I am having the master bathroom remodeled and needed another electrical outlet installed in the center of the underneath counter. The technician was on time and the job was very reasonably priced. Some drywall had to be removed, and the tech was very, very careful to insure the pieces were removed so that I could use them to repair the drywall properly. It was a piece of cake! Bryan himself showed up right on time as scheduled, He texted me ahead of time to confirm. He took detailed notes of what needed to be done. I told him I would like them to do the work. When he asked when we needed it done, there was a big conflict with his other jobs. I explained we were only going to be in this condo a few more days this trip and he worked miracles getting us scheduled. Nick and Jack showed up right on time the next day. They got right to work, but after only a few hours ran into huge problems. Our conduit was rusted shut in places. Access to run lines to the breaker box was much worse than anticipated. They called Bryan and asked if they could come back the next day. I had the time and they had the desire to do it right. So, Bryan joined in and they managed to get the job done in a very professional, but frustrating for them, manner. Bryan was extremely fair in the final price considering they had no way of knowing the problems they would encounter. I had a meeting I had to get to when they were not quite done. I trusted them so much at this point that I just left. When I came home they had finished, put everything back in the exactly right place and really, really cleaned up. Thanks Bryan's Electric!!

They did a great job, were very honest and diligent. Charged us a fair price. They were able to diagnose the tennis light issue very quickly and correctly compared to 3 other electricians who came before them. Would highly recommend and use them in a heartbeat.

Arrived pretty close to scheduled time, fixed the problem with fluctuating voltages in a timely manor and cleaned up after themselves after completing the repair. Well done

When I returned from my trip, I decided to obtain the services of another electrician so as to have a second opinion. The second electrician also opened all the cabinets to try to find the GFCI outlet and did so almost immediately. Finding it involved getting down on one's hands and knees in order to look under the lowest cabinet shelf since the outlet was under that shelf and immediately adjacent to it. I felt rather foolish because I myself did not do that before calling an electrician. After resetting the GFCI, the seven outlets were still not live. The electrician opened each one and found that splices were broken in two of them. After the splices were repaired, the outlets became live. He also replaced the GFCI receptacle. The total charge was $175. I wrote a very polite letter to Bryan Owensby requesting a refund (letter attached). He called and asked to visit my home to view the situation. I agreed to allow him to do so. Mr. Owensby and one of the electricians who had performed the work arrived on October 28. I showed them the location of the GFCI outlet. Mr. Owensby refused to take any responsibility whatsoever and attempted to justify everything his employees had done, even saying that he would have done the same. When I insisted that none of the additional work would have been necessary had the worker looked under the bottom shelf, Mr. Owensby asked the employee if he had looked under that shelf, He replied, "Yes, it wasn't there." The implication was that I had the back wall of that cabinet cut out after the two electricians left on October 9. That accusation is not only highly insulting but totally illogical. How could I suddenly known the location of the GFCI outlet in order to have it exposed when, according to his accusation, it was not previously exposed? Then Mr. Owensby accused me of having dishes stacked in front of the outlet when his employee looked in the cabinet. That, too, is a false accusation. Mr. Owensby also wanted to know if the spa repair person was going to pay for any of the work. I said possibly but it was irrelevant and not his concern. He then told me that I was "trying to pass the buck to everyone else." In fact, the spa repair person offered to pay the cost of an electrician immediately after I informed him of the problem in early October. He, and I, assumed that the electrician?s charge would be reasonable. I have not contacted the spa repair man and have not asked him for any reimbursement. At the very most, I would accept $95 from the spa repair person because that should have been the total charge. See the attached invoice from Loxahatchee Electric. At that point I asked Mr. Owensby and his employee to leave my home. They were not pleased but did comply while making unpleasant remarks as they went out the door. I do not remember the specific remarks so I cannot provide a quote. This was the most stunning encounter I have ever had with a provider of a home service. I have utilized the services of many such companies and individuals in that past. On the evening of October 28, I received a letter by email from Mr. Owensby. That letter contains this statement: ?? you asked Nick to write an invoice stating Spa Company was at fault for GFI tripping at unknown location, not his fault as he should be paid in full. We do not write false statements or invoices.? I made no such request. This is another absolutely false accusation. The full letter is attached. I have had no further communication with Mr. Owensby. Attached you will also find pictures. One is the view of the cabinet while one is standing. A second is the view when one looks under the bottom shelf. Other documents and pictures are also attached. Bryan coordinated his efforts w/ me and set a viable date as I reside out-of-state. The date for replacing the panel was also arranged w/ the county inspector. Bryan's crew showed up on the set date and quickly addressed the small jobs. They moved onto the electric panel and carefully established which areas of the house were covered by the respective breakers. After doing so, they replaced the panel. The crew was polite and quickly answered questions and addressed concerns. Upon job completion, they did a decent of cleaning up. The county inspector approved the work.

