The service did not turn out well. They ended up giving me a quote for about $3-4,000 to make a repair. I contacted a different company and they said the repairs DGA quoted were not necessary. All I had them do was hammered some shingles back down. The technician completed that work in about 20 minutes. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I was very pleased with the work they and how quickly they did the work. One technician came out and completed the job in about less than an hour. They only needed to make very minor repairs. I believe he repaired 2 minor leaks. He knew what he was doing and was very prompt. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They were a little slow in responsiveness. It took a handful of emails to schedule an appointment. However, once the appointment date was fixed, Ryan was on time and professional. He inspected the roof and fixed the issues I have pointed. I was worried about my roof condition but Ryan gave a clear assessment about the condition and it's expected life. Other then the initial scheduling, I had no issues dealing will DGA Roofing.

Let's be clear--the firm is top-notch and would definitely use them again if I needed roofing repairs. The problem is Angie's List keeps prompting me to submit a review. So here's my review: 1. DGA Roofing Inc is fine, not a problem. 2. Angie's List doesn't have mechanisms in place for members to curtail unwanted review solicitations, even when no services were performed or when reviews were actually submitted for previous work.

Called them and they came out in less than 24 hours. Brian came out in the rain and fixed the roof. Very professional and I would not hesitate to tell others of their service and would have them quote on any job I needed done in the future.

They were prompt, courteous, professional, and went above and beyond with their service and communication. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was good. Couldn't have been better. They were really prompt about calling me to see when I would like to have it done. They were right on time. They knew what they were supposed to do. I would highly recommend them.

We were fine. They showed up and did a wonderful job. They were nice, clean, and professional guys. They were courteous and very thorough. I think that was one of the things we had to do to wrap up selling our house to get the roof situated. I would recommend them. They were also prompt. They are good.

The first time he came out, it was a fast fix. Later, I discovered it was still leaking and called him again. He again came out and thought he had the problem solved. Around Christmas time, I had to go into the attic to get my Christmas decorations down and noticed mold all alongside the inside wall and water standing in my open plastic bin. He again came out and this time, had to remove the roofing to discover the cause. This he did and it hopefully solved the problem. I have not been in my attic at all since then, so I hope the problem is fixed. The only thing I wish is that he would have taken care of the mold on the inside of the attic. I did not ask him, so I suppose it's my fault. The reason I would (and did) hire him again is because he has proven to be honest and stands behind his work. That means a lot to me and why I hired him again to install an attic fan.

Everything was great, and it was a wonderful experience. The gentleman arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, and told me everything that I needed to know about the roof.

Wasn't to happy about experience, they came out to look at my roof then came back and told me that I needed something that I didn't feel I needed, but I could not prove anything.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and my experience was poor. They came out promptly. They were not here very long and I had to point out things on the roof that needed to be taken care of. Then they did those things but they did not spend much time. I had to tell them that there were some problems that they had not addressed.

Ordered a solar powered attic fan to be installed on my roof. I was under the understanding that there would be thermostats both in the attic and outside. When it is hot, and the attic is hotter than outside it would run to cool the attic and reduce your cooling costs. When I asked them about the setting on the thermostats I discovered they were going to install a fan that runs whenever it has power, all year long. I don't want a fan to run in the fall, winter, and spring when it will be sucking heat out of the attic and increasing my heating costs. I really don't understand why anyone would want that so declined the installation. The gentleman was nice about it and if I get a full refund I'll be satisfied with their service.

I called and asked for an estimate. When the project was complete they said they ran into an unexpected situation that required less work than anticipated so reduced the bill by about 20%. Needless to say I was pleased about that.

Communicated well and price was exactly as promised.

Josh was very courteous, honest, and professional. He ensured our roof was in good repair and that we would not have any further problems. We live on 5 acres with little protection from the wind so it is not surprising to need a "tune-up" on the roof. He also wanted us to let him know if we experience any other problems and he would come back and address free of charge.

They came out and let me know that with the vent structure on my roof it wouldn't help much and might interfere with the current setup.

Brought a crew out 1st thing in AM and stripped entire roof. Went beyond current codes with ice & water shield and great underlayment. Upgraded my shingles at no cost to me since supplier had a sale going on. Crew worked as a real team and did my entire roof 30.33 squares and were all cleaned up and out of here by 4:30 PM. A fantastic Job! Would highly recommend them. A real class act!
