This review is about Trane Air Conditioning, Not A&H Services. In 2016 I purchased a Trane Air Handler and Trane Compessor. The coil in the original Air Handler had multiple leaks in it. A & H replaced the coil in the Air Handler with one supplied by Trane. The coil was different. The original coil was an "N" coii and the replacement coil was an "A" coil. The repllacement coil is not the same size and also has different pressures. The coil allows water to be pulled into the Air Handler Compartment. As soon as the Air Handler shuts off the water is drawn into the Blower compartment. It then drops to the bottom of the machine and leaks into the backup drain pan. I have been clearing out the emergency drain pan since 2016 because I did not understand the problem. The coil has been replaced by A&H twice now. Since I had a "Parts Only" warranty, I paid A&H $1,100 to install the second coil replacement. A&H is telling me that the replacement coil supplied by Trane is not the proper part and there is nothing they can do to adjust the pressures. I believe them. Trane Warranty services says that the Replacement Coil is different and should still work. They say that A&H needs to follow the supplied installation instructions and adjust the pressures. Trane will do nothing to fix the problem. Trane s blaming A&H and A&H is telling me that the supplied part is not correct. I believe A&H. I would do business with A&H again but I will not buy another Trane. The Warranty is worthless.

Great! I just wanted to add a positive review for an A/C company located in WPB. My 10 year old Goodman finally crashed for good with a bad coil. With the unit being so old, it was time to replace, non repair. I chose to go with a company that I had been using for years for A/C servicing, A & H Services. 561-689-5353. Ron and his crew from A&H were here several hours installing the new HVAC system for me. He and his partners were all very pleasant, courteous, efficient, and professional. My new system works great and I am very pleased with A&H's service. Also, I want to say I found Glen, the owner, to be very pleasant to deal with in negotiating a fair price and for recommending the right system that fit my needs. I spoke with Peter early on a weekday morning and he was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Technician Will did an excellent job of checking the equipment, explaining what had to be done and performing the necessary tasks in a reasonable time frame. We will be happy to recommend A& H Services, Inc. to our friends and neighbors.

It was excellent. They were on time, punctual, fast very, and good.

Fine. No problem. They showed up as scheduled android the work.

Great. Air Handling unit working fine, but condenser would not start. Unit is 14 years old. The tech, Ron, checked the system and recommended replacing several parts instead of replacing the entire unit. Several capacitors and contacts, and the fan/motor were replaced and unit is now working fine. The cost was a fraction of the cost of replacing the unit, and well worth it even if it only lasts a year or two more. Ron is terrific.

Great. Called before on-time arrival. Technician checked out whole system; seems quieter than it was before.

Jerry arrived in time and did his job well. We both are hoping that the algae pad will slow down the algae from forming . The cost seemed to be a little on the high side since I had similar work done for a lot less money. Hopefully this particular cleaning and treatment will last longer. Only time will tell....

Nixon, the tech was awesome, honest, fast and pleasant. The day before I had new thermostats installed and Ron was the tech, he too is superb, honest and does great work! Nancy, the gal who handles the scheduling is a delight, she really cares, keeps me informed and is awesome!

Responded to the call after hours we decided to set up the actual appointment for the next day came out when he said he would job is fixed right the first time very pleased

A&H installed my new high-end central AC and I am 100% happy. Everything went so smoothly and every employee I met was professional and very courteous. I have high expectations and they exceeded all my expectations. I had read that choosing a company to install a new central AC is more important than the choice of hardware so I interviewed 6 companies by asking 2 pages of type-written questions. A&H is the only company that offered a 2 year warranty for their labor while other companies offered 6 months to 1 year. That alone told me A&H stands behind their work. The other winning factor in my selection was the A&H representative, Peter, who was by far the most professional out of all the company representatives I met. I felt he was working with me and not just trying to close a deal. He explained why my old AC handler motor may have failed - took photos of my old unit in my attic, drew diagrams and explained how he would do the installation differently. Just before agreeing to go with A&H, I checked Angies List and was surprised by two recent negative reviews. I discussed this with Peter and gave the matter some thought. It came down to the fact that A&H’s positive points far outweighed every other company. Pete was excellent to work with throughout the whole process. The 3 installers were also professional and very courteous. The lead installer, Chris, is certified by NATE which is impressive and I found only one other company with this credential. The installers worked straight through the 7 1/2-hour installation. They were neat, meticulous workers to the very end. I never felt they were in a rush to finish and get out here. Installation went flawlessly. I highly recommend this company and will continue using them for my AC maintenance.

