I was extremely pleased with my experience with Cooling Advisers. Robert was on time and very polite. He did the legwork to verify that my equipment was still under warranty so that I wouldn't pay more than I needed to. Procured the parts and installed them the same day.

At the appointment call I was treated with kindness and professionalism and was given a timely appointment and was told I would receive a conformation text from the technician and an email from CA which I did, I also got a text from the tech when he was on the way of which he arrived in the appointment window. The tech, Sean, was polite, considerate, knowledgeable and well prepared. I was not charged a service call because in my particular circumstance. Sean, after taking the time to analyze the fault, informed me that I needed to contact the company who installed the unit to fix the problem. Cooling Advisors is the company I wish I would have used in the first place, they're an A+ outfit in my experience.

Sean is very professional and knowledgeable as well as Nick. They both explained what the issue was with the AC unit every step of the way, even providing photos to show us. After all was said and done, my husband and I made an informed decision about what needed to be done. A new unit was required and Sean spent time explaining the process. Calling the office was awesome too; they always answered the phone and were friendly and helpful. We are club members with them and they are always on time. They treat us like a family member. Will continue to use Cooling Advisors!!!!!!!!!

Smooth as silk considering where it had to be installed. I went and took Bono to my bedroom and gave the guys free run of the house. I was very pleased with their timeliness considering the difficulty they had. Their price is reasonable. They check up on my unit regularly and let me know if any irregularities are noticed. I really can't do much better than Cooling Advisors. To my teamster and Veteran Brothers and sisters (i.e. and Postal Employees) please boycott and avoid Choice Homwarranty like the plague. I am fighting with them as do not want to pay. Avoid them at all cost and save yourself a huge headache.

Beautifully. Rob from Cooling Advisors came within 24 hours (on a Saturday!) to assess my unit and provide a detailed bid and explanation of what I needed. The process went smoothly and within a few days I had a brand new a/c that worked perfectly. the work done in my utility closet was beautiful and clean. Their service was excellent. The communications with Rob and with his office staff were always timely and professional. I look forward to continuing to use this company for all A/C servicing. Very pleased.

The same tech that did my service call on Tuesday, 9/19 came back with another tech, to handle the part replacement on Wednesday, 9/20. They were both very professional and quick to answer any questions I had. Through no fault of their own, the job took twice as long to complete because of the limited accessibility of my unit. So it took a lot of time trying to negotiate angles to put the part in and rewire it. The techs were troupers, and just stayed focused on the job until it was done. I didn't go wrong with Cooling Advisors. From the office rep to the field techs, Cooling Advisors made me feel like a valued customer.

We called them and they took care of it the same say. We have no qualms with anything they did or how long it took them to get here. We are a club member with them. There was another company my husband had used for years there were always an issue. They could never get here when you needed them. So it had been three or four days or longer and we just couldn't wait anymore. We had been without electricity and we just got disgusted and started checking around and found these people. They were local and we were very satisfied that we joined.

Spoke with Robert early Labor Day morn. He was gracious, informative and set up an appointment for the same day! He answered my questions and assured me he would have Sean at our home by midday. Sean arrived during the scheduled window, took care of the problem, was kind, gracious, and most informative. We will definitely use Cooling Advisors for our air conditioning issues! Both men were extremely professional!

They were the only company who answered their phone on 4th of July. Arrived 8am on the 5th as promised Was fixed quickly.

Our home, unfortunately, was hit by lightning we had a major fire and we had literally been out of it since July 22 of last year. So we're just back in a little over a month now. So, they did everything. Just so you know we've used them for probably six years now. They did explain how to use it. Again, this was in effect of the rebuild of our house. It was over several months, but it wasn't because of their speed, but the phases of the construction project.

He was very, very quick to come over. They were very good in their mannerism and professionalism and the way they performed the job.

Two months later, I had water in the pan under the air handling unit. Sean came back, cleared the line, and said there was no charge, even though the problem was seemingly independent of the previous service call. He gave me the impression that Cooling Advisers is a company with very high integrity. I will definitely hire them again.

It went great. The inspection completed despite the coming storm and then he came in to show me their service plan and also let me know the details of the inspection. He mentioned I might need a new AC in a short while since mine is 11 yrs old. He answered my question for more details on brands and pricing. They seem very competite and carry all the respected brands. Robert also have lots of tips/ options for saving customer money. Note:I have a little more time before replacing but in Florida you don't want to be without it...so it's best to replace a bit early when enough signs start showing up. I thought it was good to have the information ahead for time so you have time to decide. There was never any pressure just infomation.

The technician was professional and friendly. Even cleaned and polished the cover on condenser-compressor unit.

Everything went extremely well. I had a tech, Robert, at my house within an hour of placing the call. He was professional, well educated, and friendly. After testing the main AC unit it was determined a new fan was needed. He had one with him, replaced it, and had me back up and running in a couple hours.
