Description of Work: John from A&H Services arrived on schedule.I had a clogged main drain line with the emergency drain running continuously during the day.He cleaned out the main drain and checked the freon level in system. He recommended other work that may be necessary in the future,as I have an old AC system.He took time to explain what he was doing,and his service cleared this recurring,stubborn problem.I am very satisfied with this service call and I would recommend this company to any neighbor.

+ -1 moreThis company was very professional from start to finish. A&H does great work and they have very competitive pricing. My contract included an Extended Warranty to the original owner for parts and labor. Peter, my sales consultant, took time to explain the improvements Trane has made to the different components in their cooling system. My installation took three days from start to finish. I got three estimates on Monday. I committed to A&H the same day. We signed the contract on Tuesday. They filed the permit and installed the complete system on Wednesday. This installation was a great job at a great price. Thanks again to Peter, John and Ron.
Description of Work: A&H Services replaced my Air Handler, the stand, installed an inline Float Switch on the air handler, installed an Emergency Drain Pan with a Float switch, replaced the Thermostat and relocated the electrical box for the Air Handler. They removed the old cracked cement slab for the compressor, leveled and installed a new one. They replaced the Outdoor Compressor, insulated and sealed the outdoor plumbing and electrical connections to prevent air leaks. This was a great job.

+ -1 moreThe original person that had put the bulb in didn't leave me a model number. They had to make an extra trip because of this, but they had the bulb in stock and went and got it for me. This was all taken care of in one day, and I just called them yesterday. They charged me half-price for a service call since it was a small job which I thought was especially nice.

+ -1 moreThey came out discovered that the coil had broken. Put some freon in unit to keep us cool until part would come in. Part was in in a week like they said and they were right back out to change it out. All at no charge as unit is still under warrenty. Very friendly, didn't try to push other things on us as I've had done in past. It was very refreshing.

+ -1 moreRon arrived on time. He listened to me explain the problem and asked questions. He first cheked the thremostat. That didn't reveal the problem. It turned out to be the Fan Relay switch. He replaced it and that worked. Ron took time to listen and to explain the problem and what he did to fix it. My AC unit is older and I know it will need to be replaced soon. Ron didn't use any scare tactics others have used when trying to get me to buy a new unit. I will call A & H Services when I do decide to upgrade my AC unit.
