Brian is a nice guy but 1 man show 3 years after 3 attempts roof is still leaking in the same place

I went and got 3 quotes from roofers I found on Angies List. All 3 roofers came within the appointment time and all 3 gave me quotes for the work. I went with DGA Roofing (Brian) who provided me with the lowest bid. Normally I discard the lowest and highest bid and go with the one in the middle; but after meeting with Brian I felt confident in giving him the job. I am glad I did. After he pulled off my roof tiles he asked me to come out. He said that the anticipated plywood damage wasn't there and he significantly reduced the amount he asked to be paid. This was unexpected as he could have not said anything and I would have paid him the quoted amount. Would I use him again - you bet I would, and without hesitation.

Excellent experience, Brian returned call quickly, listened to issue and informed me if understood correctly he could be prepared to effect repair at time of quote if agreed. Gave fair and competitive quote. Brian effected an extremely professional solution, even emailed photos of repair. Repair has not been severe weather tested yet, however I feel certain he will be true to his word and further remedy if needed. I highly recommend DGA Roofing won't hesitate to hire again.

Couldn’t ask for a better professional job. Arrived early in the morning the next day as promised and completed the job in the rain. He gave professional tips on how my roof was originally placed and how to do some minor repairs. Salt of the earth guy; glad to have met him.

Midwest Restoration are the ideal folks to work with. They listened, provide opinions and options and we’re extremely flexible to the few changes I made to our plan. The quality of the tile work and the custom storage cabinet they built are outstanding. Communication on status, work and overall project updates was timely and proactive. It went very well. We have used Midwest Restoration for a few projects. This project they finished the basement and redid 2 bathrooms upstairs including vaulting the ceilings.

Josh and his team are top notch. Discussed the work I needed done, and he was was at my house 10 minutes early the day we agreed to meet. Started the job the next day, and finished way sooner than expected. Reliable, honest and timely. They also replaced our roof 7 years ago, and did an excellent job with that. Have referred friends and family to them, and nothing but rave reviews. Great experience start to finish!

Fantastic, Midwest Restoration did a great job on our gutters. They got everything done in about half a day, great turn around time from initial request, and at a fraction of a cost from the other vendors we had received quotes from. 10/10 will use again.

It went very well. Josh and team are easy and great to work with. It went so well, my wife recommended Midwest to her mother and she has hired them to complete a project for her. Oh, and they also replaced all of the gutters on my house.

The repair of our roof tiles went very well and we are very happy with the work done. It went great. Midwest Restoration remodeled my home in preparation for selling it. Almost a complete remodel which included new flooring everywhere, patching and painting all walls, new kitchen cabinets, mostly redone bathrooms, and a variety of other repairs. Communication with Josh was excellent and the price was a great value. Within a couple of weeks Midwest Restoration was able to turn my long-neglected home into move-in ready condition. And within hours of going on the market my home had 2 full-price offers. My real estate agent believes I more than doubled what I paid to Midwest Restoration in what I got back when I sold my home. Honestly I was astonished at the high-quality workmanship I received for the price that I paid.

DGA did an very good job of tearing off and installing a new roof on a home that we recently sold. Very responsive to our quick time frame and worked with us on accommodating our buyers needs. Very professional and easy to work with and contact. Crew did a good job of clean up after the install. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or in need of roof repairs.

I called on a Sat afternoon that winds had raised some shingles near the peak of my roof. Brian was able to come and repair the damage 2.0 hrs. later.

I got a package with them but I cancelled it because I did not like how they did business. I purchased a big deal from Angie's List. They guy got my information and automatically did a 10% markup. If it is included, it is included. I don't know how you can add a 10% fee for overage on shingles. Saying that your price does not include an overage cost. The other thing that kinda irritated me was before I purchased the package, I called them and talked to them about my roof. They did not say a d*mn thing about that upcharge until after I purchased the package. I went with another company. I thought their price was great until they come up with this markup they had. They talked to me. They were good about responding to my emails and calling me back.

Brian quickly resolved the problem by applying new sealant around the flashing. He took the time to walk the entire roof checking for any other problems. He cleaned up some broken brick from the chimney that another roofer had left behind, told us our roof was in fine shape, and gave us advice on roof cleaning. Brian is professional, prompt, friendly, and thorough. We would definitely recommend DGA Roofing/Midwest Restoration. We give Brian 5 stars!
