On Christmas eve, my ceiling started to leak and I dicovered that the wind had tprn pff three shingles. Brian came right out and even had matching shingles in his truck. So he did the work right then. Other, bigger companies had just provided a recording saying there was an unusually high demand. This week, the wind again tore off some shingles. They were going to come out the next day, when it stopped raining. But that evening, water started to pour in through the ceiling. I called and they came right out and fixed the roof on the spot. I now have them on speed-dial since the shingles in this subdivision stink.

DGA was prompt in responding to my initial inquiries (Sunday). I submitted a picture of the damage and was told that someone would stop by the next day to view in-person. After texting them that afternoon (Monday) I was told that the inspection was complete and that the repair would be done the next day. I worked from home the next day (Tuesday) to be there for the repairs. At 3:00 PM I texted DGA to ask when they would arrive and begin work - I was told that they didn't have the equipment to repair the fascia adequately and to work with a different vendor. With rain coming in a few days we were disappointed by this delay and had to scramble to find another vendor.

Brian was very helpful in determining what needed to be done and which roofing would be the best selection. The quote he gave us was under what some others had quoted for the same project. The work was started and completed as promised. The workers were very good about putting tarps down to protect the plants around the building and cleaned up all the debris before they left. All in all, we are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship.

He showed up right on time. It took it only about 15-20 minutes to inspect the entire roof while fixing a few minor things. He ensured us that we were not missing any shingles and that the roof looked great. It cost $99 for the inspection and would have included minor repairs and even the replacement of a small amount of shingles. It may have been expensive considering there was no work to be done, but it was worth the price just for the peace of mind.

After a high wind storm on April 2nd, my wife and I decided to replace our 20 yr. old roof rather than have it repaired. Replacing a roof is a major investment requiring due diligence. After reading reviews posted on Angie's List, I called three companies for a free estimate. When I called Midwest Restoration (division of DGA Roofing) Josh Armogum (owner) answered and we set an appt. for two days later. The other companies took my name and tele. number. It was 5 days before one company even called me back. Josh arrived exactly on time and had a totally prepared proposal for a new roof. He explained in full the products they would use, how they would protect our driveway, garage door, and landscaping, how they would clean up the job site, and the workmanship and product warranties. I questioned him on several points including liability insurance. Josh had documentation and or answers for all my questions. He was very professional. After reviewing the other estimates, we decided to use Midwest Restoration. Their price was over $2,000 less than one competitor using the same top quality material. We signed a contract and scheduled the job with Brian Dean (also an Owner of Midwest Restoration) During two rain delays, Brian called me to reschedule and stayed in touch. I never had to call him to find out what was going on. The day of installation Brian and a crew of five arrived 15 minutes early. They did exactly what they said they would. They tarped the drive and landscaping around the house. They used 4'x8' sheets of plywood to protect the garage door and certain plants and shrubs. The workman were polite and respectful. They each went about their job professionally while Brian addressed all of our questions and concerns. With a 2 story house I was concerned about the safety of the workmen and falling debris or tools. Their experience was evident. All of the crew participated in the thorough clean-up paying special attention to the nails that are inevitable. In one day we had a beautiful new roof installed. Even after paying Brian the balance due at the end of the day, he returned the following morning to once again inspect the job and see if we had any concerns. Not many contractors will do that. We made the right decision using Midwest Restoration. They offer a very competitive price. They're on time and respectful. They utilize the best materials available. They do what they say they will. I can understand why they have won so many "Super Service Awards". I already asked Brian to return and complete a smaller repair job for us. I highly recommend Midwest Restoration.

Brian and Josh were very prompt to return our call. Brian came on a Sunday for the inspection at no charge, and sealed the leak before the expected rain. He returned on Monday to fix the leak for good. Very courteous providers who showed that honesty and good service does exist. Thank you!!!

