Excellent all around from initial call to Bryan who understood precisely what was needed to dispatching an electrician to perform the work on time and efficiently as well, including clean up and returning everything to their place. Fair price quoted in advance and actual charge as well.

They responded very quickly, understood,exactly what I needed, and gave me exactly what I wanted...these guys are really,good! They added light fixture and switched in a difficult area...with no mess to clean up...

I was very happy with the whole job. Setting up the work was very easy. Bryan came over promptly to scope out the project. He impressed me as being knowledgeable and reliable, and also offered some advice about other electrical issues at the house. The electricians who did the work were on time, were very thorough and even did a few small items for me while they were here. I would definitely recommend Bryan's Electric for any electrical work.

It went pretty good. They had to come back because one of the time clocks continued not to work properly. They came out a few weeks later and fixed it.

They all did a superb job from the moment I called to the last follow up call with Bryan. I was treated as if I was the only customer he had. Excellent Work!

After the clock were replaced, there was a problem with one of them. They came out a number of times to correct the problem. I felt the price might have been a little high..

They came when they say they would, they check the list that was asked to be done and they confirmed that to me and explained everything.

About half way through the project now - just finished rough inspections. Everything is going very well. Nick, especially, is great to work with. Shows up when he says, so polite, provides explanations, asks your preferences - just super! Will absolutely use Bryan's Electric again.

Terrible. We hired them to do work for us in a small cottage in Lake Worth. They were somewhat difficult to deal with and left the area around the new panel box extremely sloppy and didn't take any care in the surrounding drywall. I understand they need to cut some, but they butchered the wall needlessly. We tried to give him another job a few months later regarding reconnecting wires to a panel box that a tenant had disconnected. He gave us a quote and asked us to call FPL to disconnect the electric at the pole because he couldn't do the work "hot". Once we did that, we called him back to schedule and berated us for having followed his instructions and calling FPL because now he was going to have to pull a permit and then told us that he wouldn't do the work afterall. The next electrician we found said that we absolutely didn't need to call FPL to do that and now it's cost us several months trying to sort it out with FPL, inspectors forcing upgrades to the home, and more.

Quality work in a professional manner. Very clean and organized, knowledgeable and skilled.

Very well, Bryan came with two men to do the work and reviewed everything with them. The work was done efficiently and quickly, it cost less than the quote and they cleaned up after themselves. Both were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Bryan's Electric.

Bryan is a very personable guy and pleasure to work with. He is very responsible, diligent, and most of all does what he promises to do. Very punctual, in fact, I would hear from him end of each week prior to his next week schedule making time to fit me in, confirming times, etc His staff extremely diligent, clean, and on point. They are able to think "outside the box" to complete tasks. Easy recommendation here...don't look elsewhere

GREAT! Scheduling was a little tough as they were busy, but Bryan came out early one morning and did the job quickly, professionally and well.

I just had work performed by Bryan’s Electric. I don’t have enough words to describe how great they were. The best part was their estimate was about ½ of other estimates I received and the final payment, despite all the work and parts, was the price estimated. Bryan was on time for the estimate, and his crew was even early for the actual work. They spent a day and one half working here. An Ethernet cable they ran in my house proved to be defective (though it tested okay), and instead of excuses, they came back and installed a new cable. I was planning on repairing the cable with a new Ethernet connector. Bryan and Nick worked together on the first day; Nick and Dave came to finish up on day two. Both Bryan and Nick have great personalities. Nick took time to explain some of things he was doing (as I was asking) and was professional and courteous throughout the time he was here. Dave, on day two, helped a lot. He was also friendly and courteous, though I didn’t speak with him as much as I did with Nick or Bryan. Would I use them again, no doubt I would and will. Would I recommend them, I would without hesitation!

Bryan and Cindy got me scheduled for an appointment very quickly. Randy was the electrician that performed the work. He was punctual and arrived on time. We discussed the job and he was up and working very quickly. He completed the job and cleaned up. Bryan has done a couple jobs for me ranging from rewiring a new kitchen to installing an attic light. He and his team are always punctual, they do great work at a very reasonable cost

The electricians were courteous and got the job done. Cindy in the office is a delight to work with.

Bryan was quick to respond to the request for a bid for the work. His price was very competitive and the work was done professionally and on time. Communication was great, and Bryan handled all of the proper permits and inspections required. Bryan and his crew, including the office staff, were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely call them again for any electrical work.

They had kindness and compassion like you would not believe. Through my husband's illness, they were very considerate and even made a couple of calls to see how I was holding up. They were outstanding, and I plan to use them in the future.

Knowing the extent of the job before engagement, Bryan repeatedly expressed how much work it is going to be to dig a trench approximately 100' from the power source to the end of my driveway. Given the rather large expense for a single electrical line and outlet box, he could have kept his complaints to himself or simply not taken the job. Instead of acquiring the use of an automated trenching machine which would have made quick work in our sandy soil, he chose to hire day laborers to perform the task. As they are not his employees, they had complete disregard for my yard and destroyed the sod they removed so it couldn't be replaced. In the end it took two full days to dig the trench as opposed to maybe an hour with a machine. Bryan was under the impression I should feel indebted to him in some way for how long it took. Half-way through the trenching job, Bryan asked if he could put his company sign on my yard to advertise his company. I told him I would consider it if he would perhaps shave some of the cost off the job. He was completely taken aback and appeared offended. I asked him why I should be paying him to advertise his company on my property. Okay to advertise, not okay to take a hundred bucks or so off the job cost? There was a definite disconnect. The job was completed in June of 2015. Today, upon visiting the building department to acquire a permit for a pool project I learned that Bryan NEVER got a final inspection on his work and the permit was never closed out. He reached out to me on two occasions just after completion to let me know he needed to schedule a final inspection and I informed him that the inspection package is attached to the gate and he can call it in as soon as possible. Never once did he come out to verify the necessary documents were in order and up until today I never knew he didn't do what was necessary to get final sign off. He simply got paid and walked away with an open permit, lacking final inspection. Being that the permit has since expired, I, the homeowner, now need to pay for a permit extension and contractor transfer so that this job can be closed out. As an FYI, any outstanding, unclosed permits are the responsibility of the homeowner with no recourse against unprofessional contractors such as Bryan's Electric. I would disregard his straight A rating, which is most likely stuffed with bogus reviews, and stay far away.
