It went very well! Provider did it all on his own from the outside after planning the install with me on the phone.

Fine! They offered prompt service, didn't try to over sell and didn't try to up sell rather.

It went very well and I was impressed with the guy. They actually reached out to me, they'd go ahead and got it scheduled, and they were definitely on the ball. It's a little bit of work, he had to do was minimal and included in the fact that there weren't any work that wasn't necessary. He basically did a full exterior inspection of the roof and I mentioned to him that a small chimney had been leaking a little bit in the attic so he just added some sealants around that chimney and then went around and repair a couple of other things like plumbing, kind of vent pipes that he touched up the sealants around. He sealed around a couple of nails, they call it posture or something like that. The nails just pushed back up from the shingles that allows a leak pass through water. He basically just went around and applied sealant in a place where it's necessary. They are a pretty good provider and I appreciated the fact that they reached out to me to get it scheduled anytime. I purchased the Big Deal in the past and I usually wait a while to call just assuming they get in and they did with appointments initially so I was just kind of sitting back and waiting and they reached out to me, scheduled it and he came a few days later. He was on time and very efficient while he was at my house.

The service turned out just fine. They were very good. I used the big deal a day or two after I purchased it. They were professional and they did a good job. I do not have anything to compare there pricing to so I would not know how to rate it. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

It worked out well. I thought it was nice that they were able to do that extra work. They charged an additional $50. I would use them in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. My husband dealt with them but I think that it went pretty well. A lot of our neighbors have had hail damage and have had their roofs replaced so we wanted to get ours inspected but they said our roof probably has another few years yet.

They arrived on time and completed the project quickly. So far I've been very pleased with the results.

I was very impressed at how quickly I was able to get an appointment (I called Friday and got the appt Monday, if I remember correctly). They arrived promptly and performed the job efficiently. I had to pay an additional $100 because I have a historic house with steep rooflines, which I was aware of from the fine print on the Big Deal offer (I was aware that there was a fee, but not the exact amount). I think $239 was a bit steep for a half-hour's work, but it provided some useful information about my roof and took care of some caulking and flashing issues. I liked the company, though, and would strongly consider them if I were to need a new roof in the future.

I expected to have to wait to get this project done. But was pleasantly surprised when the owner contacted me within a week of purchasing the Deal. We coordinated schedules and he was able to install the solar attic fan within a few days after we talked! He was there promptly as promised for the installation, answered my questions and provided paperwork. Very professional!

I responed to a "deal" ad from Angies' List for roof work. I prepaid the $139.00 to Angie's List. Josh, from DGA Roofing DBA Southern & Midwest Restoration, contacted me and we made arrangements to meet. I previously had my roof replaced and one of the Mexician workers broke the seal on my skylight with a shingle. The skylihgt now leaked when the rain and wind come out of the East and I needed someone to fix the leak. Josh inspected it and said he could not repair the skylight, it would have to be replaced and he would check with his supplier about a replacement skylight. He responed a couple of days later and said those skylihgts are no longer in production. All he could do was replace the two skylights with newer ones for $1,000 parts and labor. He ordered the skylights and installed them the following week. The skylihgts were installed on 8/21/2013 and seem to be working fine although we have had little rain. Twice Josh told me he would have Angie's List return the previous pre-payment of $139. As of today, 9/11, I have not been reimbursed by Angie's List for services not performed.

Install was fine , no problems.

Scheduled the appointment with Josh to do a roof inspection using a Big Deal coupon. Noone had been up on the roof in a few years so we were expecting maybe some minor things to be addressed. The crew spent some time up there and reported all was well My husband talked to them for a bit and he seemed convinced they had done a thorough job in the inspection Only one minor glitch. I had on my calendar they were supposed to come the following week so when they showed up a week early we were quite surprised! It all worked out though. Would use them again.

