Description of Work: Four faucets exchanged. |Bradley did the work. He was friendly, professional, and a true gentleman. I will gladly use the service again.

Description of Work: Clean the draining in the bath tub. The Tech. was very pleasant and wish everyone should have this kind of person.

Description of Work: called them Friday nite after hours and did get a real person at the office. I had water around my water heater & was concerned it would get worse. Told someone would call me next morning to get help for me. Connie, the manager called & promised to get someone that day. True to her word, a plumber did show up. He checked the heater for any problems & discovered it was my A/C that was dripping. He assured me all was well with the heater. He said there would be no charge and marked on the invoice Goodwill charge of O. Buckeye Plumbing will always be available when needed, and you can bet they will handle all my plumbing problems!

Description of Work: I have done this several times. I think in this particular incident they sent an incompetent plumber who ended up costing me $800 for a frozen gaskit. He ruined the appearance of my tub. and the tiles

Description of Work: Kitchen sink was plugged, would not drain. The plumber arrived when he said he would, corrected the problem, he was neat, well organized and his speech was clear and exact. We will definitely use them again

Description of Work: Buckeye was called to deal with Pex pipe leak that affected 3 rooms after leaking for months without show. The gent that showed fixed problem with 1/2 hour and explained what this particular does or is. He explained that there had been a lawsuit on this stuff and was settled as a class action - sadly that seemed to settle for those involved at the time but left nothing for future claims. Buckeye is good to go and should be heavily considered

Description of Work: I had a leak in my main water pipe. Not only were they able to accommodate me that same day the gentleman that came was efficient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Buckeye Plumbing and will only use them for any of my future plumbing needs. Thanks again Buckeye Plumbing.

Description of Work: I used them once to do a backflow check for the city. I can't give anymore info as there was nothing wrong with the backflow and the city has since eliminated this requirement. | |Never used Southern Collision.

Description of Work: Had various problems with all three of our toilets, which I thought might mean a problem with the exterior drain line. Specifically chose Buckeye because they offered camera service. To their credit, they said "let us come out and look things over, because camera surveillance is fairly costly". Service person snaked one toilet, replaced interior mechanism of another and fixed a crimped line in the third. Now all three are working great! All-in-all, I was very impressed with their responsiveness, honesty and timeliness. Two thumbs up!
