Everything is an A with those people. They are thorough. They are efficient. They are good workers. What can you do when you need a plumber you pay the price and I can't compare them to anybody else as for as price. They are all expensive but you know the important thing is that they come out when you need them. They are very professional. They do an excellent job and they don't have to come back because they screwed up.

Great, it was tough to know exactly what the cause was but they got it right on the first try by replacing the cartridge in the shower.

He came when he said he would, everything was taken care of. He are very easy to work with and He explains everything.

The work went great. The company called to tell us they were loading the equipment on the vehicle and that they were on their way. They even rearranged their schedule to make sure we had the first available appointment in the morning since we did not have hot water. The job went smoothly and final installation is great. I would definitely call Buckeye for future plumbing needs.

I had an emergency, a pipe had burst in my ceiling. I had to call them, and the reason I went with them is they would come out within 24 hours. I had to turn the main water supply off, so I really needed someone right away. The damage from the bursting of the pipe was getting to be extensive. I thought it was a roof leak but it ended up being a pipe leak. They came out right away.

They have been excellent. They are expensive but you really get what you pay for. They just simply do a great job so you may pay a little more.

They told me it was under the counter in my bathroom when in fact it was actually my shower. I ended up repairing myself.

It was several things they did over time. It was one thing after another. I think they did a messy job. The work they did was not done properly. He took down a wall and left a mess.

Excellent. I had used this company many years ago and checked Angie's list to read the reviews given. Customer service was excellent. Keisha called to let me know the technician was on his way and Weslee arrived promptly. We found Weslee to be very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He fixed the main problem then shortened the other pipe so both pipes would be the same length and looked great. We discussed some other work we needed to have done, were given an idea of how much it would cost and we will be calling this company to do the work. My only suggestion would be having customer service explain if a customer is being worked in around a schedule, they let the customer know this and it can be a short while or much later in the afternoon but a technician will definitely be there that day.

They installed a new water heater for me 15 years ago, and I have taken care of it and I had them come in to check it to see if it was worth still maintaining. They said it was still in good shape because I do a purge on the water and tank every year which was recommended to me when they installed it. I would go back to them for any work. They just came to look at it to see if there were any issues with it, mostly based on some stuff I had read. And made me think I better have this thing checked. But they found nothing. See the last time I did a purge on it, I encountered some rust initially when the water came out. I explained that to them and they said that's ok because there is no indication of sediment or sludge at the bottom and it's really working very well so I would stay with it until it gives you trouble. So that's what I've done and it's worked out fine. They did a very good job when they installed the unit originally, very clean, very good. They spent time with me after they installed it and showed me some things about it and gave me some recommendations. One of those was to purge or flush the unit periodically. I do that and they said that would add life to the unit. And I think it has, so for that I am grateful to them. They aren't high pressure, they don't come in and try to sell you things. They're technicians and they do the work. I think they would tell you if there was a major problem with the unit but they're not here to sell you a new one. I mean after 15 years, they could tell me You really need a new one. They didn't do any of that. They looked it over and told me it's in great condition and continue your maintenance program and you may get several more years out of this unit.

The technician arrived exactly on the scheduled time - 8 am and the work was completed in a Timely manner. Cost was explained. All went well.

Very well done and efficient. It didn't take but a few minutes. The price was a little high for the amount of time it took, but since the plumber was so professional, efficient and helpful, we'd definitely hire again.

NOT good! We had a scheduled appointment which we waited 2 days for. The appointment was confirmed and then we received a call that they were sorry and they had to cancel the appointment. It was right before a holiday so we had to scramble to find another company. We got very lucky and did find another company who came out the following day and replaced our Hot Water Heater and updated the plumbing in our home. They were nice on the phone, however seemed like they overbooked. They said they needed to cancel because of emergencies and that they could give us another appointment in approximately 6 days after the 1st. To us, not having water was an emergency and also we did not want to wait the 6 days to get our hot water heater going which was replace by the other company.

They are excellent. They are reasonable. They always call and everything. They stand behind their work and check up on it. they are a good company.

Office staff & plumber (Hugh) were friendly, accommodated schedule and plumber completed the work as scheduled. I will use again for other plumbing needs.

I called in the evening and within two hours Jack came to my moms house to ***** the situation . Jack went over and beyond - called the manufacturer to see if it could be repaired under warranty . He gave us options and was very honest . It was late - Jack came back the next day and fixed the problem. The cost was extremely reasonable . More importantly, he is very knowledgeable and a great person! If you need a great plumber - call and ask for Jack! 100% recommend him!
