Response from DGA Roofing Inc DBA Midwest Restoration
Every time I attempted to repair the leak he is having in the same place I found issues that would cause the leak and I repaired them. The last time I did a repair in that area he went up on the roof and I showed him what I had found, in that case the valley metal had rusted completely through and the water was running under the valley metal on to the felt underlayment, when water runs on the felt underlayment for an extended period of time the felt will deteriorate and that is what was causing the leak at that time. So yes I have tried to fix that roof leak 3 times in 3 years but each time it was a different problem. Yes I am a one man show when it comes to fixing leaks, 99.99% of the time I find the problem and fix it with no call backs but once in a while there is a leak I can not figure out. Just to be clear I am the co-owner of DGA Roofing INC and with the help of my business partner we have been able to achieve a great rating on Angie's List because we put our customers first but sometimes business gets hectic and a few things may fall threw the cracks and that is what has happened this time, I did get a text from [Member Name Removed] stating that the roof leak had started up again but I did not respond to him as soon as I got it and I got distracted and failed to respond to him at all and I apologize for that. Fixing roof leaks is a very small part of our business, we do full tile and shingle roof replacements which keeps us very busy in the Palm Beach County, FL area.