These 2 wires were above the fan and provided power to the wires I connected to the lights. It probably would have taken me a long time to find those wires or even think of that being the problem.

I was in the need of replacing a Federal Pacific electric panel, and bringing all related wiring up to code in Boca Raton. Bryan and his team performed an outstanding job. They are a no non-sense, straight forward, licensed and insured electric serving company that stand by their customers. The work is professionally finished, and passed all inspections with flying colors.

Love these guys. Originally scheduled for Thursday and they called with a cancellation and got me in today. They were prompt, efficient and extremely knowledgeable.

We recently changed out our stove from a gas stove top, electric oven combination to an all gas one. We thought we would not have to worry about an electrical need but we were wrong. The present one still needs electrical power for the stove top starters as well as the stove heating element for the broiler. That having bee said, it would have been nice to know that ahead of time but then... Enter Bryan's Electric. I called Bryan on June 3rd and he said he could get someone out the next day between 2-4 PM. I asked who he would be sending out and he said Nick would be coming out and so it was, that Nick came out on time and gave me a "heads up" call about 15 minutes prior to his arrival. We had a bit of a hiccup once he made it to the front gate of my community because they require identification from all visitors/vendors. No big deal, I went out to the main entrance and escorted Nick through. As it turns out he had lost his wallet and I know that can be a real headache. Nick was very professional and courteous and was very respectful of our house. From start to finish, I think it may have taken him a half hour and afterwards cleaned up and gave me the parts that he removed from the panel (breakers) and the 220 outlet; should they be of use in the future. All in all, a very pleasant experience...

Excellent experience! Bryan responded to my call immediately and was able to schedule me for 8:00 am the next morning. The two Nicks were punctual, professional and very careful. They explained the options for a couple of issues and did a fantastic job. My lamp looks wonderful. Highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again.

Brian's Electric did an outstanding job of rewiring our entire house. Brian personnaly checked everything out and worked up an estimate for a difficult job that other contractors were not even serious about attempting. We have a 1920's bungalow that had a mix including old knob and tube wiring. The crawl space is very tight. There is no real attic. Brian worked with our roofers and rewired the entire house bringing everything up to code. Brian was great about calling regularly and keeping us up to date or checking on any questions. They worked with our schedule, they were careful to explain our options, they cleaned up carefully and he went to great lengths to make sure that everything was satisfactory at the end of the job.

I called Bryan to repair a broken light in my rental property. He responded quickly and showed up on time. My only complaint was that I feel that $150 was very high for 15-20 min service call. It is odd that I asked him to call me if the repair cost more than $150. He called me and the repair was exactly $150. My renter said he was very nice. I may use him again.

He was wonderful. He was on time, he did a very fine job. He got the right permits, and they signed it off, and it was great.

They were very professional and the work was completed accordingly. A month after the work was completed, one of the lights stopped working. Bryan and his employees came out and fixed the wiring and installed a new light for no charge. Bryan even drove me to Home Depot to pick out a compatible light. Once again, they were very professional. I would definitely use Bryan's Electric again for all my electrical issues. Like I said, they are very nice, friendly, and professional. Bryan, Kip and Shaun are an excellent team. All work was performed within a reasonable time and according to the agreed upon price. Suggestions as to upgrades and resolving problems were excellent. All work areas were cleaned up everyday with nothing left out. I highly recommend Bryan and his crew for their work, their professionalism and their insistence on making sure everything was done properly.

They were asked to install several exterior electrical outlets, move an exterior circuit box to a different location then wire from the box a new outlet on a patio to power a hot tub, install replacement exterior flood lights, and install new trim to an existing floor outlet. It went great. The work was extremely professional, the workers were courteous and respectful, and they cleaned up everything when finished. The cost of the work was consistent with the estimate.

I talked to a man who spoke to me as if he thought I was a clueless female who didn't know what I was talking about. Kept telling me to check circuit breakers. My handyman and several others have done that. I'm from a family of construction workers and co-owned my own construction business. I don't know how to fix electrical problems beyond switches and dimmers, but I do know when to call a professional.

They came exactly on time the day after I phoned, the owner stopped by with his workman to meet me and get the workman started. He was EXTREMELY pleasant snd delighted to know I had found him through Angie's List---as more and more of his customers have been doing. I had been told by my appliance man [who said I needed the line grounded for my new ELECTRONIC washing machine to function correctly] that it would cost about $200, so I was delighted to have such a nice neat job done for only $145. I'm delighted to have found such a good electrician!

They came into a job with some unknowns and did everything well. The final finish is waiting for me to get a backsplash completed and then they will finalize the under-counter lights. All done professionally with great follow thru.

Services were performed within days of the estimate. The estimate was performed one day after the initial phone call. The outlets were installed efficiently. These guys are great !
