Service went great, from the courteous, friendly girls booking the appointment to the friendly, efficient technicians who got the work done quickly, everything went great. It actually took two visits as they found in the first one, the old faucets could not be repaired and rescheduled an appointment when the new faucets we ordered, arrived. Very pleased and would use them again.

As stated the technician was excellent advised me regarding the condition of my water heater also advised me about what a home owner can do to maintain and prolong the life of a water heater. He prepared and left me a detailed quote on what all the costs would be regarding a new installation, i.e. plumbing permit and associated county requirements etc.

The company was very accommodating and were able to schedule my appointment for the same day. This was important to me because I had begun the project myself and could not complete the work. The plumber was polite and answered all of my questions. The work was done quickly and no mess was left behind. I had to pay a very nominal charge in addition to the basic install price for some additional parts that were needed to connect to my existing lines.

The technician, James, showed up on time and was very friendly and polite. He took the time to explain the charges to make sure that I understood what I was paying for. After a call to the office, we straightened out the price and agreed that I would not have to pay more than the "Big Deal" that I had already payed. He quickly went to work and replaced the toilet. It came out beautiful, he made sure to remove all the grout so the toilet would be level. When finished, he regrouted all around the toilet and made sure everything was clean and free from leaks. James is very detail oriented and wanted it to look perfect like it was his own home. He even took the old toilet with him to save me from having to dispose of it. After, he did a wonderful job replacing a shower head in the master bath. James is not only a very knowledgeable plumber, but also has mastered the skill of customer service. This company did amazing! The came to my house on time and the technician was well dressed and well mannered. completed the work quickly and even took the time to answer my questions. The ladies in the office were extremely nice and patient as I did not know what the correct terms were when explaining my initial problem. Thank God for this amazing honest company!

Terrible service. The girls on the phone are disorganized and rude. The plumbers fix the problem but then manage to mess something else up. They charge for each service call, even when they admit their mistakes were the reason for the problem. I had them "fix" my toilet half a dozen times in 6 months. Only reason I used them was because my landlord refused to use another service. She must have been getting some form of kickback because they did not seem to get anything right.

Buckeye provided great service in helping me get my cold water problem resolved in my tub. The resolution required ordering parts and Pricilla was extremely helpful in expediting the repairman to come out to install them. Jonathan was very thorough and professional when performing the repair and provided excellent service. Overall I was very happy with the service and the outcome. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of plumbing service(s).

I HAD ALL THE PARTS FOR THE TOILET BUT THE FLANGE. I WAS CHARGED $89.49 FOR A PART THAT COSTS NO MORE THAN $3-12 ON LINE!! TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, I WENT TO TAKE A SHOWER AND GUESS WHAT? NO HOT WATER! I CALLED THEIR EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER AND I DID RECEIVE A CALL FROM THE PERSON WHO WAS HERE. HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT AND HE WOULD CALL ME BACK. WELL, IT'S AFTER 10PM, IT HAS BEEN WELL OVER 1 1/2 HR.'S AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE AGAIN! I STILL DO NOT HAVE HOT WATER...The next day Byron who was NOT the same tech that came out and it took him 2 seconds not only this problem but the problem in my other bathroom that the 1st gentleman said was a big deal. Byron saved the day and now I have hot water! Byron's my man! It started as an F for the overall experience but ended as a B!

Purchased $97.50 plumbing voucher but if a snake is used, cost goes to $170. Plumber was professional, friendly and offered useful advice on plumbing matters.

They had to drain the whole thing and do an electrical overhaul. They were just excellent. They even called me back to make sure I was alright. Other vendors would not work on my water heater because it was so old. They were just great. I would highly recommend them.

I have to say that overall, I am very happy with the service. The installer was top notch, and answered any questions that I had and went above and beyond what we asked for, A+. The only nick I have is for pricing. We had agreed upon a price for the water heater, but the person misunderstood and thought it was an electric water heater. The gas water header is about $150 more. Plus there was an additional $350 to bring things up to code (10 year old installation). I thought that was a little high, but they did work with us some. So overall, we were very happy with the result and that's what counts...

It went fine. They came one day as a scheduled visit. Then came back in 2 days to finish the repair. They did nice work. The service man was polite and considerate. He talked through the best options for us and I'm very satisfied with the work.

They always kept me updated. Contacted tenant and coordinated with him. Punctual. Good job!

No I won't use them in future there is nothing to say .I don't think if they give this kind of price they will stay in business for long also if the company take 7 days to give the quote I won't work with them it is not job of 1 day and I have to keep calling to get the answer .So u can see that I wouldn't recommend anyone to use there services. I think they r rip off .

Jack Costa was my technician and he was great. He arrived on time and did the work quickly. He noticed a knob on the other sink wasn't installed correctly, and he fixed that too! He also gave me some good cleaning tips. Buckeye called me two days later to check that everything was done to my satisfaction. The Buckeye team couldn't have been better. Thanks for your help!

Wesley arrived on time and was very professional explaining the possible scenarios. He got right to work troubleshooting the problem and determined it was the flapper.
