Description of Work: They came out for a toilet repair. It continued to run but they came out and solved the issue pretty fast. It turns out the toilet was just old and I needed a new one.

Description of Work: This company was so amazing & responsive. They called and texted to keep us updated on the service tech's arrival. We had a toilet rebuilt and a new garbage disposal installed. The tech was awesome, left our place clean and everything works great. I'm super happy and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They were very responsive and helpful the entire time and by that I mean from the time I made my initial appointment to the followup call after work was completed. They did call to say they were running late, and without my asking, gave me a $10 credit for my inconvenience. I am extremely happy and highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: Need new shower faucet. It was installed with hot on cold side vice versa. Shouldn't that be tested before plumber finished job? Wrong part was installed took weeks to resolve.

You are so right - he should have tested it. He was given the wrong cartridge by the supplier.... the correct cartridge does not allow for a reverse installation. If he had checked he would have still had to reorder a new one but you would have known. So very sorry - we will review this with all our techs in our next meeting.
