We had a clogged up line between the main bathroom and the central line. I called Buckeye Plumbing because of their reputation and from hearing their ad's on Way-FM. My husband and I own a small, family business and we like to support local business's as well. I spoke with Jackie and she was great getting things set up for me. I wasn't sure if someone would be able to get out the same day with short notice and all, but they made it happen. The gentleman that came, Andrew I believe, was prompt in getting here and efficient in his work. Thankfully he knocked it out in short time and we were back in business. Andrew was very kind and considerate while he was in my home and put up with me on the phone (which I hate to do when someone is waiting on me, but it was my mom, so I had no choice) and within the time I had allotted before I had to run off to the next fire that needed to be put out. We have very old pipes and know that this is one of the reasons that the pipes got clogged, but Andrew didn't try to up sell me as some companies do when they offer deals. He came out to do what we asked him to do and that was it. We appreciated that very much, especially since you don't know what you're going to get when you have a new company come to your home. We did have a little confusion over the deal as it really isn't worded/titled very well, but we discussed it over the phone and they know that they need to make it a little more clear to the customer. Over all, I have a very good experience with Buckeye Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them again when the next issue arises.

They are great and fabulous. Paul was here last and fixed a faucet in the shower. We would highly recommend them and we would definitely use them again.

Our tub spout was leaking. They were able to come out the next day which was awesome, but didn't have the parts necessary to fix the problem. Had to come back in 3 more days. Plumber wasn't the friendliest, but he got the job done relatively quickly. Didn't clean up his mess in the tub, but overall I was satisfied with the service. The handles they used to replace my old ones are low quality though, I regret not having purchased better ones for them to install.

Work was done quickly and efficiently by plumber, Marvin Talkington, who was as professional, competent, and pleasant as any workman one would ever want in his home. Workers of this caliber will ensure we use Buckeye in the future.

He did a fabulous job. Highly recommend this company.

Great Company - Connie is awesome, she and her staff are always on top of everything and make the process easy. All techs are great as well, they show up timely, call us with status reports and handle all repairs quickly.

Jack arrived on-time... He was professional, performed the work in a timely fashion, and cleaned up all debris leaving the space as he found it. Jack was friendly, respectful, courteous, and importantly, experienced and knowledgeable! Also, the customer service team who coordinated and scheduled the appointment were extremely nice and very professional. All in all, I am so happy to have found Buckeye Plumbing and plan to use them again in the near future to update sink valves throughout the apartment as well as to discuss new water heater options. My previous experiences with local plumbers had been quite the opposite. HAPPY HERE!

Perfect. Andrew showed me different techniques for improving water pressure. My shower is now extremely powerful and my toilets work great.

They are wonderful. I love them. They have a star program, it's $35 for the year and they give you a little better price for the service. I will use them again in a heart beat.

Jonathan did a fantastic job replacing the valves and the pop ups. He got it done quickly, efficiently and perfectly. Jonathan had already replaced the sink and valves in our kitchen a couple months ago so I requested him specifically to do the work. Everything from the initial phone call to the completion of the work went very well and I am very pleased with Buckeye Plumbing.

I told them the bathroom flooded and I shut off the water going to the commode. They said they could not come that day but would be here the next day and, after waiting hours and making and several calls, they admitted they could not come that day. When the repair was done the following day, at a significant price and two days after the first flood, it failed and the bathroom flooded again. If I wanted someone to come out that evening, it would cost me another $125 even though the plumber had failed to correct the problem. I chose not to wait and found someone who fixed the problem.

Jonathan did a fantastic job he identified four leaking valves and replaced them all for what I felt was a reasonable price given the quality of the valves and the work that he did. I feel now like our kitchen is set for the next 20 years... Jonathan was also very courteous and professional and I will ask for him in particular when I call Buckeye Plumbing for our next job.

Service man was familiar with the problem and was able to rectify it in a timely and professional manner.

On the first visit, the plumber fixed the leaky toilet. However, he only cleared the top of the drain. I had to call and make another appointment. I went ahead and authorized the use of a camera, which would cost more than $400. However, the plumber didn’t need to use the camera. There was a blockage far down into the drain. But he did clear it out successfully for much less money. I was happy with the job he did.

Buckeye had installed the Rinnai water heater which needed adjusting. Jack pushed to get to my house before I had to leave & adjusted the temperature.

Bill the tech couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. Prompt service. Great install. Much better than Admiral.

I'm a dedicated user of Angie's List not matter what I need if it is small or large. I am able to find the best service providers. Two-weeks ago my water heater I had for 21 years busted/rusted out and I had a bad leak in my garage. I called Buckeye, they were there the next day to replace it. I was very pleased with their service and how quick they were with the workmanship they do. They were very clean, cleaned up the entire flooded mess in the garage. And they were very personable and explaining how the new water heater was going to work. Made sure it passed the inspection, and they did a wonderful job with all the connections. They got it done right eh first time! No need to have them come back, they are right on point. By them being advertised in the magazine, I was able to use a $25 off coupon which helped keep down the costs. The overall from hauling, plumbing and installation the price was $950.00 for a 50 gallon electric water heater. I would recommend this company for whatever plumbing needs becuase I believe they are the best.

Courteous, professional but pricey. The original job leaked but Buckeye was extremely responsive. They called right back and made arrangements to repair the disposal. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs.

Everything went very well. Bill was our technician, he showed up on time, explained everything as he went along and left the bathrooms very, very clean. The cost was higher than first quoted because there was some problems that he found, he explained them all and showed us what the problem was. I have hired them in the past and will continue to hire them and will request Bill in the future. Toilets are working as they should which is great and we're very pleased.
