The dispatching and scheduling of the technician was friendly and excellent. Communication was great. The electrician was very nice and professional. The quality of work was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

Nick arrived on time and explained everything. Cleaned up after he was finished. I expected some damage due to the difficult area he had to install an outlet but there was no damage to repair and the work was done neatly/ I high recommend Nick

We have a large freezer in our garage that was here when we bought our house. We wanted to have it hooked up, but there was no ready/appropriate electrical outlet available. The guys from Bryan's came out, assessed the situation, and were able to add a new box and run the wires for the freezer hookup in no time. They were prompt and extremely professional -- they even swept the garage!! Would I use Bryan's in the future -- without question! I have found my electricians!!

It went great! They showed up on time, 5 minutes early even, figured out solutions when unexpected challenges came up (as they often do). They were unbelievably polite, and even tossed a ball for my dog each time they would go outside for supplies, when she so relentlessly begged them to do so. It was a full day of work and they worked diligently the entire time they were here. Bryan called me afterwards to make sure I was happy with everything.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Bryan's Electric. I believe in customer service. My initial contact was with Bryan's wife. She was personable, professional and seemed very knowledgeable of the problem I described. I felt very comfortable that I had selected a good company. I am on vacation in this area so I did not have a base of experienced contractors I knew to call upon. I relied on Angie's list. It was a solid decision. Bryan called shortly after I spoke with his wife. He was friendly and had me describe the problem I was having. Fortunately he had work in the area the following morning so he indicated he would stop by after he completed his initial job. Bryan called before arriving to let me know he was on his way. Once Bryan arrived he greeted my wife and I as old friends would greet one another and immediately put us at ease. He wasted no time. In less than five minutes Bryan identified the cause of the power loss to the main room circuit. He corrected the issue and moved to the second problem I identified. I was so glad he checked because he indicated the receptacle in question was wired incorrectly. He took a box of wires that looked like spaghetti and quickly consolidated the wires into a neat bundle. He connected the circuit and what previously read as reverse polarity now showed no faults on the circuit. It turned out there were two circuits running through the circuit. There are a host of "high rollers" in the Palm Beach area so the prices I believe are higher per hour than what I find at my residence in Georgia. However, the quality of work, the quick response and the congenial personality made the visit worth every penny. I highly recommend Bryan to individuals who are visiting the area and most certainly to any one that makes the Palm Beach area their permanent residence. I honestly don't think you'll find a better company.

The circuit breakers on both my water heater and pool pump had tripped. Resetting them just caused them to trip again. I wasn't sure what could cause this but I wanted someone to come out and check both electrical panels (house & pool) to make sure they were both okay. I called Bryan's on a Saturday morning at ~10:30 and he was at my home by 1:30 on Saturday afternoon. He found that the water heater connection was being shorted at the heater due to some moisture inside the cup where the wires were connected. He also told me that the installer ( a local handyman) had used wire connectors that were insufficiently rated for the voltage of the water heater. Bryan added an exterior connection box and conduit for the new connection to the top of the water heater. The pool circuit breaker was being tripped due to a burned out pump motor (11 year old pump). Bryan removed the covers to both the house electrical panel and the pool electrical panel, inspected both, and measured voltages to assure there was nothing wrong with either of them. The fact that both items failed was coincidental and not due to any wiring problems in the house. Bryan spent over 2 hours at the house and I felt the price was fair for a Saturday.

I was looking to get some work done and called. Cindy, Bryan's wife, was a sweetheart. She got all my information and was very nice. She said her husband would call me shortly and he did. Bryan and his crew were just amazing. Bryan is the owner. This gentleman is a straight talking, no nonsense businessman/electrician who will work with you on your projects and doesn't rob you blind. He came to my home and did a complete assessment, then he gave me his price. Very reasonable. He charged me only for labor (and some minor parts) and I purchased the materials. Bryan gave me the list of what I needed and when I had questions, he just went with me to make sure we got the right supplies. What?!!! Yes, he did! He told me his guys would be here between 8-8:30 and they were. He told me it would take two days, and it did!! I had two of his workers, Milton and Mike (father and son), who crawled through the tiniest of crawlspaces and successfully installed an outside light for my backyard (where other electricians had said it couldn't be done). Milton is the father who is as nice as can be, and his son Mike is just a sweetheart. They know how to get'er done!! I was worried about Mike crawling through the small crawlspace to get the wires through to the outside in order to hook up the outside light, but they didn't flinch. They figured it out, and Mike did the crawling. They put in track lights, and mounted my tv, set up lights for my front garden, and fixed my kitchen lights and trim to accommodate LED lights and installed another "can" for the recessed lights. They installed a fan and then put in dimmer switches for my track lights. A;ways polite, always on time, always respectful of the house. Cleaned up after themselves, and Bryan came afterwards to check. I am definitely using him for some other projects that we have in mind. We are very happy with their work, their work ethic and the value.

