We pulled your contract to review and read notes based on your grades. We were late - this was due to the different expertise in techs - tankless water heaters are a speciatly and we wanted to send the best person for the job. Along with the other things he fixed we did find an error in pricing that has been corrected - please check your mailbox! Take care and thanks again for the information.

Moen has a simple cartridge system used for a wide variety of valves. They are reliable but the system cartridges are expensive. We are glad that were able to speak with you to offer you future options to keep your plumbing cost down.

Description of Work: Buckeye Plumbing gave me a quote over the phone based on a detailed description of my current water heater. They arrived on time on the appointed day, drained and removed my old water heater (14 years old and on its last legs), and installed a new one. Along with this, there were some plumbing changes made to the associated PVC plumbing. All went very well. I will use them again if there is ever a need.
