Description of Work: I purchased a $149 roof maintenance package. The service did not go too well. It was very hard to get them out for the job. I had to reschedule the service several times. One technician came out for the job.

Description of Work: They replaced the attic fan over my garage and performed an inspection on my roof. I was very pleased overall by their work. The only reason they are getting a "B" in "Quality" is that I did not receive anything in writing indicating findings (or not) from the roof inspection. They worked with me to schedule an appointment that fit my time and reduced the amount of time I would need to take off work to be home. I would most definitely use them again for roofing services!

Description of Work: Provider was supposed to install the solar fan on my roof. He was honest in telling that installing a solar fan will not make any difference considering the area and the type of vents. This was inspite of him loosing the businees. I truely appreciate their honesty and integrity, They also recommended the type of vent I should get.