We called Bryan out to give us a quote on installing a 100 amp circuit for a Tesla Charging Station. He came out, did a back of the napkin calc on the circuit loading on the panel, and gave me a quote on installing the charger as well as a future circuit to provide power to a shed I plan on building. After giving me several options, I decided to kill two birds with one stone and have him install a generator panel along with the Tesla Charging Station. He came out with his guys, Nick and Kip, to give them the plan. It took them two days to re-wire everything and they showed up the third day to go over everything with the electrical permit inspector. Bryan is a gruff and straight forward type of guy that doesn't try to charm you into using his service. He provides quality service at reasonable prices. What he does is: call you back when you leave him a message, provide a quote after he comes out and visit, follows up and keep you informed when permits are submitted and approved, and calls you about scheduling a time to do the work. After his guys installed the generator panel, we hooked it up and everything was balanced nicely across the two rails. Kip is a master electrician and it show in his work. He takes extra measures to ensure that everything meets code and that external conduit is at perfect right angles. Did I mention that Bryan calls you back. Let me say that one more time, because apparently it's something that 4 other electricians I called are incapable of doing: Bryan calls you back. Arrived on time and did an excellent job.

Two of Bryan's workers showed up promptly at 9:00 AM, as promised, assessed the work they had to do, and started the installations. At no time did Bryan's ever stop or waste time and they were here for . They were efficient, courteous, professional, neat and friendly. While the guys were working Bryan himself showed up. Six and one-half hours later they were done. They cleaned up and left. It is now like they were never here - except now we have lights and ceiling fans that work. Bravo on a job well done. and thank you, thank you.

Bryan worked with us closely through our entire project which spanned a period of about 9 months. We are refurbishing and remodeling a unit in preparation of our move to Florida. We currently live 1000 miles away and were able to work with Bryan remotely when we were not at the site. It was the perfect relationship for us. Bryan and his team are trusted professionals and perform their work strictly to code. Bryan is an experienced electrician and very knowledgable about fixtures, lighting and appliances. He was an important resource when my wife was looking for lighting fixtures. As with any project there were changes along the way and Bryan was accommodating and more than fair. When Bryan's team was on site they were on time and considerate about pleasing the customer even if it meant redoing a task already completed. The experience for us with Bryan's electric was everything that we had hoped for. I would recommend his services to everyone and would certainly hire him for additional work. I might also add that we have found all of our contracted resources on Angie's List. We made our selections carefully considering the reviews and ratings provided and have been pleased every time. It really works !

Fast, friendly, and straight shooter. Bryan was born and raised in South Carolina - honest, high integrity, and polite and he didn't try to sell me on anything but what was necessary, which is not the norm in S. Florida. I highly recommend.

It went very smoothly

Excellent. Bryan and his team were friendly, professional and helpful. Bryan stopped by my house a few days earlier to get a better look at what I was trying to describe on the phone about a Moroccan chandelier I wanted to have hung. He came over and saw the chandelier and made suggestions on updates that needed to be made to it before it could be safely hung. He referred me to a specialty lighting store to get the wiring adjusted and gave other advice on the canopy component. Once the chandelier was ready for hanging Bryan was prompt in setting an appointment for later that same day and everything went smoothly. The workers were polite and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and I was very pleased with the service. For one part of the job (changing bulbs in a 21 foot ceiling) they needed a special ladder, so they came back monday morning to complete the job. I will be sure to use Bryan's electric for future electricity fixes I need around the house.

The first day was the day our various issues were checked. It was concluded that there was not anything wrong with the items that we thought needed repair. So, there wasn't any physical work done/completed. We were charged $600 because his guys needed to get paid (is what I was told). I felt very cheated. Also, I still had to pay the charge for them to drive to my house approx $125. I had great communication with the owners wife however once the non-work for non-broken items occurred and I asked for reimbursement of travel fee or something, I did not receive communication for the rest of the job that work was actually completed. Bryan's electric had done work for me in the past and I was highly satisfied (approx 11/2-2yr prior) that is why I called him again. Update:Bryan called me and we came to an agreement. I am satisfied with our agreement. He made it right by me.

Work is still ongoing. Brian always calls ahead of time to let us know when he will need access to the house and keeps us informed on what work will be performed next. He is very helpful in explaining what we need to get done at various stages with other services (Plumber and General Contractor). His team is very polite and professional. They always pick up and clean up each time they work. My husband and I are very impressed that Brian and his team complete the tasks when they say they will. They answer and explain any questions we have. Their work is top-notch correctly done.

They did an excellent job, out house is 20 plus years old and not much has been done to it, also the previous homeowner had done some electrical work himself, Frank and Joe pointed out some issues we were having and corrected them as they went along. They assembled and installed all the ceiling fans and lights in less time than we had budgeted. They did an excellent job, our only issues were with the items we bought from Home Depot, One cracked ceiling fan globe and one of the external lights had been repackaged after being returned. I would recommend them highly and if we need other work done they will be our first call

I've used Bryan and his teams on several projects including a complete rewire of my kitchen during renovation to simply installing a light in the attic. It doesn't matter how small the job is, Bryan will treat you as though you're the only customer. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Bryan takes pride in his work and makes sure the job is done correctly and the customer is satisfied. His team is no different. They're on time, very polite and clean up after themselves!

The job requires more than I am able to afford in upgrades to pass inspection.
