They didn't pull the proper permit and were fined. The thermostat does not work properly so the unit runs continuously. I have tried contacting them and they will no longer take my calls. They came out in June because a building inspector came through. They stated they completed covering the hole for the unit and repaired the thermostat, but they did not. None of the work has been done and it is now leaking from the roof. All the unit does is blow cool air, it does not get cold.

I called Aztil and was told that it would be over a week before they could send the right man out. I could not wait a week to wash and dry my clothes. I ended up call Maytag and they sent a company out to repair the machine. This cost me $100.00, which really makes me sick since I have a sic year contract with Aztil. I have put up with this type of service for two years and I finally told them yesterday that I was never using them again.

Scheduled an A/C Tune up. Their dispatch called me to confirm my appointment 5 minutes before the appointment time, which is fine except when over an hour passed and their driver never showed up. I tried calling the person that called to confirm the appointment but repeatably got voice mail with no call back. As a very busy business owner, my time is extremely valuable to me because it is quite literally money out of my pocket. If you value your time, I would recommend using a company that will respect that. Finding reliable, reputable companies in South Florida is difficult but not impossible. Keep looking on Angie's list for companies with no less than an A rating.

They are reliable and they come on time. They are professional and act appropriately when they show up to work. They are also honest.

Arrived home from business trip to our AC not functioning. It was an old unit. I had just set-up a contract with Aztil and had a duct cleaning. They told me the AC might make it another year....well it didn't. The came on Sunday. Tried to get it up and running. Could not. Returned on Monday with and installed a brand new system. Clean and professional work. Barely new they were here. I will state I was initially frustrated b/c they told us on the 'emergency' line on Saturday night they would get back to us immediately. It was on the later side, but at 0800 the next day they called and were on site within 90 minutes. So overall quite satisfied.

I have had a service contract with Aztil for three years. Every service trip they try to sell me something new! They are totally disorganized and numerous calls to speak to the owner and manager went unanswered...the tech said "good luck in getting anyone to call back". The tech on his last trip said the owner told him to tell me that they are canceling my contract because they priced it too low!!!!! After my contract expires in August I plan to go to CMI who received excellent reviews.Stay away from Aztil - a horrible experience

They told me that the problem was going to cost $500-$600 without even opening up the air conditioner.

It was good I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

Installers were on time, polite, and very professional. Will definitely use Aztil again!

I made an agreement with the guy who runs the company. They said if I settled with this heater, I would receive $400 back. At this point, I am calling them and don't get any results. I am not surprised. They overcharge for appliances. I would absolutely not recommend them.

I have signed a contract with them now. My interaction with them went fine. They were prompt and on time. They did a good job and I was really satisfied with them.

I payed to have my AC serviced. All he did was give a sales pitch. He opened the outside unite sprayed some water on the coil, in the attic where the air handler is he was to have cleaned it . He told me it had mold growing and tried to sell me another service. After he left I checked in the attic the air handler was never opened Back outside half the screws were left off the cover.

They were OK and I was satisfied with them.

The past 4 six month check ups have been terrible. They call several times to schedule, re-schedule and then show up late. Most recently the guy was more than 6 hours late and no one called to tell me. It took a week to re-schedule and the guy that showed up kept trying to up sell me on ultraviolet filters and acid washing the coils. When I asked questions about performance he would *expletive* and contradicted himself. He simply didn't know anything about how things really worked. He knows how to clean a filter and try to sell upgrades. I called his boss, Louis the "son of the owner of the company" who said he would get things fixed and send someone out. After 4 days no calls to schedule and no one showed up. I called to speak to a "manager" and was connected to Sam. Sam was rude and unhelpful. He just wanted to argue that "his people know what they are doing". He was willing to send another one out to finish the service, but I just told him he was fired because I didn't want to have to deal with another salesman/rep. Over the past 2 years it seems that they have become an up sell organization rather than a service company. If you just want someone to service your AC equipment and give an honest assessment of any problems that need fixing, Aztil is NOT the company to use.

They are a little too pushy. They send a salesman each time they send a service technician out, which I resented. I dislike their sales tactics, although their service is good. I am looking for someone else with less aggressive sales.

They always call to schedule the time and date they are coming. They are here when they say they will be. I have a yearly contract with them and I get a discount on parts if I need repair which also covers my appliances. I have used this company for 2 years.

I am quite satisfied with service. They do try to sell me things which I can not afford, but I am sure they are great services.

The air conditioning unit was completely repair for $1,600 by another company including the taxes. Aztil attempted to take advantage of me. They saw a single women and tried to maximize their profits. They got their service fee but I would not trust them as far as I could throw them. They were polite and offered a financing plan but if I had gone with them I would have paid almost double. The company that I did used fixed unclogged my coils and charged me $95 and then gave me a fair estimate.

He did a very good job. I was so impressed that I signed a contract with him. Cost is for a 2 year contract.

The service was perfect, everyone was polite and friendly. They came back 2 or 3 times when I called because I was not sure if something was right, they took very good care of me. This is the 2nd time I have used the through Angie's List. I signed a service contract with them for two years.

He was very patient and explained to me way it was not working properly.

I met Aztil a/c at the home show. We set up an appointment for a estimate. A man named German came out on 5/2/07 and we signed the contract. He told me he would be in charge of the install and if I had any problems to call him. Eventually I found out he is the salesman only and would never return any calls. The installation was to be done in one day 5/4/07. I received a call saying they were tied up on another job & would not finish my install in one day but if I waited for 5/5 it would be done in one day. It was partially done on 5/5, the workers returned on 5/8 and were unable to finish. Another worker came to finish the job. Also did not finish. On 5/11 another worker came out his name was Gregg and he was extremely rude and nasty, he yelled at me as if I was annoying him by having him come out to work. I had him leave and on 5/14/07 yet another different worker came out to finish the work. We eventually contacted another a/c company to complete the work properly.

I had a problem with another a/c company. My neighbor told me to call Aztil and I did. Within an hour I had a nice young man at my door ready to take a look at my system and give me the new a/c estimate I was looking for. I was so surprised when the service man said my a/c could be repaired and that I didn't have to buy a new one yet unless I was wanting to do so for better efficiency. I choose to buy a new one ... after 16 yrs it was time to retire my old a/c. I had my unit installed the next day. The guys were on time, polite, and walked me through the instructions for the whole system. They also gave me a free service contract!! My ducts were cleaned a day later, again by two very nice gentlemen. I have noticed the changes the new system, UVlight, and duct cleaning has made already. My alergies have gotten much better, what a nice surprise that was. I am very pleased with Aztil's professionalism and have thanked my neighbor for the introduction.

When I made the first appointment for the estimate, I was given a 1 hour window for their arrival between 12:00 and 1:00. They arrived at 12:00. I had come home for lunch to meet them and they arrived exactly at noon. When they came back to install the unit they were early but could begin outside till we got home. They were on time, efficient, friendly and were done very quickly.
