Nicole was very helpful!
Description of Work: I called them but they couldn't come out until the next day, HOWEVER, Nicole told me she would check with another company she knew and got them to come an hour later. Very grateful to her that even though I was not going to use them, she understood the urgency of my problem and helped me!
