The experience was very good. I called him in the morning, and he showed up that afternoon! The price was a little expensive, but overall he did a good job.

Repair person was prompt, courteous and performed the repair quickly with no problems.

He came out the same day that I called and he even came after hours to take care of the problem. He had to replace everything inside of the toilet. He was prompt and professional and he cleaned everything up when he was done. I was very happy with him. I didn’t compare prices, but I think his price was very competitive.

They were extremely friendly. They diagnosed the problem immediately. They were very knowledgeable.

They arrived at the site, and after asking the porblem, proceeded to dig beside the meter box to check the location of the porblem.. After confirming what it was, they closed the water to the house, changed the pipe, checked that it worked and then covered the excavation they had done. They were very clean, very professional and very responsive.

From start to finish, Buckeye was my partner in this project. The office staff always called to confirm an appointment or to give me a status update of the job. The governing authorities, Village of North Palm Beach and Seacoast Utilities, were a challenge to deal with, particularly Seacoast as there was significant risk that they would not allow Buckeye to tie into the sewer line at the old junction point. They properly identified the problem, analyzed the alternatives and risk, and we came to a reasonable solution that worked flawlessly. For the work they did and the outcome, I could not have had a better price or better job done, from start to finish.

They did come out immediately and do a good job, but I was completely over charged. I had to get two new parts that were $30.00 a piece.

I called them to get someone to repair the disposal as it was leaking. We thought it was just an pipe replacement issue. Their plumber pointed out that while our piping under the kitchen sink needed to be replaced (1955 piping), that was not necessary and replacing the disposal would be the best solution. He finished really fast. Having just moved to West Palm Beach from New Jersey, Buckeye is quite a step up in service and customer service.

I'm a real estate agent representing an out-of-state seller. The subject property was scheduled to close at 1 p.m., and when the buyer called to have the water turned on, the water company would not turn the water on, claiming sewer line was damaged, and had to be repaired. Buckeye's quote was substantially lower than another quote received, so we went with Buckeye. The job was ultimately performed satisfactorily, but communication between Buckeye, the municipality, and the water company for required inspections was abysmal. The job dragged on for almost an additional week, costing additional $ in interest to the bank holding the mortgage. I'd use this company again, but not if the job required coordination of services with outside agencies or other contractors.

They came here. Everything else that transpired was via the Internet. The emailed me with the quote. There was no further discussion or follow-up on their part. We had to check the numbers, and their numbers were higher. I felt that there was no longer any reason for me to attempt to communicate with them.

I didn?t have any hot water in one of my tubs, and they made it work. They did what I asked them to do. They were polite and absolutely the kind of people we would want to have in our homes. They were just wonderful.

I called the office Saturday morning to inquiry about replacing my toilet, which was leaking. The technician arrived a few hours later, measured the area and drew up an agreement. The new toilet was installed along with some minor repairs and the old toilet removed Saturday afternoon. The techniican was professional, removed his shoes upon entry and cleaned up the area he was working in.

It was a good experience. They did what they said they were going to do. I would use them again.

They showed up early and charged exactly what was stated on the phone when given the information, and were quite informative and helpful. I would certainly call them again for any pluming repair.

I always request Rob Cassidy, but I have had other people come as well and they have always been very nice. They are always on time and very easy to deal with. I've never had a reason to compare pricing because they have always taken care of me. I've always found the prices reasonable. Some jobs they charge by the job and others by the hour.
