude they don't have a quote and they ARE NOT working on my quote. I expected professionalism from FPL, but I guess I am wrong.

Electrician installed a flood light that was laying nearby and not the obvious one that should have replaced.

Our electrician was great here was prompt and efficient. There was a mistake the resulted in one of the circuits he worked on becoming disabled but he came back as soon as we reported the problem and fixed it. FPL has a great web site that allowed us to specify preferred appointment times. However, apparently no one reacts to work request made on the weekend and their fancy web site was ignored and we hand to make multiple phone calls to create an appointment.

I made the purchase about a month ago and I HAVE NOT HEARD OF THEM YET, paid on Aug.24th and today is Sept. 19th.????????????

Fantastic. The technician was very professional. Thorough, did a great job solving new wiring routing, additions of breakers, repurposing unused breakers, etc. He worked fast, had a clear understanding of my needs and solved for them. He also left the work areas involving several rooms immaculately clean. Very impressed.

Excellent. The technician showed up on time and immediately impressed with a thorough review of the electrical box and quickly provided solutions for future electrical needs. He also advised on other needed safety needs (improved grounding, etc.).I will be using this service provider for needed repair and electrical upgrade work in near future.
