Buckeye Plumbing

I called three Angie's List providers on Saturday, Nov. 8 and Buckeye Plumbing was the only one that could do the job today, Monday morning, Nov. 10. Weslee arrived on time this morning and quietly replaced the plumbing and installed the two sinks. He was extremely efficient, didn't leave a speck of dust and worked quickly and quietly. We love the work he did and would recommend Buckeye Plumbing to anybody needing plumbing work. We will also call Buckeyee Plumbing whenever we need a plumber in the future.

Responsive, friendly and professional. Jim is competent and had the needed parts with him for the repair work. Glad I had this work done and glad I am using a reliable plumbing company.

I had just bought a condo and was about to catch a flight back home to Pennsylvania when I discovered the leak, so I called my condo office and told them about the leak. They called Buckeye, who came out on the next weekday, repaired the leak, and then billed me. Being new to the area, I had no idea if their charges were in line with other plumbers. The price seemed high, but they had to shut off water to the entire building and drain the pipes before they could start the work, and I realize that takes time. And I have no idea what plumbers typically charge in Florida. Sitting 1200 miles away, before paying the bill all I wanted was a photo of the work that was done. The plumber had indeed taken a photo, but the invoice said that all photos are the property of the company. However, after an extended and very friendly banter with owner Cindy, she agreed that, under my particular circumstances, she would share the photo with me. The photo showed rather extensive work to a relatively small section of pipe with several bends. But it looked very well done, so I promptly paid by credit card over the phone. When I arrived back at the condo several months later, the repair was fine and the area was neat and dry. I hope I won't need a plumber again soon, but if I do, I will definitely call Buckeye, as long as I find their prices to be competitive.

Buckeye Plumbing's service went extremely well. Nick was on time and very professional. He listened to our needs first and then went about his work. He answered all of our questions and gave us instructions regarding maintenance of our filtration system. This was the second time in four years that we have hired Buckeye and we are very satisfied.

They came right out and put in another two faucets as well as a new showerhead. I'm never worried that they would over charge me. They are very good people who are very knowledgeable and professional.

The service was on time, professional and efficient. Within a few hours the job was done. The plumber provided us with a detailed, neatly printed service contract, describing the work and the cost. The price was reasonable, especially compared to other leak detection servicers in the area. The company graciously gave us our Angie's list member discount and senior discount. Overall, the service was excellent, and every person I spoke with at Door to Door was polite and professional. I can't think of any room for improvement.

The office staff was great. We scheduled a week ahead of time to come on Saturday morning. The office called that evening to remind us of our appointment. We also heard from the office Saturday morning, Bradley came five minutes early. He took his shoes off. We explained our situation, and he started immediately. He worked quickly and completed the job in about 45 minutes. He cleaned up well. He put our charges with an Angies discount ($97.50) on our credit card using his i-phone. Bradley is a treasure - prompt, courteous, professional, smart. What more could you ask for!!!!

It was a Saturday and noticed water was poring out of a corroded line from the hot water heater into my house. Called up and spoke to a very nice dispatcher informing me a technician would be out this afternoon. The technician Wesley arrived at my home on time and I showed him the problem. He quoted me upfront and said, if he notices that he needs to do any extra repair, he would quote me before he did any of the work. He got right to worked and fixed everything in a little over an hour. I'm so impressed with the professional he provided me. I will definitely will recommend.

Paul was wonderful. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professonal. I thought it would be mess, but it was not at all. He not only did a great job, but he educated me on how these water heaters work and what to do if I needed to shut off the water fast. He was a real professional. I also like the Buckeye called me afterwards to ask how it went. He also found that one of my breakers was the wrong one to get maximum performance, so I arranged to have an electrician come out tomorrow to fix it for me. Since the previous owner did not do a code approved installation, he told me what I needed. Buckeye is taking care of the permit as well. Overall I was very happy with the job. I know that a hot water heater doesn't cost that much, but the cost of the labor is what really costs. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing job. I would rate them an over all A.

Copper pipe that passed thru the concrete patio developed a leak. Jack had to bust the concrete and make the repair. Jack is very personable and kept me in the loop. On time. Very exact about his work. Professional. Neat. Answered my questions. He is an asset to Buckeye Plumbing. I called Buckeye last evening and got an answering machine. I left my number and within 5 minutes Hugo called me back. I intended to schedule for the next day. He stated someone would call about 8AM and make an appointment for me. Courtney called at 7:58AM. Said it would be afternoon. Called back at 11:45 and tech was at my house by 12:35. Everyone treated me very good. Glad to have my water flowing again. I would call Buckeye again.

