Our AC broke on memorial day. They came out that evening to fix it. Very nice guy. Expensive fee for the holiday weekend, but that was expected.

Excellent service. Very efficient, very professional, cleaned up after themselves. Everything was handled in a very quick manner. I was very pleased with this service and will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them. Prices were excellent.

I have used A & H in the past. They are very professional, show up on time and do not try to sell things unnecessarily Their prices are reasonable and their technicians are very knowledgeable. I would not consider using anyone else.

The services excellent! They were prompt and courteous. We had a malfunction that needed to get fixed right away. They had the lowest bid. The most re mark able thing is that during installation, something was broken. They were honest and paid for the repair.

Air conditioner died! Charles Tooliy inspected the unit and installed the new unit.

I had 4 estimates from local companies to replace my AC unit (air handler and compressor). After several follow up phone calls with each of the companies I selected A & H Services. The reason I selected them is Peter at A & H Services was always very prompt in returning my calls, answered all my questions and provided a very reasonable price estimate. The installation team were very courteous, prompt, and cleaned up after themselves. Each of them went out of their way to make the install a very pleasant experience. Thank you A & H Services.

I was very impressed. I've dealt with Ron Williams and he is very good and Peter has very been good and responsive as well. They were able to get here in under four hours initially. They came out a few weeks later to address inefficiency of the unit in a couple of bedrooms and that's when they completed the duct work. Their pricing was fair. I've already had them back once to check the system just for regular maintenance.

Bottom Line: Don?t Use A&H for anything complicated because they are incompetent and cost me extra thousands of dollars. At one time I had them install a new AC system in one of my houses and had a maintenance agreement on both. This was fine. But recently, the air handler coils were freezing over. So on 6/12/14, 6/19/14, 8/11/14 and at least 2 other occasions I have had a variety of their team trying to identify the problem. They couldn?t find the leak, so they changed parts under warranty ( for a $1000 because of Freon). It still kept happening. One of the guys(Nixon) even said can?t find the leak, so I said, so all we are waiting for is for it to do it again and me to call you, and he laughed. Then the next guy came(Flavio), couldn?t find the leak and said someone would be here in the morning. No that didn?t happen, I was expecting somebody to arrive, and they didn?t call, so I called and they couldn?t fit me in. Didn?t care, didn?t care to call, and this is Florida and by the way it is hot. So p***** off after spending extra $250.00 on my FPL bill every month for the last 6 months, wasting hours of my time (way over $100/hour) I called somebody else, CMI. That guy came and said that the outside condenser always leak here( in fact they changed the design because it was bad), then he did some simple pressure test and said a valve was bad. Fixed it perfect, no time at all. A&H cost me extra thousands because of their incompetence. Please find somebody else.

They showed up on time. Always with a smile, which does tell a lot about the company, and if they like there job. I have a townhouse, and he went up on the roof for a while, and did my annual maint. check up. I first used A & H when my ac had broken and needed an after hours call. It was amazing that one of the techs called me in 15 mins from his home. In about an hour from when I called, a tech was at my house. I couldn't get other companies to even pick up the phone. Because of this experience. I will always use A & H and refer them to everyone.

They were excellent. I had another company install the new air conditioning system about a year and a half ago and after trying to get them to fix the thermostat and getting no where I called A&H. They did a great job, were efficient and very nice to work with. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Repair man was extremely personable, very nice. Just from the description of the problem, he went right to the external unit, opened, and saw the blown capacitor. 5 minutes later, he had it replaced. He also checked the coolant. He did a great job, very friendly - I would recommend their service.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Technicians Chris, Ron, Joey and Nixon were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and very personable. Peter Horn worked with us on the estimate for replacement of our old system - he was extremely knowledgeable about AC systems, Trane equipment and had great suggestions for cooling solutions in our master bedroom. Glenn Aho coordinated the scheduling in a very short time frame and we were amazed that full replacement was possible that fast. This was probably the most pleasant experience we have had while replacing a major component in our home.

Service provider was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. There was one problem in which the air conditioner didn't work after the service rep left, and they returned IMMEDIATELY to correct something very simple that evidently was forgotten. As far as the servicing: The price didn't seem to be the cheapest around. Also, the rep did try hard to sell us on an ultra-violet light, which our research online indicated is of questionable value. Reports we found online indicated that changing the AC filters monthly is more important in maintaining your air conditioner than installing an ultra-violet light, which carries an added risk of dangerous breakage and brings an added cost of installation as well as routine maintenance to replace the bulbs. We also read that it's easy not to notice a burned-out ultra-violet light, since it's hidden in your attic, and even when installed, the ultra-violet light only offers protection in the one area of the AC that it shines upon. Plus, it may not kill everything you'd like it to kill. Nevertheless, we're giving A&H a top rating based on the fact that we purchased our Trane air conditioner from them a couple of years ago and they offered the best price around and IMMEDIATELY responded to the one problem we had under our warranty. That problem appears corrected since our AC has worked well since. Also, we have complete trust in this experienced company's knowledge of the business as well as the quality of Trane air conditioners. (Our previous Trane, evidently installed when our house was built in 1993, never even completely died when we replaced it about 2 or 3 years ago largely to increase energy efficiency.) A&H, we understand, is a major area supplier of Trane ACs. Plus, we truly appreciate the fast service we always get from them--especially since the region we live in can be so miserably hot!.

The AC was working but I could tell it was not at top efficiency. They were able to come out the same day we called them, which was great. Ron was our service technician and he was very nice and professional and was just great all around. He clearly explained the problem, did the fix and there was a noticiable improvement within a few minutes, those of us in South Florida know how important the AC is in summer!! He also suggested we clean our AC drains, which I could do myself, but why when Ron was there willing and able. We actually have 2 AC units, so Ron also checked out the other unit while he was there. I could not be happier with their service. I will definitely be using them in the future when needed and I highly recommend them.

They were efficient and great. Peter and the rest of the crew met my expectations.

Overall I thought this company was great! They came out the day I called to replace my AC unit. My only complaint was that I called them on a wednesday, they evaluated everything, told me they could replace it on friday. On thursday the rep for the unit came to my home and we agreed to the installation. After that was when they informed me that they would not be able to complete the work until monday, which was unfortunate because it was a hot weekend! Besides that, the gentleman who did the work was so kind. It was clear that he actually felt badly that I had to replace the entire unit. I never felt that the company was trying to make money off me. They were very nice, very helpful, and gave a great tutorial on how to run the system in the future.

A&H was so professional and helpful. They fit me in for same-day service even though it was clear they had a busy schedule. Gary called to keep me updated on the timing so that I would not have to waste too much of my day waiting around. When Chris got here, he was knowledgeable, friendly and quick. He fixed the problem and explained to me what he was going to do and how much it would cost before he started. He honored my Angie's List coupon without question as well. I will definitely use this company for whatever maintenance or replacement issues I have in the future.

We ended up doing the repair ourselves.
