Bryan's Electric Inc

I purchased Angie's deal for electrical inspection of circuit breaker box for $99, then hired Bryan's Electric to perform work described above. Initial inspection was not performed by Bryan, but by one of his associates - which led to some confusion after he told me breaker box looked fine to him, then Bryan called to read me a list of all the things his contractor told him needed to be fixed, including replacing whole breaker box. Bryan then came to my house to look for himself and we talked about the work I wanted to have done - including upgrading outlets and fixing light switches. I have an older house that has had numerous additions and changes over the years, some of which resulted in living room and kitchen outlets being on the same circuits. I had really wanted to untangle that situation, but Bryan and his crew were unable to do that when they were here. We talked about additional work I'd like to have done, and what it would cost, but I have not yet followed through on that.

The crew arrived early each day and worked hard to get my new home in order. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day and were very professional and courteous. Their work was done expertly and efficiently. I have had Bryan back to repair problems caused by other contractors and was very happy with his immediate support, "can-do" spirit - all at a reasonable and often discounted price!

After gettting no call backs from another higly rated area electrician on the list I contacted Bryan. He responded promptly and came by the house to see what we wanted. Bryan provided helpful suggestions and alternatives and gave an itemized proposal and detailed pricing. He arrived on time and cleaned-up as he worked. He provided plastic sheeting to contain dust where applicable. We asked for a few changes which he accomodated. His final invoice was what we agreed to. We were happy with the work; It was a good experience overall.

They were easy to get ahold of and showed up on time. They were at my home for about an hour. The lights look great.

Went well except for getting the timer set correctly. Bryan, the owner, took care of it immediately.

Great results. Bryan and Nick showed up promptly, and were able to trouble shoot a pretty difficult scenario. They were in and out in no time and the work was professional and clean.

Went with another company to upgrade A/C, electrical service included.

Bryan returned my call the same day that I called him. He was working nearby and when he finished that day, he came and gave me an estimate for the six lights that I wanted to put in the family room. I contracted for him to do the work. The job that he was doing nearby took longer than he expected, but I had no problem with the delay. He called me every evening to tell me what was going on and if I was okay with it. I had mentioned that since the attic is so hot, he could wait until we had cooler weather if he wanted, but he said no since they were used to working in hot attics. Brian and two men arrived on the day and at the time they were supposed to. They were professional, curteous, cleaned up after themselves and willingly worked on the other much smaller electrical issues that I found as the day progressed. I'm very pleased with the results.

I would not buy this deal again. It seemed as if the electrician was looking for future work and gave me an estimate for about $2,00000 worth of work he could perform on my house with is only 10 years old. He was unable to identify a problem with a high-hat light over my sink which was not working that correlated with the chandelier over my table not working. Both lights were apparently on the same line. I had another electrician from Angie's List look at it a month later and he quickly discovered the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes.

Quoted me over the phone base upon internet price...ask if he needs to come out to the job? Answer No! Which I found highly suspect being that the panel replacement even though common, no job is exactly alike, there are always unforeseen! The contractor I did hire not only quoted me a competitive price, he also swapped circuits when he came out to give me the estimate because I was without A/C for two days...something which could never be done by an internet quote!

He did excellent and everything. He knows what he was doing. We found a lot of things in the house that wasn't done right and we had to redo it. The work was really good to. He came right out and everything and if he was going to be late or something, he would always call me.

Although we ran into some problems along the way, Bryan obviously took pride in his work and is a man of integrity. He did whatever was necessary to figure out a solution to our original design. He conducted himself with the utmost professionalism and did not hesitate to spend extra time and resources to make sure we were satisfied homeowners.,

tGreat service call from start to finish. I purchased the deal for complete electrical inspection, knowing I'd have to have him come back at a later date to get repairs done. He discovered multiple problems this 1972 ranch house has, which I expected, but he wasn't pushy or "salesy" when he pointed them out. In fact, knowing I need to save up for some repairs, he was kind enough to point out that none of the electrical issues were "fire-hazards" and that we weren't in any immediate danger if not fixed right away. I have some outlets that are reversed so they're not working, a faulty electrically wired pool pump, I need some gfi's on some outlets- cases on some outdoor receptacles- things like that. It was a great experience and Brian knows as soon as we get our tax refund check back, I'll be having him back out to complete my list of repairs. I recommend this electrical service provider and know you'll find him as pleasant and professional as I did.

The person who came was very pleasant and prompt and answered all of the questions I had. He did clarify some of the things in the Big Deal that I thought were included but actually weren't. I had some problems with automatic pool timers I had installed and they guy that came out said he thought I needed a new pump motor. However, I switched the timer and found that the old one just wasn't turning off so it was blowing fuses. I thought they checked both outlets and light switches but they only did the outlets. I actually have some problems with switches so I was a little disappointed that they weren't included. Basically, I feel like this was just an opportunity for them to drum up more business. Later he called and left a message that he had an itemized list of problems and asked if I would like him to come back and fix them.

Bryan responded to our initial call immediately and came by to give us an estimate the same day. He arrived on time the very next day to do the work. He brought a helper and together they completed the job promptly. They both acted in a professional manner, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They even cheerfully moved their materials out of the way for a delivery of furniture to the same room where they were working.

Very good, he told me were I needed to up grade.

Bryan was quick to return my initial call, and responded to look at the job and give an estimate the same day. He pulled the permit on a Thursday, came the next Tuesday, and they completed the electrical work in one day, and a little ahead of the initial timetable. Bryan is very personable and knowledgeable. He had Kip with him on the day of work, and he too was very experienced and knowledgeable, and they worked great as a team. He came back to repair the wall and complete cleanup as he said he would, even though he had already been paid. I am very happy with the job, the follow through and the price. I would 100% call him for our electrical work in the future.

First, let us comment on Bryan and his helper, Brandon. They did the most beautiful, incredible and professional job at a reasonable price. They were punctual and neat as a pin. It isn't often that you have electrical work done on an existing home and the electrician takes the time to do a beautiful job and doesn't leave you with holes in the walls to patch. We also had some aesthetic challenges and felt that we came out winners because Bryan is intelligent and can think outside the box. They created just what we wanted and we couldn't be more pleased. We expect him to be Angie's customers' favorite electrician.

Bryan's Electric came and inspected the wiring in the shed/garage and then made recommendations on what needed to be done to bring the garage/shed's wiring to where it would pass final inspection with Palm Beach County codes. When Bryan checked on what needed to be done his estimated cost was reduced substantially. We were quite pleased that because he was willing to check on current code requirements and call others for information it ended up costing us quite a bit less.

I went to use my washer and it would not work. My kitchen also had no power. I checked the breakers but none was tripped. I called Bryan after looking on Angies list. He came over and checked the breaker box. A wire had overheated and melted. The wire was repaired by Bryan and he explained that the breaker box was old. His advice was to replace the box as it was old and needed to be updated. I had him update the box and he come back to do the work.

Bryan's work boils down to 3 words: Peace of Mind He clearly is skilled in working with electrical issues. He also has his licences. I was not only looking for an electrician, I was looking for someone who can deliver as promised, can provide me with updates but also help me to understand how to deal with this electrical issue. Bryan went through the steps with me, sent me updates (even though I wasn't in Florida), provided me with a copy of the schematics, ordered the appropriate permits and got the work done on time and as promised. A fair price is important but peace of mind is worth far more. I will be using Bryan's services again and do recommend him. No need to call anyone else.