All went well. There was a rattle in the vent after they left but returned promptly to fix problem. While doing the work they discussed other problem that they found. These were problems that they weren't trying to sell me on (that they would do work for me). They gave recommendation to have work done, but not by any "buddy" company. Just taking care of the customers best interests.

Big deal was for discount roof inspection and touch up. The representative was helpful, prompt and courteous. It was worthwhile.

It turned out fine. They were very punctual.

They arrived on time and installation went well no problems. They also inspected roof for any problems ( no problems found).

The men were very professional. They had the attic fan installed within an hour. Almost immediately we could tell a major difference in the temperature of our upstairs as it was at least 10 degrees cooler. We are looking forward to the savings in our energy costs!

Josh and partner got up on my roof and gave it a thorough inspection. They found some small items that needed attention and fixed them. Mostly unsealed nail heads on the vents and top ends (sorry my roof terminology leaves something to be desired). They also found some small issues in the valleys and sealed them up. The main reason I decided to purchase the maintenance package was that I knew I had a bunch of nail pops and my roof is steep enough that I don't want to be up there. They reset the nails and resealed the tabs back down. I thought my roof was in pretty good condition. Having had these guys out to look it over and fix the things that they did confirmed that it is in good shape, and better than it was before their efforts at fixing the things that they did. They were both very courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. I've found my roofing contractor. I highly recommend their services.

It was such a fast, easy installation. - They promptly called to explain what they do and and set a date. - Confirmed - Showed up exactly as expected - verified where to place it - Cleaned up well - no sign they were ever there other than the fan. - Courteous and reliable - I like that.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out fine. The company representative first drove by my house to make sure it would work out and he assured me it would. He then scheduled a time when they could come out to complete the installation. They were out and done in under an hour. Everything was smooth sailing and it was a great deal.

We spoke on the phone; he said he was a few states away and would be unable to complete the deal.

I don't think that they did as good of job as they could have. They could have been more careful with things. I am surprised that they aren't a roofing company, they are a restoration company. I feel like they didn't really do a full job. I felt like they didnt have the right knowledge and/or experience to be on my roof. I think they were doing more harm then good and just trying to look busy but not actually doing work.

I purchased the deal at the last minute. They called before they came to install the fan as I requested. They came and installed the new fan. They seemed to do a good job, we'll see how it works going forward. They knocked on the door, but apparently we didn't hear them when they finished, so they left a copy of the warranty on the door.

I live in the Muncie area and Midwest Restoration is located in Noblesville.IN. The manage Kyle Wilbur was very professional and explained everything to my husband and I. He made suggestions on what needed to be done. He worked with us and our insurance company on helping us to get our hail damaged claim turned in and the process went very smoothly. A dumpster was brought to the house on a Friday and the roofing crew with Josh, the crew manager , were at the house early Saturday morning. My husband and I had plans for Saturday and had to leave the home. We left our cell numbers with Josh and he did call us with any problems that did come up. The crew worked tearing off two roofs on our home and replacing some of the sheeting that had rotted and putting the complete new roof on. We did come back on Saturaday afternoon to the house, and noticed that a hole had been punched though the ceiling of the hallway in our home.My Husband and I showed Josh the probelm. He quickily looked in the attic to see what had happen and offered to clean up the mess on the floor. The hole was caused by replacement of a vent pipe and the angle of the pipe had been missed/ He was very aplogetic and said they would have some one out to repair and paint the ceiling. At this time I am waiting for that to be done.

I had some damage to my roof and was recommended to Midwest Restoration from a friend. I called them to take a look at it. They told me that i had wind damage and could have my insurance company assist with the damages and get a new roof put on. Kyle Wilbur (Sales Manager) and Josh Armogum (Owner) took care of the whole process for me. I did not have to do anything. The roof was approved and they installed a much better roof than i previously had. It was nice to go to work in the morning and come home to a completed roof and clean yard. You could not even tell they were there. Both Kyle and Josh were very helpful and easy to work with. I am very happy with the work and my roof looks great. I would recommend them to anyone!
