Plumbing person came, called beforehand when he was on his way to our place, and most importantly, he let me watch and ask questions!!! He was very friendly, courteous and clear in his explanations of what needed to be done, He found the problem and fixed it by replacing a part of the pipe. At the end he explained to me how the final price came about and I was satisfied with that as well as with the work.

Buckeye was very responsive and extremely helpful. Our septic system backed up the morning we were heading to the airport to go out of town for 5 days. I called Buckeye and they had someone out to our house within just a few hours. Their tech spent a few hours thoroughly cleaning out our septic system Everything is working great now! Their price was extremely reasonable and they even followed up with me to make sure everything went ok. Definitely recommend Buckeye and I will use them again in the future.

Buckeye plumbing's employees are very polite and prompt from answering the phone to following up with the finished job. Although the ICERA toilet that I had purchased was defected, the Buckeye plumber did all he could. It took Three hours on the phone with the ICERA company in California to make them realized that their toilet was defected. Buckeye did not charge me for the first day they came and had to leave,as the ICERA toilet package missed important material. I will always use Buckeye from now on.

When I first called I had asked about the coupons that they had advertised on Angie's List and she checked with her manager and came back to tell me which one to use and I quickly purchased the coupon through Angie's List. She then set up an appointment for the next afternoon and I was all set. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. Bradley showed up and was very courteous and professional. He did the work I needed done. This is the second time that I have used Buckeye Plumbing and would use them again as well as recommend them to others.

I was paying per hour and I felt work was done very slowly. New PVC in floor was not done correctly so it all had to be redone at their expense of course but consumed my time. Workers were very friendly and professional. Office personnel were all super and took care of issues immediately. I will use again but will take bid per job not rate per hour.

Service was performed very professionally by Weslee. It was finished in the time frame originally stated and he cleaned up after himself thoroughly.. Very highly recommended (the company and the technician). Call this company. The office staff was very helpful setting up the appointment and the technician was professional also.

When they got to the house, they tripled their estimate. I ended up doing the work for myself after they left; with receipts the parts cost $14 and $900 in labor. I was too busy to speak with them today and was going to talk to them tomorrow, but they were trying to rip me off. The estimate they gave me before they came out was for $250 and an hour’s work, but when he came out he tried to tell me $900 to do the work. When the technician was here he tried to tell me that the work would be so expensive because he would have to wait an hour for drying time to make sure the PVC sticks properly—it should only be five minutes! What he doesn’t know is that I retired from 16 years of maintenance work previously and just wasn’t wanting to do the work myself, so I knew he was trying to use scare tactics to get more out of me. He tried to tell me that it would take a lot more work to turn off the valves than it would to get the work done. It took 15 minutes to do the work and 10 minutes to drive to Home Depot and back to get the parts; it was less than an hours’ work. I spoke with a woman named Natalie who quoted me $180 for the installation of the valve originally, and when I asked her if she was serious, she told me it would be $30. When I spoke with her again about it later she gave me over to a manager who said he’d call me back tomorrow.

Very reliable, worked fast, honest I would definitely recommend them to anybody!

The serviceman was excellent; very prompt ,courteous, and professional. There was an initial discrepancy of price. I used the Angies List coupon for one hour of service for 97.50. Juan was not aware of the offer, but once I called the office it was taken care of and the coupon was honored as stated. He finished the job within the hour and no more leaks.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AS ANGIES LIST RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY HIGHLY....WAS TOLD ONE THING BY ANGIES LIST AND WHEN I SPOKE TO BUCK EYE PLUMBING THE STORY WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND ANOTHER 100.00 OVER WHAT I WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD...ANOTHER SCAMMER!!

Plumbing technician, Paul Sopko arrived within 15 minutes. He was very courteous, neatly dressed and very knowledgeable! he checked out the disposal, figured out the problem and got it to work again! Thank goodness we didn't need a new disposal! Very Happy !

They're here within 24 hours, they don't overcharge, and they're always nice and make sure everything was done correctly. They're the only company I would recommend to anyone.

The technician (Jim) game to the house, made the repair, and put everything back together. I think they are an excellent company, and they responded to my situation within 4 hours.

Came in, plunged the toilet for about 5 seconds (after toilet sat all night, we suspect it would have gone down anyway), replaced the flush handle which someone else from Buckeye replaced about three and a half months ago; five minutes later he was out the door for $125.00. We had been told the minimum service call was $55.00. Can't imagine what he must have done to add $70.00 in five minutes to invoice.

