DECEMBER 2022: I have one of the 5 year maintenance plans with Aztil that covers 2 AC tune-ups a year as well as any service on any of my plumbing or major appliances (dishwasher, oven, water heater, refrigerator). I think I paid $595 for this about two years ago. My water heater started leaking out of the outlet pipe just after I purchased the plan. I have had 30+ calls to them to fix it and they just fixed it yesterday, over a year and a half later. There were dozens of repeated promises for someone to be sent out "that day" or the "day after" which never materialized. And guess what--they end up charging me $75 for it--and claim it as "materials cost". The only cost, aside from labor, was the sub-$20 flex hose. They are charging me because I use my plan too much. They even tried to sell me a 2nd $500+ UV light (I already had a top of the line REME Halo UV light in my AC) to try and recoup some of their lost money. It is not my fault that they sold me the 5 year plan for such a low cost and that I have used it several times to fix leaky toilets and that I actually get my AC tune-ups done every 6 months. I have even asked for a call from the owners, Lisa and Louis (Lewis?), and was promised a call back from the plumbing manager, Ken Matthews, several times, and I have yet to receive a call back from them. Every time you call in, they are either in a meeting, or not there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. JUNE 2024 UPDATE: After a period of very poor experience with this company, the owner, Analisa Whiting, reached out to me personally and offered to help me if I was ever experiencing issues. She was helpful, but it is very sad that it had to come to the owner contacting me to get issues resolved by a business with over 100 employees. Their customer service is horrendous and the techs often miss their appointment windows or just never show up. After today's appointment was missed, I called in and found that the previous owner, Analisa, is no longer the owner, and Aztil is now owned by "Cascade". I would recommend paying a few extra dollars for a maintenance plan from a better company so that you can get more reliable service. Do not make my mistake!

Horrible company! Stay away at all costs. I have 3 service plans with them and I get the absolute worst service. It’s to the point I am switching companies and could care less about the service plans. I made a google review and Aztil responded and told me to call them. They gave me a fake number. STAY AWAY!!! There are many other and better companies

Aztil Air Conditioning are absolute CROOKS! On June 22, my AC went out. Now, it was 14 years old and I knew it was on its last legs, so this wasn’t unexpected. I called Aztil, as I’ve had a service contract with them since we moved to Florida is 2019. They’ve always been great and I’ve never had an issue. The tech came out and told me that there was nothing he could do to get my system up and running. He did say he could run a diagnostic test for $575 but that would probably just tell me I’d need a new coil and the whole job would cost $2,000-$3,000 for it to not work for very long and have to replace anyway. Obviously that wasn’t a good choice. He told me I could install a new system. I had only two choices. Choice 1 was $8,600 and choice 2 was $9,100. For such a small difference, I went with the more expensive one because he said it was quieter, more efficient, would cost me less each month on my FPL bill. I asked for other options, he said I had none. With it being so hot, and having been told my AC would not restart, I felt I had no choice and so I signed his contract, gave him $1,000 deposit, and it was supposed to be installed the next day. After he left, I started making some calls to find out I’d been completely ripped off. I called Aztil back asking to cancel the install and to please not charge my card. They said someone would call me back. In the meantime, I found a great company who sent someone out, got my AC running (only needed refrigerant) and was ready to install a few days later for $3,500 LESS!! Aztil, did not call me back. Around 5pm I called again and got their after hours people who said I was in a cue and someone would contact me. Nobody ever did. So I emailed them to please cancel and to not show up in the morning for the install. I finally got a hold of someone at 7am on 6/23, who said they got my calls and e-mails and they had canceled it. That was Friday. Monday comes around and they charged my card $1,000. I have been calling them since that Monday, 6/26, and asking them to please reverse the charge and they won’t. They keep giving me the run around and promising to call me back. They haven’t called me back and I’ve called every day. They still haven’t reversed the charge. BEWARE!

Really cannot say much about Aztil! We have a 5 year warranty on new purchase AC. They never come out to check anything. The AC stopped working in extreme heat and my husband called 3 times over 3 1/2 hours (as close to on the hour) to try getting someone out here. We live in an over 55 community and I am asthmatic. Each time one calls - the response is we’ll add your name for a call out. When you ask where your name is in the Q - no answer for the simple reason - our name is probably not there! Very disappointed

Excellent check up by technician Favio. He pointed out the dirt and grime which needed to be cleaned for outside unit. He was very accommodating.

The first 3 times the technician did not seem to knowledgeable and not to willing to really look into the problem. Then they sent out Louis Garcia... He is by far the BEST A/C guy to ever service my unit!! I will only let him come service my A/C In the future! He Is the BEST!!!

Excellent service and very affordable just $250 to remove to clean the whole duct system. Not more allergy and dust over the furniture.