We had planned on having our old roof replaced next year, but high winds resulted in the loss of a whole section of shingles in mid-November, and we decided to see if we could get the roof replaced before winter. Josh (as well as the other contractors we contacted) was prompt in coming out and giving us an estimate, and explained the scope of what they would do and answered our questions. They were able to schedule the work quickly. A snowfall delayed the start a day, but Brian's crew completed the job in the time promised and with one exception did it well. That exception was that our gutter screens were rendered useless in the course of the shingle installation. When this was pointed out to Brian, he without hesitation offered to replace them with better screens than those we had, and without charge. This was also done promptly. Cleanup was quite satisfactory. We would not hesitate to use this company again and particularly wish to commend Brian for standing behind his company's work.

i was contacted very quickly after purchasing the deal.I think his name was Brian (i'm not good with names)met my son at the house on a very cold and icy day.He couldn't go up on the roof that day because of the ice but he did go back later and replaced a pipe collar that the plumber had broken.I asked for an estimate, which he provided.after the second trip out.My roof had been leaking for a while from the broken collar and the ceiling fell in sometime after his visit so there went my roof replacement money.When i am ready for the roof i will call them again.My phone conversations with him were informative and professional and my son had a positive impression of him also.

Having never hired a roofer before, I thought the process could be overwhelming. It was a pleasure to find out my fears were unfounded and a pleasure to work with DGA roofing, especially Josh. I had many questions to ask so I could understand what was needed to replace my roof and though all four contractors I originally interviewed for the job answered my questions, Josh went the extra mile to explain things in detail. He provided information and answers to questions I didn?t even think to ask. The whole process was very professional. They were punctual and let us know the timeframe of when the job could be completed. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. From ordering shingles to installation to the final cleanup. To prevent any damage from debris falling from the roof, they carefully covered or moved things out of the way. Throughout the whole day the workers cleaning up around the house, keeping everything looking good. When completed, they went around several times with magnets to collect any nails that might have fallen into the grass. They followed up by coming out again to make sure they didn?t miss any nails or debris. The whole process went very smoothly. I?ve waited awhile before posting this review, to see if there might be any problems with the work, but the work was exceptional and have had no issues. I would definitely hire them again.

Brian came right away for the quote. He came back to install the fan once I got it in my hands right away. Quick, responsive and easy to work with. He also did a very good job on the installation. I would definitely use him agai.

I had a leak in chimney area, there was an addition on rear of home covering a deck 10 years ago.. The roof started to drip on furniture after rain. I tried to repair my self. I could see where it was leaking from below. I chased this leak for months. I would take the hose and run water to find the leak.. NOTHING I NEVER FOUND IT. Brian from DGA come out got out his stuff went to roof and did his thing. He said check it after it rains! Well rained a few days later... yes it leaked, I emailed Brian He said he would be out in a few days . He was prompt in getting back on the roof soon. Roof still leaked. Emailed Brian told him I felt GREAT about it still leaking (If he was not able to fix it in one or two shots I knew I was not so dumb to still have the leak) Brian replied and said he knew what it was and would be out to fix soon. Well I get a call from my mother in law . she said thst roof guy was here again , he sure is nice. Brian was here yesterday and did what ever. Last night and today it rained and rained. NO LEAK....so far. I am very satisfied with Brian and the work he did!

Josh is a professional. He has good guys working with him. Richard was at our house working on our windows for a few weeks. they did a great and very professional job. Cleaned up the yard when they left. Picked up every nail and sliver of board. They did such a nice job, several of our neighbors admired their work and hired them to do their roofs and soffits, etc. We were very happy with Josh armogum and DGAroofing. Great service and a reasonable price. We would definitely hire them again.

Since the work was on the roof, Brian took it upon himself to take before and after pictures for me. His work was flawless. could not have asked for better service. Extremely professional. Highly recommend!

The first thing that the provider did was to tell me that my roof looked like it needed to be replaced... This is before he got up on it or looked at the inside. I pointed out an area that I was having a constant leak when it rained, he did not find anything after he got up on the roof. The issue was the boots over the vents had been improperly installed ( something it took another company 30 seconds to find). They (Bone Dry roofing) let me know that the roof was in good shape and gave me an estimate to replace the faulty boot as well as the others, which they did and I have had no further issues. The minute that the representative from DGA roofing realized that I was not going to jump right in and purchase a new roof he could not get out fast enough. Basically I paid $149 for someone to come out and try to sell me a new roof... Complete rip off, would not recommend them to anyone.

Very professional. Really impressed with the service man that came out. We had another company come out and wouldn't even climb our very tall roof and said we needed $1000 repairs from looking at my roof from across the street. The company came out and went up on roof and delivered exactly what was promised. Would.use again, actually am calling them this week for other work.