Shower cartridge o-ring leaking called to replace cartridge, had to call manufactures to identify part number. Asked if they could provide replacement cartridge from suppliers. I found out that the local and suppliers were out of stock as well as manufactures distribution pipeline it would be at least as week before parts were available. Ghroe faucets carry a lifetime warranty. I had to seek local Ebay supplier to overnight the part at my cost of $150. So when the trip was authorized to see if an o-ring was on the truck the plumber just tightened the cartridge to stop the leak. He then left the ticket open and did not give me a copy for the trip charge $55 authorization stating if I had them called back to install the cartridge on Tuesday the trip charge would be waved. Tuesday came and a different plumber installed the new customer supplied cartridge at a cost of $138. I assumed the original trip charge was included or waived. The total time in the house for the install was 20 minutes and the previous call was 5 minutes. It is not like I was a new customer, I have used them for years. Some time goes by maybe about 3 weeks and I get a call from billing where they were telling me the first charged go misplaced as it had a bad number on the charge, when in fact that was not the case they were closing out open work orders and told them it was not authorized and to reinvestigate what happened. The next thing I know is instead of a common courtesy call back explaining the managers decision I get an email of the processed charge for the first $55 fee. I immediately called back and wanted the verbal explanation, which was a twisted view of the facts. My feeling for the work performed and the time on the job the exorbitant fee and unprofessional office practices warrant an ANGIES RATING OF AN F. There are plenty of other plumbers out there that can rip off the homeowner with management that does not care about the customer all they care about is pushing papers revenue to the company. Companies spend lots of money to gain a customer, this one would not think out of the box to just blow one away. What a poor example of corporate America

He has came out before previously in the past and had been working with them for a while now. VERY PROFESSIONAL. I was concerned and he came back out to verify that nothing was wrong and i wasn't worried anymore. They made everything RIGHT.

This went great for us! We found this provider thru AL and also had a friend recommend them as well. We just needed some hoses replaced and they had them on hand in their truck. They guy who came was very efficient. He looked at the leak and told me we needed new hoses and he went to his truck and got them and had them replaced along with new valves. I would defiantly use this provider again in the future.

I called, left a message, and they returned the call in 5 minutes. An hour later the plumber arrived and half an hour after that our problem was solved. Amazing.

They came in and did two repairs. Bradley was great.

Once again Buckeye showed up on time and got the job done within an hour. Very professional. This is my second time I called them for service based on Angie's List ratings and if I need a plumber again they will get my business. The technician forgot the Angie's discount on the charge and immediately contacted his supervisor to correct the billing. 10 minutes after he was out the door Buckeye called and said a new receipt was in the mail and the discount was subtracted. Now that is good customer service!

It went very well. I have had the same seller twice and both times was very courteous. Call if going to be late. Very nice office staff.

Our technician, Jack Costa, was early for the appointed time and called before he showed up. Was professional, clean, knowledgeable and timely. Walked us through what he was doing and why he was doing it. Cleaned up after himself and put items back where they were. We will be using Buckeye again for another home and highly recommend them for any Plumbing opportunities Thank you Jack and Buckeye

Called company at 08:30 am. Explain the bathroom sink was draining, but drained slowly. I was told technicians were busy, but someone could come out in the afternoon. They would call 30 minutes prior. After 1:00 pm, called to see if a time could be narrowed down, but was told again, technicians were busy and no time could be given. After 5:00 pm, called company again and was told I was on the list and the technician would be out. I decided to cancel, stating I have been waiting all day and it is now late evening, so no thanks. Ten minutes later, I received a call from Buckeye Plumbing, stating a technician has become free and will be there in 20 minutes barring traffic. I said o.k...The technician arrived, apologized for the inconvenience. I told him the sink fills while using it and the pop up is set low. I also told him I wanted to see if I could get a stronger flush from the toilet. He look at the brand, told me it was a standard brand from Home Depot and I should replace the toilet. Never flushed the toilet or looked at flush valves. He then removed the pop up from the sink, saw there was flow once pop up was removed, went to his truck, returned with a wire brush, cleaned around the pop-up and adjusted the height of the pop up (a simple pin located under the sink). He went back to his truck and came back stating the cost would normally be $117.00, but he would give it to me for $97.50. $97.50 to clean sludge off a pop up and adjust the height. Had he told me what he was going to charge prior to doing it, I would have told him, I could do it myself and just paid for the service call. It's safe to say, I won't be using this company again. The only thing that truly got cleaned and drained was my wallet.

They are good. They are professional and punctual. Their prices are fair. We have used them for a couple of years.

It went very well. Plumber arrived a fee minutes before he was s scheduled to be here. I explained what I wanted done. He wrote me up an estimate. I accepted, (I was given an Angie list discount) and the plumber did the work right then. It was completed in a couple hours.I was very satisfied with the quality of work, and the quick response time. I will definitely call Buckeye plumbing for my future plumbing needs.