As usual the technician was friendly and also, as usual, he came up with major repair suggestions for both of my two central a/c systems. This was four months ago. I had no repairs done and the systems are working fine. This same technician basically replaced every major component of a mini-split unit over the past year and it is now malfunctioning again. Simply put, this company cannot be trusted.

Never - Used the company in the past for a previous home years ago and had a good experience. Went back to them as a repeat customer and maybe ownership change or new staff but totally different experience. Called them several times over the course of a week / two to get an appointment set up to see and get a new quote for AC unit. Each time they said they would call me back and schedule something and I had to chase them down for a quote or update or even a return call. Office manager was very nice and apologized that things 'keep falling through the cracks'. After 4-5 calls over two weeks for a new unit, time to take my business elsewhere. And please, if the organization sees this post, please don't respond now with any 'were too busy and apologize' as this is not how we conduct business. you had the chance 5 times

A&H is a very reputable company that not only performs quality work and delivers fantastic service, but when a warranty item surfaced, provided the same 5 star service. On the warranty item, arrived on same day as reported warranty issue, identified the problem and repaired within a day, WOW! They are very pleasant and provide great service and product for a fair price. Recommend A & H to any who need HVAC service, 5 star rating.

Punctual, professional and responsiive

Ron the technician was awesome, so knowledgeable and caring. He diagnosed the problem and though it was a labor intensive job he made sure the a/c was working to my satisfaction. I also want to give a big thanks to Nancy the dispatcher who kept me calm and made sure I was always kept up to date about my service appointment.

I rec'd three bids for this job. A&H was the least expensive. I called A&H, because they installed a Trane unit in our house eight years ago. It is still running strong. We have been so happy with A&H for eight years. Nixon and Chris installed the unit in the condo. The neighbors said Nixon and Chris were so nice and respectful. Peter quoted the job for us. He picked up on some things that the other two mechanical failed to mention. The permitting process was flawless.

We use them a lot. We have multiple properties. I'd give them an A across the board.

Thanks to Angies list for listing A&H Services. What a great company to do business with. Highly professional, honest and reliable. Something you don't easily find in that profession. Glenn, the owner, took the time to listen to my more than serious dilemma ! After hearing me out I felt a sense of relief that there was a beacon of light through the muck of some real DIRTBALL ,unscrupulous and Money hungry contractors, namely (ECM). Glenn was empathetic with my problem and knew exactly what to do and sent Joey who was a fabulous technician. It was such great and exceptional experience working with these guy's. If you have reached the ultimate end dealing with scumbag A/C companies give this company a call ! You will surely not be disappointed !!

It took a few weeks to get our air conditioner service completed due to a glitch in the equipment. The company provided excellent service in regards to keeping us informed of their work. They kept at the job until completed to our satisfaction. The owner, Glenn, is a gracious and ethical person who takes pride in providing quality service to his customers. The price was reasonable and they did not charge for the extra service calls needed. I highly recommend them as providers of air conditioning service and sales.

Excellent. Everything was right; prompt estimate, good price, professional installers, quality work. I'm a general contractor and needed my 16 yr old Carrier system replaced. I had gotten a couple of estimates from A/C contractors I'm familiar with but also tried Angie's Contractor referral service. A&H Services was one of the companies responding and they were the best of everyone. I'd call them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Angie's List and all the good people at A&H.
