I received a call immediately(very impressed by that), advised them of my situation. Set up an appointment and they were right on time. Very friendly but yet professional, inspected my roof, advised that I had hall and storm damage to the entire roof, ask if I wanted to contact my insurance for adjustor to inspect. Agreed and contacted my insurance, found out I did have damage all over my roof, DGA ask to be there to converse with the claims adjustor, I agreed. Adjustor came out to my house, inspected my roof, sure enough, damage was all over, needed whole new roof. DGA did the job for the insurance claim. This all happened in a matter of 1 week and 1/2. I commend the insurance company(Liberty Mutual and DGA) for a great service to me. This was a plus for me since I was putting my house on the market...I also got a lifetime roof out of the deal... I highly recommend DGA as they were very empathetic to my situation...Oh, I almost forgot, I received a new flashing for my chimney also...what more could you ask for!!!! :-)

Great. For to the weather, we had trouble scheduling, but they kept in good contact and performed my maintenance package as soon as the weather allowed. I will definitely use them again if I need.com roof repairs or maintenance.

Called out Josh for estimate to repair roof because of leak into Master Bedroom. Josh was unable to get onto roof due to ice but made every effort to give us a fair quote by accessing the attic, taking pictures, etc. As soon as the weather allowed he came out and made the repair charging us the lesser amount of the original estimate! They even repaired damaged shingles unrelated to the job on other areas of the roof while they were up there.

He did a very thorough job, we were very pleased. I liked that he heard what our concerns were, he listened and then he went up and looked and explained what was going on. We were happy with the price, he was on time and he was here when he said he would.

Went well, we had to reschedule a few times due to snow, and they were very responsive.

I researched Angie's list for my parents who had issues with faulty roofing that had to be replaced. Mom did the requests for quotes and was impressed with the owner, Josh's professionalism from the very beginning. On the day of the job they arrived earlier than promised with a full crew. Put down plastic all around the house, boards over windows/doors, and a frame over small trees to protect them. They laid canvas sheets around the house and threw all the old roofing down to those sheets. They had a large magnetic roller that they took all around the outskirts of the house to pick up any nails that missed the canvas, tools with magnets to sweep for nails up next to the house and the Josh even went to the neighbor's houses to give them his card because the wind had started blowing and he was afraid some of the plastic might blow into their yard. He told them to call him if they found any trash that was missed and he would come back to pick it up. They also finished earlier than we estimated. You could not tell they had been here except the roof was new. We were pleased from the moment we first talked with Josh all the way through the process! Highly recommended!

In order to sell their house, the previous owners had this company install a brand new, top of the line roof. We bought the house and moved in 2 months later. Almost immediately, the roof was leaking. We did not know who did the roof at the time, so we caulked and hoped for the best. Every time it rained, it leaked again and we caulked again. Finally, it started leaking in three more places and we realized we needed to do something. We contacted the previous owners to find out who did the roof, since it was obviously not done correctly. They gave us the name of a different roofing company at first (a company who had done a repair on the previous roof). That company came out and told us that the flashing was done all wrong and until it was replaced, no amount of caulking would stop the leaking. After the evaluation, they realized that they did not put the roof on. We contacted the previous owners again and had them locate their contract. They realized that Midwest Restoration, the Noblesville, IN division of DGA Roofing has actually installed the roof. We called them and were immediately unimpressed. They said they would come out the next day. Brian Dean came out and was immediately rude. The first thing that he stated was that the roof was not under warranty because it was purchased by the previous owner, not us, so they were not responsible for repairing it. Apparently their quality is so sub-par that they don't feel that they should have to stand behind a roof installed less than 2 years ago. My husband had to threaten to take him to small-claims court in order for him to even look at the roof. He had an attitude the entire time. When he looked, he stated that he had done a fine job on the roof and that the flashing was fine, all it needed was a little caulk. He caulked a couple of areas (not even looking at one of the leaking areas and not caulking the area that we had previously caulked where the majority of the leaking was happening. He was extremely rude the entire time, questioned the other roofers motives, said that we were only unhappy with them because they had a falling out with the previous owners (which we hadn't even known about), and left the empty caulk container in our yard. After he left, I called his business partner, Josh Armogum to tell him about the horrible experience that we had with his partner. He was extremely rude as well. As soon as I told him about his partners rudeness, he got defensive and stated that he did not believe my husband or I for a second that his partner was rude to us. He also stated that the other roofing company must have not known what they were talking about and that they weren't going to do anything else for us because the warranty didn't cover us, only the previous owners. NO ONE should ever hire this company. They don't stand behind their work (because it is not done correctly) and are RUDE to customers. Response 4/16/2014: First off, DGA is trying to twist our words, NO OTHER COMPANY did ANY work on our roof. Everything (with the exception of our caulking) that was done was done by this company! The other company LOOKED at the roof, they did not do ANY WORK! They told us that work needed done and so we called DGA Midwest Restoration (thinking that they would fix their mistakes) since they were the people that did the work. We fully expected them to take care of their mistakes, as the other company that looked at the roof said they would have been willing to do if they had installed the roof. We did not have a bad taste in our mouth for this company until they came out and immediately and rudely told us that they were not responsible to do any repairs since we were not the original purchasers of the roof (every other roofer we have talked to has found outrageous that a company would not stand behind their work). We have since had a third roofing company come out to evaluate our roof since the first company told us that the flashing was horribly wrong and then DGA claimed that it was fine. The third roofing company told us that the flashing is done completely WRONG and an entire valley needs redone, just like the first company did and stated that this is obvioiusly what is causing the leak. They were able to examine the roof and tell us where the leaks were before ever coming into the house. They also said that numerous short-cuts were taken on the roof and upon thoroughly inspecting the entire roof, found other areas that needed fixed (shingles cut too short in some areas, left too long in other areas so that they will curl over time, etc). They told us that the caulking that DGA did to "fix" the leak was simply a temporary Band-Aid and in no way would keep the roof from leaking again. The third company also stated that had they installed the roof, they would have repaired it for free. We want to save everyone from the horrible head-ache that the inadequate work of this company will cause.