I would highly recommend him to anyone using Aztil and I look forward to having Ricardo return in two years to clean the ducts again. Fantastic Job!!!

UNBELIEVABLE...AT ABOUT 5:30 P.M. ON AUG. 28, 2020, ONE OF OUR CONDO RESIDENTS NEEDED HIS NON WORKING A/C FIXED, DESPERATELY I CALLED AZTIL ( SINCE I BOUGHT AN A/C ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO FROM THEM), A LOVELY LADY TOOK ALL THE INFO,THEN SAID SOMEONE WILL BE THERE IN ABOUT 40 MINUTES, WHICH THEY DID. IN THE DARK OF NIGHT THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED, AND WE HAVE A HAPPY RESIDENT. THIS MORNING, I RECEIVED A VOICE MAIL CONFIRMING THE REPAIR, AND TOLD ME THAT THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE RESIDENTS OCCUPATION,. IN ALL THE YEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH VENDORS/CONTRACTORS THIS IS TO ME,"UNBELIEVABLE". AND FROM THIS DAY FORTH I WILL ONLY CALL & USE AZTIL AS OUR GO TO A/C SERVICE COMPANY AND WILL TELL ALL MY OTHER CONDO PRESIDENTS HOW "UNBELIEVABLE" AZTEL IS. The installation was good, but when they started the system some of the parts are not working.

I have a contract with them to cover air/appliance service.My air conditioner had a leak in the freon and it would cost me $2,800 to fix as they told me it was not under warranty.I called another company who checked the manufacture and was told it was under warrenty.They replaced the coil .Problem solved.Called today with a garbage disposal problem and was told my contract was VOID because I didn't use them for the air conditioner service.If there was a lower rating than F, I would use it

I have a service contract with them. On price, I only pay for parts, not labor. They do plumbing, electrical, and the whole house.

Since I am in a contract with them I do not have to pay anything except for the parts.

I called them and they were here right away and gave us the options on what could be done, and the different kind of replacements that they could offer, and they were able to put the water heater in that day. We didn't have to go without for long.

After 4 mos brand new unit leaked all over my pergo floors. Had 2 other contractors from other companies come assess and they both said the same thing. The Old drain line was never cleared when they installed a new unit. The over flow kill switch never responded when the water backed up, so the unit leaked. Cost $3000 to repair floors. They didnt clear drain lines and installed faulty equipment. THEY DO NOT PAY FOR WATER DAMAGE. EVEN IF THE FAULTY EQUIPMENT THEY INSTALL DOES THE DAMAGE. CALL SAM AND ASK HIM THIS SPECIFICALLY BEFORE YOU SPEND THOUSANDS. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY PUT IN YOUR HOME. I FOUND OUT TOO LATE THEIR COMPETITORS DO STAND BEHIND THE EQUIPMENT THEY INSTALL. SO CALL THEM FIRST... I sit on a HOA board and discourage members from dealing with this contractor.

They come twice a year to do a check up. They are generally okay but sometimes they don't keep the appointments. I still use them because I'm on a contract with them. They call me to set up an appointment and usually they keep that appointment but in the last cases they got very busy and had to put me off. So I accommodated them. Their work is fine. We pay about $300 for 3 years.

not good... the company is built on a sales team to sell contacts and replace all equipment with there new equipment...

I have a contract with them and they refused to to come out because my water heater is too old. They only wanted to sell me a new water heater. It takes a lot of work to get them to come out. When i needed a new AC they gave me a price. When I called around I got a better price from a different vendor for the exact same unit. When I called them back to let them know I was going to use a different provider, they asked why I had not called them back and that they would have matched the price for me. I asked them why they did not just give me the good price in the first place. I feel like they are just trying to have me pay the highest amount possible. I would not recommend them.

I am under contract with them. I have used them for several years under contract for air conditioning and appliances. I had a problem with the microwave and they came two days before Christmas, could not fix it, and took it out. We were without it for about a month. When they put it back in, it kept tripping out. They finally gave up and said they did not know how to fix it. We hired General Electric Service Company to come and fix it and about fifteen minutes, they repaired it and told us as to what had gone wrong. I had to pay General Electric after having prepaid on the contract with Aztil.

They inspected the a/c unit and recommended a surge protector for the a/c unit which I agreed to.

I have a contract with them. They could have completed the job at once instead of twice. They left the area clean. They treated me very good.

We have an air conditioning service contract. I didn’t have to pay anything. Everything was fine. We get them to come out twice a year to check on the equipment but the scheduling is absolutely ridiculous. What I mean by that is I get calls from two different offices to schedule and one doesn’t know that the guy was here a week ago. That’s absurd. I’m under contract. I have to use them in the future.

I have used Aztil several times with several homes. They have always done an excellent work Professional Reliables Great service
