+ -1 moreIt went very well. They were professional, timely, knowledgeable, and provided quality products. They are great with communication and they are very informative. They know what's going on in the field to ultimately reduce our costs. They don't oversell! They have done an excellent job of nursing along a unit until it's last limb. They are going to finish the other two installs over the next two weeks. The cost is about $4,000 per unit (total install) and we have probably have spent about another $1,500 with them over the years on maintenance. They are very reasonable and we have had other quotes.
Description of Work: They have repaired our HVAC system in the past and have installed one of three system replacements so far.
