Description of Work: Buckeye Plumbing repair our broken water main. They were going to drop everything on a Sunday afternoon to help, but we were able to turn off the water main ourselves and they made sure to come first thing in the morning. The plumber was respectful and professional, showed us what was wrong, made his recommendations before doing the work. Despite he had to purchase parts before completing his repairs, his work was complete in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: I needed my water heater replaced. They put in a new one updating codes that had changed. The inspector said they did a good job and I would work with them again. As far as costs go, I believe they were about average for the work they did.

Description of Work: I had clogged and broken pipes due to roots. They came out and used a camera, didn't mind I asked alot of questions. They explained what they were doing. Gave a price. It was a little high I thought at first but when they came to do the job and I saw and understood what they had to do it was fair. And they cleaned up when they were done

Description of Work: There was a water leak in my Dads kitchen. I could not figure out where it was coming from, so I called Buckeye. They were very professional and prompt. Dad lived about 20 miles away, and they made there it within a few hours. He told me it was coming from the sink drainage pipe from behind the wall. He gave me an est. of over $1100 to fix it. I thought that was VERY overpriced, I also knew it was something I could fix. It took me 4 hrs.

Description of Work: My garbage disposer was not working, they asked $258 for a new one. I was told that I will be charged $55 for the diagnostic and labor, plus parts. when the guy was installing the new one, I checked home depot on the web. I found the same one for $99. so they should have charged me $99+$55. I am very disappointed how I was ripped off. I will never use them again