Everything turned out well. The company was flexible in terms of scheduling, they showed up on time, and the technician was friendly and professional. Furthermore, he provided an accurate diagnosis that the roof was old and would need replacing soon.

The guy arrived 15 minutes early and started right away. He walked the entire roof and then removed a lot of tree branches and leaves. He then took pictures of areas that he cared for and recommended a yearly maintenance call because of how some of the roof peaks come together and hold debris. He was very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend him to my friends.

They were very prompt, and polite. They came when they said they would and quickly made the repairs we requested. They checked for additional damage and found two additional spots needing attention. They also did some caulking we were not aware we needed. They assured us our roof is basically sound and made us stop worrying about it. Finally, they charged us less than we were quoted on the phone. We could not be more pleased and will certainly use them when the time comes that we do need a new roof.

Showed up did job promptly and nicely

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It went well, it was good. It was everything that they promised. They showed up on time, installed it, everything went well. I have been happy with the results, all is good.

I called them out to the house, because I have a 2 story house, and the shingles had been going off from time to time. I had been going up there and putting them back, so I called them to check the roof. They went up there and they sealed around my vents and everything else, but all fall, and through the winter, I've had a leak. They came back once to reseal and check for my leak. They could find nothing wrong. During a rainstorm I went up in attic to check on problem. It was a bad roof vent, not a problem caused by DGA. I called them for Help and they returned a third time to my roof, they replaced 2 roof vents on that side of my home at no cost to me. They went above and beyond what I had hoped for. I would recommend them Highly! A very responsive company going above and beyond.

It was fine. They were very handy. They actually put the fan in the wrong location for us. They came back the next day to move it and repaired everything. Everything was in good shape.

Everything was well done and have not experienced any more leakage down the siding. We were so pleased we have contracted to have our roof replaced this spring.

It was very good. They seem to do a thorough job. He took pictures up there and showed me where it was damaged. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was punctual.

Our initial call was returned promptly and they made an appointment to come out and assess the damage. When they looked at the roof, they found more damage than the insurance adjuster had. We had another adjuster come out and meet with the roofer and they agreed to replace our roof. They came as scheduled and completed the job in one day. When they were finished, they did an excellent clean up. We are very pleased with the appearance of the new roof and have not had any issues with it. They were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They explained exactly what they would do and they completed the job as promised. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

The people were prompt and professional, explained their services and the work they performed, gave me an evaluation of future work I may consider, and went above and beyond by also fixing some flashing around my chimney. I would definitely use DGA Roofing in the future.

The service was great. The guys who came out were super and real nice. They were up on the roof and they looked around and gave us a report. They were on time and good. There was no additional cost for the service. They just did what they were supposed to.

It went fine. The service was quick and it was done in probably an hour and a half. It is so quiet I can't hear it when I'm standing out looking at it. It's maybe 20 feet away and I can't hear it at all. Only when I go up in the attic I can hear it when it is on.