Plumber did a very good job. On time and efficient. Not messy. I knew the cost before installation. Even though I provided the parts, he disposed of the old toilet. I would use this company again in the future.

We feel Buckeye Plumbing did an excellent job in repairing a water leak at the main water pipe feeding water to our entire house. This was an emergency (day before July 4th), and Rachel took our call and responded extremely well to our emergency. The plumbers arrived within 20 minutes of our call and they were excellent. The pipe is repaired and we received a call today, July 8th from Mary of Buckeye Plumbing as a follow up to their service. This company exhibits excellent customer service and cares about their customer's experience. Buckeye will be our "plumber of choice" in the future.

Paul was quick and efficient. Pleasant to talk to, and he explained everything very well. We would request Paul again. Everything worked well. Because we were affiliated with Angie's List, we receive a $25 discount.

They were outstanding and went out of their way to help me when I needed it. After I called, they sent someone out within an hour even though they were very busy. Buckeye's was the only company that responded to my calls. They were very polite and kind, and I couldn't have asked for a more humane company.

The plumber unstopped the drain and made sure it was the source of the water. He was polite, professional and thorough. He also gave me a referral for an estimate for repair and mold removal.

All work was preformed in a professional manner. All work area was cleaned up before leaving.

It went perfectly! We called them at 3:30 on a Thursday afternoon; they dispatched a service technician who arrived before 5 pm. He had to work for almost an hour and a half to clear the clog. The price was very reasonable considering the immediate attention we received, and the severity of the clog.

They were knowledgeable and on time. He repaired part on his truck and he was very clean. We didn't get the original estimate because we didn't know it was broken we just knew that it was not operating. The original estimate was for the service call and we ended up paying more than that because we purchased a replacement unit from them. They were excellent.

They did an excellent job. They were in uniform. They were different plumbers that arrived but both were polite and clean. They showed up when they are supposed to and cleaned up after themselves. They were very thorough then the plumber company followed up in a day or two with a phone call to find out how things went. I will encourage anyone to use them.

They were awesome. If we had problems, that's who we'd call, even if they weren't on Angie's List. One of the things that they did that impressed us, they could have said we're going to fix this for you and you're going to pay lots and lots of money. What they did was they checked first to see if it was really our problem or was it something that was the city's problem, before they ever came back to us saying what we're going to do. We have recommend them before because we felt they were honest.

It went very well. Paul did an outstanding job of explaining what would be done and the cost. He was extremely professional and prompt.

Buckeye Plumbing returned our call first thing in the morning and came out early afternoon right as scheduled. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the garbage disposal with a replacement that they had on the truck. The work was done quickly and in a clean and courteous manner. I will use them again for any future pllumbing needs.

The work was fine and we were satisfied. The problem was we suspected we had a water leak and called Buckeye and they said they could not come and check for about a week. Really? After I spent all that money a few months prior. They are too busy? I had to call someone else and it turned out to be water coming from another unit whose A/C was leaking. The way I was treated on the phone made me decide never to use them again. Sorry.

Well pump making loud banging sounds. Was told it was a leak. Technician walked perimeter of house to locate leak. Found spicket in back of house leaking & quoted $125 to fix. I approved $125. The next day pump still making banging sound. A 2nd Technician was sent who also said the problem was a leak. Walked perimeter again & found 2nd spicket in front of house. 2nd technician didn't know why 1st technician didn't find / fix front spicket as well, since he walked the perimeter of the house & wrote on work order that he did so & never mentioned / addressed 2nd spicket leaking. After 2nd technician got my approval for 2nd repair cost & repaired leak, another $125, technician then told me the "Real Problem" was my bladder tank & fixed leaks did not address the "Real Problem"...the cost, approximately another $500-$600!!" I called the office to speak with someone & no one wanted to get on line to discuss. I did not give the technician the 2nd $125 & was told by the technician that someone would call me the next day to give me a better price on bladder tank...no one has called in 2 months.

I had a great experience. I was well satisfied with the service and the price.
